Meanwhile, the sliding sleeve 41 is sleeved on the sliding rod 31, and the sliding sleeve 41 can slide along the axial direction of the sliding rod 31. The driving plate 42 is located between the two sliding sleeves 41, a connecting sheet 43 is integrally fixed on one side of the sliding sleeve 41 facing the driving plate 42, the driving plate 42 and one side of the connecting sheet 43 departing from the electric heating sheet are abutted and screwed, and the connecting sheet 43 is also screwed with the electric heating plate 1.
The electric heating plates 1 are cast aluminum heating plates, a certain distance exists between the two electric heating plates 1, the electric heating plates are arranged to be adjustable gaps 11, and the adjustable gaps 11 are used for the plastic plates 9 to pass through. The electric heating plate 1 may heat the plastic panel 9 while the plastic panel 9 passes through.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, the adjusting mechanism adopts two worm gear lead screw lifters 6, one worm gear lead screw lifter 6 is installed in the middle of the supporting plate 21 and fixed by screws, and the other worm gear lead screw lifter 6 is installed in the middle of the mounting plate 5 and fixed by screws.
Worm screw lifter 6 mounted to support plate 21:
referring to fig. 1 and 4, one end of a screw 61 of the worm gear screw lifter 6 penetrates through the support plate 21, a lifting platform 62 of the worm gear screw lifter 6 is fixed at one end of the screw 61 far away from the support plate 21 and is fixed with a screw of the drive plate 42 close to the support plate 21, and a rocking assembly is arranged on an input shaft 63 of the worm gear screw lifter 6.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the rocking assembly includes a driving rod 71, a crank 73 and a coupling 72, the driving rod 71 is fixed to the input shaft 63 of the adjusting mechanism through the coupling 72, a through slot 321 (compare fig. 5) is formed in an outer wall of one end of the base 32 with a smaller diameter, and the driving rod 71 passes through the through slot 321.
A supporting block 81 is fixed on the supporting plate 21 through screws, mounting bosses 82 are arranged on two sides of the supporting block 81 and used for being fixed with the supporting plate 21 through screws, the supporting block 81 is opposite to the input shaft 63 of the worm screw lifter 6, a through hole 83 coaxial with the driving rod 71 is formed in the supporting block 81, a bearing 84 is installed in the through hole 83, and one end, far away from the coupler 72, of the driving rod 71 penetrates through an inner ring of the bearing 84.
The crank 73 includes a ring 731, a connecting sleeve 734, a connecting stub 732 and a grip 733, the connecting sleeve 734 being interferingly fitted with an end of the driving rod 71 passing through the through hole 83. Meanwhile, the ring 731 is located outside the connecting sleeve, two connecting short rods 732 are provided, and one end of each connecting short rod 732 is welded and fixed with the ring 731, and the other end of each connecting short rod 732 is welded and fixed with the connecting sleeve. The two connecting short rods 732 are coaxial, the holding rod 733 is perpendicular to the connecting short rods 732, and one end of the holding rod 733 is fixed to a side wall of one connecting section rod, which is close to one end of the circular ring 731 and faces away from the supporting block 81.
Install in turbo screw lift 6 of mounting panel 5:
referring to fig. 1 and 4, one end of a screw 61 of the worm gear screw lift 6 penetrates through the mounting plate 5, a lifting platform 62 of the worm gear screw lift 6 is fixed on one end of the screw 61 penetrating through the mounting plate 5 and is fixed with a drive plate 42 far away from the mounting plate 5 through a screw, a shaking assembly is arranged on an input shaft 63 of the worm gear screw lift 6, the shaking assembly comprises a drive rod 71, a crank 73 and a coupler 72, and the drive rod 71 is fixed with the input shaft 63 of the adjusting mechanism through the coupler 72.
The mounting plate 5 is fixed with a supporting block 81 by screws, and mounting protrusions 82 are arranged on two sides of the supporting block 81 and used for being fixed with the supporting plate 21 by screws. And the supporting block 81 is opposite to the input shaft 63 of the turboscrew lifter 6, a through hole 83 coaxial with the driving rod 71 is formed in the supporting block 81, a bearing 84 is installed in the through hole 83, and one end, far away from the coupler 72, of the driving rod 71 penetrates through an inner ring of the bearing 84.
The crank 73 comprises a circular ring 731, two connecting sleeves 734, two connecting short rods 732 and a holding rod 733, the connecting sleeves 734 and one end of the driving rod 71 penetrating through the through hole 83 are in interference fit, the circular ring 731 is located outside the connecting sleeve, one end of each of the two connecting short rods 732 is fixedly welded with the circular ring 731, the other end of each of the two connecting short rods 732 is fixedly welded with the connecting sleeve, the two connecting short rods 732 are coaxial, the holding rod 733 is perpendicular to the connecting short rods 732, and one end of the holding rod 733 is fixed with one end of one connecting section rod close to one end of the circular ring 731 and away from the side wall of the supporting block 81.
The worm screw lifter 6 mounted to the support plate 21 is disposed opposite to the input shaft 63 of the worm screw lifter 6 mounted to the mounting plate 5.
The implementation principle of the online stress relief device for the special engineering plastic plate in the embodiment of the application is as follows: by shaking the crank handle 73 of the worm screw lifter 6 installed on the workbench, the lifting platform 62 is driven to drive the connecting piece to slide along the axial direction of the mounting column 3, and finally the height adjustment of the electric heating plate 1 close to the workbench is realized. Through rocking the crank 73 of the worm screw lifter 6 installed on the installation plate 5, the lifting platform 62 is driven to drive the connecting piece to slide along the axial direction of the installation column 3, and finally the height adjustment of the electric heating plate 1 far away from the workbench is realized. The size of the opening of the adjustable gap 11 is adjusted by adjusting the relative position between the two electric heating plates 1, so that the adjustable gap is suitable for plastic plates 9 with different thicknesses to pass through. Then, the electric heating plate 1 is heated by electrifying, so that the plastic plate 9 in the adjustable gap 11 is heated to a certain degree, and finally the purpose of preliminarily eliminating the internal stress of the plastic plate 9 is achieved.
