Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present application, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are illustrative and are only for the purpose of explaining the present application and are not to be construed as limiting the present application.
In order to make the technical solutions better understood by those skilled in the art, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present application and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, a vehicle sunshade 100 provided in an embodiment of the present application includes a roller blind receiver 110, a sun blind 120, and a sliding assembly 130, wherein the sun blind 120 is selectively received in the roller blind receiver 110 or extends outward from the roller blind receiver 110. The sunshade 120 includes a first edge 121 and a second edge 122 oppositely disposed along the extending direction Y, the first edge 121 is connected to the roller shutter receiver 110, the sliding assembly 130 is connected to the second edge 121, the sliding assembly 130 includes a first sliding member 131 and a second sliding member 132, the first sliding member 131 and the second sliding member 132 are slidably connected and arranged in the extending direction of the second edge 122, and the unfolding shape of the sunshade 120 is correspondingly changed along with the sliding of the second sliding member 132 relative to the first sliding member 131.
The length of the sunshade 120 extending outward from the roller blind receiver 110 can be freely drawn out according to the length of the window, and the deployed shape of the sunshade 120 can be changed by the sliding fit of the first slider 131 and the second slider 132, for example, by sliding the second slider 132 in a direction away from the first slider 131, the sunshade 120 can be stretched to widen the width of the sunshade 120, thereby adapting to windows of different shapes, and the versatility is strong. In the present embodiment, the roller shutter housing 110 has a substantially cylindrical structure, and the width direction of the sun visor 120 coincides with the axial direction of the roller shutter housing 110.
At least a portion of the covering 120 is an elastic cord, i.e., the covering 120 may be an elastic cord in its entirety or a portion thereof, such that the deployed shape of the covering 120 may be changed. When a part of the sunshade 120 is an elastic curtain, a part of the sunshade 120 connected with the first sliding member 131 may be an elastic curtain, and another part connected with the second sliding member 132 may be a curtain without elasticity, and the two parts may be connected by sewing; or one part of the sunshade 120 connected with the first sliding member 131 is a curtain without elasticity, and the other part connected with the second sliding member 132 is an elastic curtain with elasticity, and the two parts can be connected by sewing. Therefore, when the second sliding member 132 is slid in a direction away from the first sliding member 131, the sunshade 120 can be stretched, and when the second sliding member 132 is slid in a direction close to the first sliding member 131, the sunshade 120 is contracted by the resilience of itself, so that the sunshade 120 is still in a flat state, and therefore the sunshade 120 can be always in the flat state, and the phenomena of folding, folding and the like caused by relative sliding of the first sliding member 131 and the second sliding member 132 are avoided, so that the appearance is neat.
Referring to fig. 1, 4 and 6, in the present embodiment, the first slider 131 and the second slider 132 are substantially elongated, the first slider 131 and the second slider 132 can be coaxially connected to the second edge 122 along the axial direction of the rolling shutter receiver 110, and the first slider 131 and the second slider 132 have substantially the same shape, so that when the sun shade 120 is completely received in the rolling shutter receiver 110, both the first slider 131 and the second slider 132 can be abutted against the outer surface of the rolling shutter receiver 110, and the appearance is kept consistent.
The sliding assembly 130 may further include a third sliding member 133, the second sliding member 132, the first sliding member 131 and the third sliding member 133 are sequentially arranged in the extending direction of the second edge 122, and the third sliding member 133 is slidably connected to the first sliding member 131. Also, the deployed shape of the sunshade 120 is changed as the third slider 133 slides with respect to the first slider 131.
With the orientation shown in fig. 2 and 3 as a reference, the second sliding member 132 is located on the left side of the first sliding member 131, and the third sliding member 133 is located on the right side of the first sliding member 131, so that when the width of the left side of the sunshade curtain 120 needs to be increased, the second sliding member 132 can slide to the left side; when it is necessary to increase the width of the right side of the sunshade, the third slider 133 may be slid to the right side, so that the unfolded shape of the sunshade 120 may be more finely adjusted.
In this embodiment, the shape and configuration of the third slider 133 can be consistent with the shape of the second slider 132, and the manufacturing process can be facilitated, and reference can be made to the related description of the second slider 132 for the specific structure of the third slider 133. Of course, the length of the third slider 133 may not coincide with the length of the second slider 132, for example, the length of the third slider 133 may be shorter or longer than the length of the second slider 132.
