The word "comprising" or "having", and the like, means that the element or item appearing before "comprises" or "having" covers the element or item listed after "comprising" or "having" and its equivalent, but does not exclude other elements or items.
The present invention may be used in alternative or combined combinations between different embodiments, and therefore the present invention is also to be construed as encompassing all possible combinations of the same and/or different embodiments described. Thus, if one embodiment includes feature A, B, C and another embodiment includes feature B, D, the invention should also be construed as including embodiments that include all other possible combinations of one or more of A, B, C, D, even though such embodiments may not be explicitly recited in the following text.
The utility model provides a light protection eye pastes in proper order including pasting layer, reflection stratum, isolation layer, from the type layer. In order to adapt to the shape of eyes, the main body of the single light protection eye patch is designed into an oval shape, and the adhesive layer, the reflecting layer and the isolating layer are also all oval. The light protection eye patch provided by the patent can also be made into other shapes and used for light protection of other parts except eyes.
The adhesive layer is a basic support structure layer, and other layers are sequentially directly or indirectly attached to the adhesive layer. One surface of the sticking layer is smooth and has no glue, and the other surface is coated with an adhesive for sticking the protective eye patch to the skin of the eyes. Because the adhesive on the edge of the adhesive layer directly contacts the eye skin and because the eye skin is very delicate, the adhesive must be a low allergenic adhesive without a latex component. The adhesive is pressure sensitive and can be applied by pressing, the closer the press is, the stronger the bond, and the proper adhesion of the adhesive. If the adhesive force is too small, the photoprotective eye patch is likely to fall off during use, resulting in direct light incidence into the eye, which is dangerous. If the adhesive force is too large, the skin is not easily removed after use, or the skin is torn to cause discomfort when removed. The magnitude of the adhesive force is approximately equal to or slightly smaller than that of the common band-aid.
The skin around the eye is not perfectly flat and for a firm adhesion a somewhat flexible and extensible material is required for the adhesive layer. For example, the material of the adhesive layer includes, but is not limited to, a biocompatible flexible foam material or a stretch cloth. The flexible foaming material can be selected from foaming PVC (polyvinyl chloride), PU (polyurethane) and the like. As the polyvinyl chloride is hard in texture, more foaming agent needs to be added, and the prepared foaming PVC is soft and elastic and is nontoxic. The soft polyurethane mainly has a thermoplastic linear structure, has better stability, chemical resistance, rebound resilience and mechanical property than a foaming PVC material, has smaller compression deformability, and has good heat insulation, sound insulation, shock resistance and gas resistance. The elastic cloth is the material used by the main body of the band-aid. These materials are known materials.
The reflecting layer is a structural layer which plays a main protection role in the light protection eye patch. The reflecting layer plays a role in high reflection and partial absorption of light, and most of the light is blocked outside the reflecting layer. The reflecting layer is made of a film with high reflectivity to laser, intense pulse light, red blue light and ultraviolet light. Preferably, the reflecting layer is an aluminum film with the thickness of more than 50 microns. The aluminum film has low cost and high reflectivity to various lights. The reflecting layer is fixed in the middle of the pasting layer through an adhesive or other connecting modes, and the distance between the edge of the reflecting layer and the edge of the bonding layer is 3-5 mm. Too small or too large of this edge distance can cause the adhesive layer to be adhered to the eye insecurely. If an adhesive connection is used, the adhesive between the reflective layer and the adhesive layer may be different from the adhesive at the edge of the adhesive layer. The adhesive herein does not come into direct contact with the skin, without the emphasis on biocompatibility or the concern for easy tearability. However, the adhesive is required to be flexible so as not to interfere with the bending of the adhesive layer and the reflective layer.
The isolation layer is attached to the reflection layer, and the shape and size of the isolation layer are the same as those of the reflection layer. The isolation layer plays the isolation effect between eye skin and the reflector layer, avoids the temperature conduction of reflector layer to the eyes. The isolation layer has appropriate thickness and elasticity, and thickness 1 ~ 2 millimeters is more soft and comfortable. The barrier layer is made of a biocompatible foamed plastic, such as foamed PVC (polyvinyl chloride), PU (polyurethane), or the like.
