As shown in fig. 1, the battery assembly 50 includes a pole 51; as shown in fig. 6, a first notch 12 extending along the axial direction is formed in an end surface of the first axial end of the mounting cylinder 10, and the first notches 12 are arranged at intervals around the circumference of the mounting cylinder 10 to form a plurality of first arc-shaped mounting sections 13 at the first axial end of the mounting cylinder 10; a second notch 14 extending along the axial direction is formed in the end face of the second axial end of the mounting cylinder 10, and the second notches 14 are arranged at intervals around the circumferential direction of the mounting cylinder 10 so as to form a plurality of second arc-shaped mounting sections 15 at the second axial end of the mounting cylinder 10; as shown in fig. 8, a plurality of first arc-shaped mounting holes 61 adapted to the plurality of first arc-shaped mounting sections 13 are formed in the driving PCB 60, and a first mounting groove 62 adapted to the first end of the LED lamp panel 20 is formed in an arc-shaped hole wall of the first arc-shaped mounting hole 61 away from the center of the driving PCB 60; the driving PCB 60 is also provided with an assembling hole 63, and the assembling hole 63 is arranged close to the center of the driving PCB 60 relative to the first arc-shaped mounting hole 61; as shown in fig. 9, a plurality of second arc-shaped mounting holes 72 adapted to the plurality of second arc-shaped mounting sections 15 are formed in the switch PCB 70, and a second mounting groove 73 adapted to the second end of the LED lamp panel 20 is formed in an arc-shaped hole wall of the second arc-shaped mounting hole 72 away from the center of the switch PCB 70; as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the driving PCB 60 and the mounting tube 10 are inserted into the first arc-shaped mounting section 13 through the first arc-shaped mounting hole 61, the first end of the LED lamp panel 20 extends into the first mounting groove 62, and the post 51 is inserted into the mounting hole 63; switch PCB board 70 and installation section of thick bamboo 10 are pegged graft through second arc mounting hole 72 and second arc installation section 15, and the second end of LED lamp plate 20 stretches into second mounting groove 73.
Optionally, the durian glare break-in and warning device has a flashing mode and an illumination mode, the switch 71 comprises a flashing switch 711 and an illumination switch 712; when the flashing switch 711 is turned on, the brightness of the LED lamp panel 20 is greater than that of the LED lamp panel 20 when the lighting switch 712 is turned on; and/or when the flashing switch 711 is turned on, the LED lamp panel 20 is in a flashing state. In order to further improve the practicability of the dur-shaped highlight dazzling and warning device, two working modes are set; in the process of wearing the LED lamp panel 20 at ordinary times, if a dark environment is met, a user can press the lighting switch 712, at least part of the LED lamp panels 20 are controlled to emit light through the switch PCB 70 and the drive PCB 60, and meanwhile, the light emitting frequency of the LED lamp panels 20 is controlled through the switch PCB 70 and the drive PCB 60, so that the LED lamp panels 20 generate soft lighting light without dazzling; if the target crowd needs to be dispersed or caught, the user can press the flashing switch 711, and the LED lamp panel 20 is controlled to generate strong light or flash light through the switch PCB 70 and the driving PCB 60, so that the effect of reducing the visual perception capability of the target crowd is realized.
Optionally, the LED lamp panel 20 includes an LED substrate and LED lamp beads disposed on the substrate, and the light emitting frequency of the LED lamp beads is controlled to control the light emitting intensity of the LED lamp panel 20, so as to adjust the brightness of the LED lamp panel 20.
Optionally, the LED substrate is an LED aluminum substrate, an LED ceramic substrate, or a glass fiber board.
Optionally, when the durian-shaped glare break-in and warning device is in the burst flashing mode, the driving PCB controls the LED lamp panel to emit light and stop emitting light, that is, the driving PCB controls the emitting time of the LED lamp panel; optionally, the durum glare inrush and warning device emits glare when the durum glare inrush and warning device is in a burst mode, and the durum glare inrush and warning device stops emitting light when the battery pack 50 is depleted of power.
Alternatively, the battery pack 50 is a rechargeable battery and the switch PCB board 70 is a charging switch PCB board. Optionally, the switch PCB board 70 also has a charge indicator lamp 74 for visually and easily indicating the charge state of the battery pack 50 to the user. In one particular embodiment, when the battery assembly 50 is in the charging state, the charge indicator light 74 is in a first color state; when the battery assembly 50 is in the fully charged state, the charge indicator light 74 is in the second color state, thereby visually prompting the user to stop charging. In another embodiment, when the battery assembly 50 is in the charging state, the charge indicator light 74 is illuminated; when the battery assembly 50 is in the full state, the charge indicator lamp 74 is in the off state, thereby intuitively prompting the user to stop charging.