As shown in fig. 1 and 5, the rolling shutter receiver 110 may include a rolling shutter cylinder 111 and a rotation sleeve 112 rotatably disposed in the rolling shutter cylinder 111, the first edge 121 is connected to the rotation sleeve 112, and an extending direction of the first edge 121 and an extending direction of the second edge 122 are both aligned with an axial direction of the rotation sleeve 112. The sunshade 120 can be wound around the outer circumference of the rotation sleeve 112 by rotating the rotation sleeve 112, thereby housing the sunshade 120 in the roller tube 111. Since the extending direction of the first edge 121 and the second edge 122 is consistent with the axial direction of the rotating sleeve 112, that is, the first edge 121 and the second edge 122 are parallel to the axial direction of the rotating sleeve 112, the second edge 122 can be simultaneously rolled into the roller shade tube 111, and the appearance consistency is improved.
The length of the roller shade tube 111 and the rotation sleeve 112 may be greater than or equal to the maximum width of the stretched second edge 122, so that the sun shade 120 may be also rolled in the roller shade storage 110 after being stretched.
The rolling shutter receiving member 110 may further include a fixing shaft 113 and a rolling shutter cover 114, and the rotating sleeve 112 is sleeved on an outer circumference of the fixing shaft 113 and rotates around the fixing shaft 113. The rolling shutter covers 114 include two rolling shutter covers 114, and the two rolling shutter covers 114 are respectively disposed at two axial ends of the rolling shutter cylinder 111 to improve the uniformity of the appearance of the rolling shutter accommodating member 110.
In this embodiment, the roller blind accommodating member 110 may further include a driving motor, the driving motor is installed in the roller blind cylinder 111, and a rotating shaft of the driving motor is in transmission connection with the rotating sleeve 112, so that the roller blind 120 may be automatically rolled up by controlling the rotation of the driving motor. In some embodiments, the roller blind accommodating member 110 may further include a chain, the chain is in transmission connection with the rotating sleeve 112 and extends out of the roller blind drum 111, and the roller blind 120 can be rolled up by pulling the chain to rotate the rotating sleeve 112.
The vehicle-mounted sunshade device 100 may further include a fastener 150, where the fastener 150 is disposed on the first slider 131 and is used for pulling the sunshade 120 out of the roller shutter receiver 110. The fastener 150 is used for engaging with a hook at the window to fix the sunshade 120 on the window after the sunshade 120 is pulled down.
In some embodiments, the locking member 150 may include a locking portion 151 and a locking portion 152 disposed on the locking portion 151, the locking portion 151 is substantially of an arc-shaped plate structure and can be directly locked and fixed to the outer periphery of the first sliding member 131, the locking portion 152 is substantially of a plate structure, the locking portion 152 may be provided with a locking hole 153, and the locking portion 152 may be mutually locked with a locking hook at the vehicle window through the locking hole 153.
Referring to fig. 1 and 6, the sliding assembly 130 further includes a locking element 140, the locking element 140 is rotatably connected to the first sliding element 131 and slidably engaged with the second sliding element 132, and the locking element 140 rotates relative to the first sliding element 131 to abut against the second sliding element 132 or disengage from the second sliding element 132. When the locking element 140 abuts against the second sliding element 132, the relative position between the first sliding element 131 and the second sliding element 132 is locked and fixed, thereby fixing the unfolded shape of the sunshade 120. When the locking element 140 is disengaged from the second sliding element 132, the locking between the first sliding element 131 and the second sliding element 132 is released, and the second sliding element 132 can slide freely relative to the first sliding element 131, so as to adjust the unfolding shape of the sunshade 120.
The second sliding member 132 may have a sliding slot 1321, the locking member 140 may be slidably accommodated in the sliding slot 1321, one end of the locking member 140 may be rotatably connected to the first sliding member 131, and the other end of the locking member 140 protrudes out of the second sliding member 132 and abuts against the second sliding member 132 or is separated from the second sliding member 132. The locking element 140 is slidably engaged with the second sliding element 132 through the sliding slot 1321, so that the sliding range of the locking element 140 is limited in the sliding slot 1321, and the situation that the locking element is separated from the first sliding element 131 due to an excessively large sliding distance of the second sliding element 132 is avoided.