Release paper is adopted on the release layer, and the release paper is attached to the adhesive on the edge of the adhesive layer, so that the isolation layer and the like are protected from dust and bacterial pollution.
Compare with current light protection eye subsides, eyes, eye-shade etc. the utility model provides a light protection eye subsides has following several advantages:
(1) the reflecting layer is made of materials with high reflectivity for laser, intense pulse light, red blue light and ultraviolet light, including but not limited to aluminum films, and is low in cost and easy to process;
(2) the light protection eye patch mainly plays a role in protection by reflecting rather than absorbing light energy, and the reflecting layer can not generate much heat to hurt the skin;
(3) the light protection eye patch has the advantages of easy production and processing, low manufacturing cost, and capability of being used as a disposable device to avoid cross infection.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the light protection eye patch provided in this embodiment sequentially comprises, in the order of lamination: release layer 1, isolation layer 4, reflection stratum 3, paste layer 2. The reflecting layer 3 is attached to the middle part of the adhesive layer 2, and the isolating layer 4 is attached to the reflecting layer 3. The edge of the adhesive layer 2 is provided with an adhesive, and the adhesive layer 2 is attached to the release layer 1 through the adhesive.
The main body of the adhesive layer 2 is oval, and the adhesive at the edge adopts pressure-sensitive adhesive without latex and low anaphylactic reaction. The edge of the adhesive layer 2 is provided with a protruding tear-off portion 5 at a position, and the tip of the tear-off portion 5 or the entire tear-off portion 5 is not coated with an adhesive. When pasting the edge laminating of layer 2 and leaving type layer 1, easily tear portion 5 and leave type layer 1 corresponding position and be the separation, be convenient for follow this and come into the hand and paste layer 2 and leave type layer 1 separately. When the light protection eye patch is to be removed from the eyes after use, the easy-to-tear part 5 can be grasped and torn off. The whole of the adhesive layer 2 is made of foamed PVC (polyvinyl chloride).
The reflecting layer 3 is a smaller aluminum film than the pasting layer 2, and is firmly fixed in the middle of the pasting layer 2 by virtue of an adhesive, and the distance between the edge of the reflecting layer 3 and the edge of the pasting layer 2 is about 4 mm. The reflective layer 3 is used to reflect light including laser light, intense pulsed light, red-blue light, ultraviolet light, and the like, which have penetrated the adhesive layer 2. The thickness of the aluminum film is at least more than 50 microns, so that a good reflection effect can be achieved.
The isolation layer 4 is also fixed to the reflective layer 3 by means of an adhesive, the isolation layer 4 being able to avoid the reflective layer directly contacting the skin of the user. The insulating layer 4 is made of foamed PVC (polyvinyl chloride), but is thicker than the adhesive layer 2. The light irradiated on the surface of the reflective layer 3 is mostly reflected by the reflective layer 3, but a small portion of the light is absorbed by the reflective layer 3, and the energy in the light is converted into heat, and the heat is gradually accumulated as the irradiation time is prolonged. At this time, the isolation layer 4 is required to be used as a heat insulation layer, and the foamed PVC contains a large number of pores, which are poor conductors of heat and prevent discomfort caused by heat conduction to the skin. Meanwhile, the isolation layer 4 also serves as a light-blocking layer, and if a very small amount of light rays pass through the reflection layer 3, the light rays are continuously blocked by the isolation layer 4. Laser, intense pulse light, red blue light, ultraviolet light and the like are hardly absorbed by the multi-layer multi-stage reflection, so that the eye protection mask plays a good role in protecting eyes.
The release layer 1 is used for adhering the bearing adhesive layer 2 and other layers. The main body of the release layer 1 is paper, and a thin plastic film is attached to the surface which is in contact with the adhesive layer 2. A thicker and smooth plastic sheet can also be used for the release layer 1.
Example 2
This embodiment provides another form of light protective eye patch, as shown in fig. 2. Because the light protection eye pastes and is mostly used in pairs, pastes two light protection eye main parts on same release layer 6. The light protection eye patch main body also comprises an adhesive layer, a reflecting layer and an isolating layer. In order to facilitate tearing, the sticking layer is provided with an easy-tearing part 5. Each layer structure and function of the light protection eye patch provided in this embodiment are similar to those of the light protection eye patch in embodiment 1, and are not described herein again.
