The surface ring ground structure of claim 2, wherein a wave-shaped curved surface is provided on the lower surface of the wiper pad in the circumferential direction, and peaks and valleys of the wave-shaped curved surface on the lower surface and the upper surface of the wiper pad are arranged in a staggered manner.
4. The ground structure of claim 3, wherein the height of the upper surface of said wiper pad from the peak to the valley thereof is greater than the height of the lower surface of said wiper pad from the peak to the valley thereof.
5. The face ring ground structure of claim 2, wherein the curvature of the peaks of the upper surface of said doctor blade pad is less than the curvature of the valleys thereof.
6. The surface ring ground structure according to claim 2, wherein a fitting plane is provided between the upper surface and the lower surface of the paint scraping spacer, the scraping portion is provided on an outer periphery of the fitting plane, and the second communication hole is provided at a center of the fitting plane.
7. The surface ring ground structure of claim 6, wherein the wave crests and the wave troughs of the upper surface and the lower surface of the paint scraping pad are convex or concave with respect to the mating plane, respectively, to form a wave-shaped curved surface.
8. The face ring ground structure of claim 6, wherein a gasket is further provided between said wiper pad and said face ring connection.
9. The face ring ground structure of claim 8, wherein an outer periphery of said washer does not protrude beyond an outer periphery of said mating plane.
10. The face ring ground structure of claim 1, wherein the connector is a bolt or a rivet.