In this embodiment, the sliding slot 1321 is substantially long, and the extending direction of the sliding slot 1321 may be aligned with the axial direction of the blind accommodating member 110. The sliding slot 1321 may be adapted to the shape of the locking element 140, for example, the width of the sliding slot 1321 is equal to the outer diameter of the locking element 140, and the locking element 140 may be limited from sliding back and forth in the sliding slot 1321 along the extending direction of the sliding slot 1321. The extended width of the shade 120 is equal to the sliding distance of the locking member 140 in the sliding slot 1321, and the greater the sliding distance of the locking member 140 in the sliding slot 1321, the wider the shade 120 can be extended.
In some embodiments, the locking element 140 may be a thumb screw, the second sliding element 132 may slide relative to the first sliding element 131 after the thumb screw is loosened, and the first sliding element 131 and the second sliding element 132 may be locked and fixed by tightening the thumb screw after the second sliding element 132 slides into place. The hand-screwed screw can be rotated by hands without other tools, and the use is convenient. Of course, in some embodiments, the locking element 140 may also be a conventional screw.
The sliding assembly 130 may further include a first fitting member 134 and a second fitting member 135, the first fitting member 134 and the second fitting member 135 are fixedly connected to the second edge 122 and arranged in a spaced apart manner in an extending direction of the second edge 122, the first sliding member 131 is connected to the first fitting member 134, and the second sliding member 134 is connected to the second fitting member 135.
The first fitting piece 134 and the second fitting piece 135 may be rigid long bars made of rigid plastic, the first fitting piece 134 and the second fitting piece 135 may be fixedly connected to the shade 120 by sewing or gluing, and the extending direction of the first fitting piece 134 and the second fitting piece 135 may be the same as the axial direction of the roller shutter accommodating member 110. Since the covering 120 is soft in texture, attaching the first and second fitting members 134, 135 at the edges of the covering 120 may serve to support the covering 120 so that the covering 120 remains laid out flat.
In this embodiment, the sliding assembly 130 further includes a third fitting member 136, the first fitting member 136 is fixedly connected to the second edge 122, the second fitting member 135, the first fitting member 134 and the third fitting member 136 are arranged at intervals in the extending direction of the second edge 122, and the third sliding member 133 is fixedly connected to the third fitting member 136. The shape configuration of the third fitting member 136 may correspond to the second fitting member 135, and reference may be made to the associated description of the second fitting member 135 with respect to the specific shape of the third fitting member 136. Of course, the length of the third fitting member 136 may not correspond to the length of the second fitting member 135, for example, the length of the third fitting member 136 may be shorter or longer than the length of the second fitting member 135.
In this embodiment, when the sliding assembly 130 only includes the first sliding member 131 and the second sliding member 132, the second sliding member 132 can be fixedly connected to the second mating member 135 by means of a snap-fit or the like, and the first sliding member 131 can also be fixedly connected to the first mating member 134 by means of a snap-fit or the like. The cross section of the second fitting member 135 may be rectangular or fit into the second receiving cavity 1322, and the second fitting member 135 is engaged with the two engaging arms 1324 to be fixed in the second receiving cavity 1322.
As shown in fig. 6 and 8, the first sliding member 131 may include a body portion 1311 and a plug portion 1312, the body portion 1311 is provided with a first receiving cavity 1313, the first assembly member 134 is received in the first receiving cavity 1313, the plug portion 1312 is fixedly received in the first receiving cavity 1313, and one end of the plug portion 1312 extends into the second receiving cavity 1322 and is slidably engaged with the second sliding member 132. Thus, the main body 1311 can receive the fixed plug 1312 through the first receiving cavity 1313, and can be slidably fitted to the first fitting 134, which is ingenious and practical in structural design.
In this embodiment, when the first sliding member 131 and the first assembly member 134 are fixedly connected, the first assembly member 134 is in interference fit with the body portion 1311, and the first assembly member 134 is engaged in the first receiving cavity 1313, so as to fixedly connect the first sliding member 131 and the first assembly member 134. When the first sliding member 131 is slidably connected to the first assembly member 134, the first assembly member 134 is in clearance fit with the body portion 1311, and the first assembly member 134 is slidably received in the first receiving cavity 1313.
The body portion 1311 and the plug portion 1312 are substantially elongated, and the body portion 1311 and the plug portion 1312 extend in the axial direction of the roller shutter housing 110.
