An automatic bulking device is characterized in that a feeding mechanism, a preheating mechanism, a curing mechanism and a discharging mechanism are sequentially arranged according to a material circulation sequence; the preheating mechanism and the curing mechanism are arranged in a cascade manner, and the discharging mechanism is arranged at an outlet of the curing mechanism; the outlet of the feeding mechanism is communicated with the preheating mechanism; the preheating mechanism comprises a first screw barrel, a first screw rod arranged in the first screw barrel and a first screw rod driving device; the first screw is in transmission connection with the first screw driving device; a first temperature and pressure monitoring device is arranged at an outlet of the first screw cylinder and is used for measuring the temperature and pressure of the material at the outlet of the first screw cylinder in real time; the curing mechanism comprises a second screw barrel, a second screw rod arranged in the second screw barrel and a second screw rod driving device; the second screw is in transmission connection with the second screw driving device; a second temperature and pressure monitoring device is arranged at an outlet of the second screw cylinder and is used for measuring the temperature and the pressure of the material at the outlet of the second screw cylinder in real time; the first screw driving device, the second screw driving device, the first temperature and pressure monitoring device and the second temperature and pressure monitoring device can be electrically connected with a controller.

The automated bulking apparatus of claim 1, wherein the first screw is parallel to the second screw; the outlet of the first screw cylinder is communicated with the second screw cylinder through a discharging pipe; the blanking pipe is of an inverted T-shaped three-way structure; the blanking pipe is provided with a first pipe orifice, a second pipe orifice and a third pipe orifice, wherein the first pipe orifice and the second pipe orifice are arranged in the vertical direction, and the third pipe orifice is arranged in the horizontal direction; the third pipe orifice is detachably communicated with the first screw cylinder; the first pipe orifice is detachably communicated with the second screw cylinder; and a transparent material observation window plate for observing the material condition in the vertical blanking pipe is arranged on the vertical pipe body of the blanking pipe.
3. The automated bulking apparatus of claim 2, wherein the second nozzle has a quick release cover removably disposed thereon.
4. The automated bulking apparatus of claim 1, wherein the pitch of the first screw decreases from the inlet to the outlet of the first barrel; the pitch of the second screw is gradually reduced from the inlet to the outlet of the second screw barrel.

The automated bulking apparatus of claim 1, wherein said feed mechanism comprises a feed motor, a conical hopper, a protective cover plate, a motor shield; the protective cover plate is covered on the top of the conical storage hopper; a through hole is formed in the middle of the protective cover plate, and a feeding deflector rod is arranged in the conical material storage hopper; the feeding motor is arranged above the protective cover plate, and an output shaft of the feeding motor penetrates through a through hole of the protective cover plate to be coaxially connected with the feeding deflector rod; the motor protective cover is covered on the outer side of the output shaft of the feeding motor; the feeding motor is electrically connected with the controller.

The automated bulking apparatus of claim 5, further comprising a machine; the machine table comprises an upper table plate and a lower table plate; the length of the lower bedplate is longer than that of the upper bedplate, one part of the lower bedplate is arranged in a machine shell of the machine platform, and the other part of the lower bedplate extends out of the machine shell; the first screw cylinder and the first screw driving device are fixed on the upper bedplate in parallel, and the first screw driving device is in transmission connection with the first screw through a belt pulley arranged on the upper bedplate; a circle-shaped vertical bracket is sleeved on the side wall of the conical material storage hopper; the ring-shaped vertical support comprises a ring-shaped clamping part which is used for being attached to the side wall of the conical material storage hopper and a plurality of vertical support legs which are used for being fixed on the upper bedplate, and the feeding mechanism is integrally supported right above the first screw cylinder by the vertical support legs; the second screw driving device is arranged on the lower bedplate in the machine table shell and is in transmission connection with the second screw through a belt pulley arranged in the machine table shell; the second screw cylinder is supported at the height position between the upper bedplate and the lower bedplate through a cushion block arranged on the lower bedplate; the second barrel is shorter than the length of the first barrel; the cushion block is arranged on the part of the lower bedplate extending out of the machine cabinet.
7. The automated bulking apparatus of claim 5, wherein the feed motor is a speed reduction motor; the first screw driving device and the second screw driving device are variable-frequency speed-regulating motors; the discharging mechanism is a forming sieve plate.
8. The automatic bulking apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein said controller is a PLC.
