A stainless steel container cover for a container, the stainless steel container cover comprising a stainless steel cover body, a seal assembly, the cover body comprising a rim portion, a protrusion portion and an exhaust hole, the protrusion portion being wrapped by the rim portion, the protrusion portion being located in the container in an installed state of the stainless steel container cover and the container, the seal assembly comprising an annular mounting member detachably installed to the cover body and an annular sealing member fitted over the annular mounting member, an upper surface of the annular sealing member being fitted to an inner surface of the cover body in an installed state of the annular sealing member and the annular mounting member, a lower surface of the annular sealing member being provided with a flexible ring protruding therefrom, the flexible ring being fitted to an inner side of a container mouth of the container in an installed state of the stainless steel container cover and the container, and a cover cap is arranged on the exhaust hole.
2. The stainless steel container cover of claim 1, wherein the outer surface of the annular mounting member is provided with a first rib and a second rib, the first rib is arranged above the second rib and has the same protruding direction as the second rib, the lower surface of the flexible ring is connected to the top surface of the second rib in a clamping manner, the upper surface of the flexible ring is provided with an annular sealing rib, the lower surface of the sealing rib is provided with a clamping rib, the top surface of the first rib is provided with a groove matched with the clamping rib in shape, and the clamping rib is clamped in the groove in a state that the lower surface of the flexible ring is clamped to the top surface of the second rib.