Optionally, the durian glare break-in and guard device further comprises a cushion pad 180, the cushion pad 180 being arranged between the speaker 110 and the speaker adaptor ring 100; and/or the grenade glare break-in and guard apparatus further comprises a cushion pad 180, the cushion pad 180 being disposed between the speaker 110 and the gland 120. Thus, the cushion pad 180 can prevent the loudspeaker 110 from being damaged by impact force generated by the grenade-shaped highlight glaring intrusion and the impact force generated by the collision between the warning device and the ground after the grenade-shaped highlight glaring intrusion and the warning device are thrown out; the cushion pad 180 can also prevent the speaker 110 from shaking, and prevent the speaker 110 from colliding with the speaker adapter ring 100 or the cover 120 to generate noise or being damaged.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cushion pad includes a first cushion pad 181, a second cushion pad 182 and a third cushion pad 183, the first cushion pad 181 is installed in the installation cavity 101 and is located between the speaker 110 and the speaker adapter ring 100; the side of the speaker 110 away from the first cushion 181 has a mounting boss, and the second cushion 182 is mounted between the mounting boss of the speaker 110 and the speaker adapter ring 100; the third cushion 183 is installed between the speaker 110 and the cover 120.

Alternatively, the outer gland surface 122 of the gland 120 is an arc surface or a spherical partial surface, and the outer ring surface 161 of the switch ring 160 is an arc surface or a spherical partial surface. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, a limiting groove for installing the sealing ring 190 is formed on an end surface of the switch pressing ring 160, which is opposite to the rubber cap pressing ring 150, and at least a part of the sealing ring 190 extends into the limiting groove.
In an optional embodiment of the present application, not shown, a limiting groove for installing the sealing ring 190 is formed on an end surface of the rubber cap pressing ring 150, which is opposite to the switch pressing ring 160, and at least a portion of the sealing ring 190 extends into the limiting groove.
Optionally, two end caps 40 are located between the gland 120 and the switch collar 160; the gland 120 is clamped with the end cap 40 at the first axial end of the installation cylinder 10, the switch press ring 160 is clamped with the end cap 40 at the second axial end of the installation cylinder 10, and the two end caps 40 and the light diffusion tube 30 are pressed between the gland 120 and the switch press ring 160. The clamping connection can prevent foreign matters or liquid from entering into the grenade-shaped highlight dazzling intrusion and warning device from the connection between the gland 120 and the end cover 40 or the connection between the switch pressing ring 160 and the end cover 40, and the sealing performance of the grenade-shaped highlight dazzling intrusion and warning device is improved.
As shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, a first clamping groove 413 is formed on an end surface, far away from the garnet-shaped light diffusion tube 500, of the end cap 40 located at the first axial end of the installation tube 10, the gland 120 has a first clamping protrusion 123 arranged opposite to the first clamping groove 413, and at least a portion of the first clamping protrusion 123 extends into the first clamping groove 413 after the gland 120 is screwed with the installation tube 10; the end face, far away from the grenade-shaped light diffusion tube 500, of the end cover 40 located at the second axial end of the installation cylinder 10 is provided with a second clamping groove 414, the switch press ring 160 is provided with a second clamping protrusion 162 arranged opposite to the second clamping groove 414, and at least part of the second clamping protrusion 162 extends into the second clamping groove 414 after the switch press ring 160 is in threaded connection with the installation cylinder 10.
In an alternative embodiment of the present application, not shown, the gland 120 and the switch collar 160 have snap projections and the end cap 40 has snap recesses.
Optionally, the thread sealing is coated with thread glue, and the clamping sealing is filled with silica gel, so that the overall sealing performance of the grenade-shaped highlight dazzling intrusion and warning device is further improved.
Optionally, when the durian glare intrusion and warning device shown in fig. 1 to 10 is assembled, the LED lamp panels 20 are first fixedly mounted on the mounting barrel 10 through the connecting member 200, then the battery assembly 50 is mounted in the mounting barrel 10, the driving PCB 60 and the switch PCB 70 are sleeved at two ends of the mounting barrel 10 and are respectively located at two sides of the battery assembly 50, the positions of the driving PCB 60, the battery assembly 50 and the switch PCB 70 are fixed by the pressing ring 80, so as to prevent the driving PCB 60, the battery assembly 50, the switch PCB 70 and the mounting barrel 10 from moving relatively, then the two end covers 40 are sleeved on the mounting barrel 10 and are respectively located at the outer sides of the driving PCB 60 and the switch PCB 70, the durian light diffusion tube 500 is arranged between the two end covers 40, and part of the driving PCB 60 and part of the switch PCB 70 are encapsulated in the sealed space 31; then, the audio PCB 90, the speaker adapter ring 100, the first cushion 181, the second cushion 182, the speaker 110, and the third cushion 183 are sequentially mounted at the first axial end of the mounting cylinder 10, and then the gland 120 is covered at the cylinder mouth of the first axial end of the mounting cylinder 10 and is in threaded connection with the mounting cylinder 10; the charging adapter ring 130, the rubber cap 140 and the rubber cap press ring 150 are sequentially installed at the second axial end of the installation cylinder 10, and the switch press ring 160 provided with the seal ring 190 is covered at the cylinder opening of the second axial end of the installation cylinder 10 and is in threaded connection with the installation cylinder 10.

