The baffle plate 62 is provided with an opening groove 63, so that the baffle plate 62 can ride on the transverse cylinder 53 or the longitudinal cylinder 57 and be inserted into the insertion groove 61, and meanwhile, the transverse cylinder 53 or the longitudinal cylinder 57 does not influence the detachment of the baffle plate 62.
