The following describes a multifunctional box type switching station for automatic dust removal according to an embodiment of the present invention with reference to fig. 1 to 4.
According to the utility model discloses automatic multi-functional box switching station that removes dust, including box switching station body 100 and set up dust sensor 200, air exhauster 300, dust removal air duct component 400, dust extraction 500, the processor unit 600 in box switching station body 100. A dust sensor 200 for detecting the dust concentration in the box-type substation body 100; an exhaust fan 300 disposed inside the ventilation opening of the box-type substation body 100; a dust removal air duct assembly 400 disposed on an inner wall of the box-type substation body 100 and provided with a plurality of dust removal air ports 410; the dust collection device 500 is arranged in the box-type switching station body 100, is connected with the dust removal air duct assembly 400, and is used for extracting dust in the box-type switching station body 100 through the dust removal air duct assembly 400 and storing the dust in the dust collection device 500; the processor unit 600 is connected to the dust sensor 200, the dust suction device 500, and the switch cabinet in the box-type substation body 100, respectively.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the box-type substation body 100 is generally provided with some ventilation holes, so that when the exhaust fan 300 is installed, it is no longer necessary to provide new ventilation holes for exhausting air. In addition, the ventilation openings of the box-type substation body 100 are mostly of a louver structure, and have a good waterproof capability. The exhaust fan 300 can effectively reduce the amount of dust in the box-type substation body 100, and is suitable for long-time operation because the power of the exhaust fan 300 is low, and the dust removal operation is continuously performed. The exhaust fan 300 can be controlled by a direct current motor, a corresponding power module is added, the power module is controlled by the processor unit 600 to change output voltage, and then the rotating speed of the exhaust fan 300 is controlled, so that the exhaust fan 300 can operate at a low rotating speed under the condition of low dust concentration, and when the dust concentration is high, the exhaust fan can operate at a high rotating speed to accelerate dust discharge. The exhaust fan 300 may also reduce the temperature and humidity in the box-type substation body 100 while removing dust.
The dust suction device 500 removes dust much more efficiently than the suction fan 300. The suction device 500 can be retrofitted directly with existing suction cleaners. The dust suction device 500 has high efficiency, but has high power compared with the exhaust fan 300, so that the dust suction device can be started to remove dust when the dust concentration is high, and can be automatically cleaned once every other time by combining a timing starting mode.
The dust removing air duct assembly 400 is installed on the inner wall of the box-type switching station body 100, and a plurality of air ducts of the dust removing air duct assembly 400 are arranged at a plurality of positions of the inner wall of the box-type switching station body 100, and a plurality of dust removing air ports 410 are arranged, so that after the dust suction device 500 is started, dust in the box-type switching station body 100 can enter the air ducts through the plurality of dust removing air ports 410, and finally enters the dust suction device 500 through the air ducts. Adopt dust removal wind channel subassembly 400 can realize removing dust to a plurality of positions simultaneously, need not set up a plurality of dust extraction 500 and remove dust in a plurality of positions simultaneously, the effectual cost of having practiced thrift, also can avoid only adopting under the condition of a dust extraction 500, lead to keeping away from dust extraction 500 or sheltering from the position by the cubical switchboard and difficultly reach anticipated dust removal effect.
According to the utility model discloses automatic multi-functional box switching station that removes dust, the air with in box switching station body 100 that can last through air exhauster 300 is discharged to the outside, through keeping the circulation of air continuously, can be so that the dust in box switching station body 100 can not quick fall to the bottom plate on, through air exhauster 300 alright take out the dust in box switching station body 100. The dust sensor 200 can detect the dust concentration in the box-type substation body 100 in real time, so that the processor unit 600 can adjust the rotation speed of the exhaust fan 300 and the start and stop of the dust suction device 500 according to the dust concentration. The processor unit 600 can also control the dust suction device 500 to start at a timing, so as to reduce the dust amount in the box-type switching station body 100 to the maximum extent. By storing the sucked dust in the dust suction device 500, the dust can be prevented from being discharged out of the box-type switching station body 100 to cause other pollution or danger on the one hand, and on the other hand, the dust can be conveniently and rapidly cleaned by the worker. Can carry out the dust absorption to a plurality of positions in box switching station body 100 simultaneously through dust removal wind channel subassembly 400, can improve the efficiency of dust removal on the one hand, on the other hand also can prevent that the dust from dancing everywhere, causes secondary pollution.
