The tape compressing base plate 4-11 is arranged on the upper part of the tape winding tray mounting plate 4-7, the tape winding motor 4-12 is arranged on the tape winding tray mounting plate 4-7, the tape rolling seat 4-10 is arranged on the upper end of the compressing base plate 4-11, the upper part of the tape pressing plate 4-9 is connected with the tape rolling seat 4-10, the tape winding tray 4-8 is arranged between the tape compressing base plate 4-11 and the tape pressing plate 4-9 through a tape winding tray mounting shaft 4-13, and the output shaft of the tape winding motor 4-12 is connected with the tape winding tray mounting shaft 4-13 and is used for winding a tape and controlling the tape winding speed by controlling the motor rotating speed.