Claims (13)

1. A durum-like glare break-in and warning device, comprising:
a mounting cylinder (10);
the LED lamp panels (20) are arranged around the outer peripheral wall of the mounting cylinder (10) at intervals;
the grenade-shaped light diffusion tube (500) is covered on the outer peripheral sides of the installation cylinder (10) and the LED lamp panels (20);
two end covers (40), wherein one end cover (40) is connected with the first axial end of the mounting cylinder (10) and the first axial end of the grenade-shaped light diffusion tube (500), and the other end cover (40) is connected with the second axial end of the mounting cylinder (10) and the second axial end of the grenade-shaped light diffusion tube (500);
and the warning alarm module is connected with the grenade-shaped highlight dazzling intrusion and warning device through a connecting wire.
2. The durian glare penetration and guard apparatus of claim 1,
the end covers (40) are provided with mounting through holes (411), the end covers (40) are sleeved on the peripheral wall of the mounting cylinder (10) through the mounting through holes (411), and the two end covers (40) are sleeved at two axial ends of the mounting cylinder (10) at intervals;
assembling grooves (412) arranged around the outer peripheral sides of the mounting through holes (411) are formed in the oppositely arranged end faces of the two end covers (40), and two ends of the grenade-shaped light diffusion tube (500) respectively extend into the two assembling grooves (412) of the two end covers (40); wherein, end cover (40) are made by the colloidal material, garnet form light diffusion tube (500) installation section of thick bamboo (10) and two form confined space (31) between end cover (40), will each LED lamp plate (20) encapsulate in confined space (31).
3. The grenade glare intrusion and warning device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the end cap (40) comprises:
an end cap body (41);
the rotation stopping part (42) is convexly arranged on the peripheral wall of the end cover body (41), and the rotation stopping parts (42) are arranged around the peripheral direction of the end cover body (41) at intervals.
4. The durian glare intrusion and warning device of claim 1, further comprising a power supply structure disposed within said mounting barrel (10) for providing power to each of said LED light panels (20).
5. Grenade glare intrusion and warning device according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises a sound source structure, at least part of which is arranged within the mounting cylinder (10) for emitting a warning sound.
6. The durian glare intrusion and warning device of claim 2, wherein said durian glare intrusion and warning device further comprises:
the power supply structure is arranged in the mounting cylinder (10) and used for supplying power to the LED lamp panels (20);
the two packaging covers are respectively covered at two axial ends of the mounting cylinder (10), the two packaging covers package the power supply structure in the mounting cylinder (10) and tightly press the two end covers (40) and the garnet-shaped light diffusion tube (500) between the two packaging covers; wherein, the outer surface of at least one packaging cover is an arc surface or a part surface of a spherical surface.
7. The durian glare intrusion and warning device of claim 2, wherein said durian glare intrusion and warning device further comprises:
a battery assembly (50), the battery assembly (50) being disposed within the mounting barrel (10);
the driving PCB (60) is spliced with the axial first end of the mounting cylinder (10) and is electrically connected with the battery assembly (50) and the LED lamp panel (20);
the switch PCB (70) is spliced with the second axial end of the mounting cylinder (10) and electrically connected with the battery assembly (50) and the LED lamp panel (20), the switch PCB (70) is provided with a switch (71), and when the switch (71) is in an open state, the battery assembly (50) controls the LED lamp panel (20) to emit light through the driving PCB (60);
wherein the battery assembly (50) is located between the driver PCB board (60) and the switch PCB board (70), the driver PCB board (60) and the switch PCB board (70) being located between the two end caps (40).
8. The durian glare intrusion and warning device of claim 7, wherein said durian glare intrusion and warning device has a burst mode and an illumination mode, said switch (71) comprising a burst switch (711) and an illumination switch (712);
when the flashing switch (711) is turned on, the brightness of the LED lamp panel (20) is greater than that of the LED lamp panel (20) when the lighting switch (712) is turned on; and/or when the explosion flash switch (711) is turned on, the LED lamp panel (20) is in a flashing state.
9. The dur-like glare break-in and warning device of claim 7, wherein said battery assembly (50) is a rechargeable battery and said switch PCB board (70) is a charging switch PCB board.
