Abstract

一种防氧化感应加热器,本实用新型特别适用于 对易氧化的金属零部件进行表面加热处理和对经自 熔合金粉末材料喷涂表面进行感应重熔。本实用新 型除了包括有感应线圈1,冷却水通道2以外还包括 有保护气体腔3和通气管4,气腔3的内壁开有若干 个均匀分布的排气孔5,当工件处理时保护气体就通 过通气管4进入气腔3,并由排气孔5向工件表面排 出,从而保护工件不受氧化或明显地减少氧化现象。

Description

一种防氧化感应加热器,本实用新型涉及感应加热技术领域,特别适用于对易氧化的金属零部件进行表面加热处理和对经自熔合金粉末材料喷涂的工件表面进行感应重熔处理。
众所周知,现有的感应加热器只能使工件表面进行加热,而不能防止工件表面加热过程中的氧化现象。特别当采用感应加热器对经自熔合金粉末材料喷涂的工件表面进行加热时,因加热温度高于通常金属表面热处理温度(一般约达1300℃),使工件表面严重氧化,从而导致重熔工艺破坏,表面处理效果降低,当然对于易氧化的金属零部件来说,采用现有的感应加热器,也存在加热氧化问题。
本实用新型的目的就是要设计一种既能进行表面加热又能保护工件不受氧化或明显地减少氧化现象的防氧化感应加热器。
本实用新型的措施是使工件在保护气体,例如氮气、氩气等保护气体的气氛中加热。
现结合附图对本实用新型加以说明。
附图1为现有感应加热器示意图。图中1为感应线圈,2为冷却水通道。
附图2为本实用新型示意图,图中3为保护气体腔,4为通气管,5为排气孔。
附图3为附图2的A-A剖面图。
在本实用新型中,通保护气体的保护气腔3固定地置于感应线圈1的内侧,保护气腔3的内壁开有若干个均匀分布的排气孔5,通气管4伸入气腔3中,当工件在感应器内加热时,保护气体就通过通气管4进入气腔3,并从排气孔5向工件表面排出从而保护工件不受氧化或明显地减少氧化。
本实用新型的特征在于,它除了包括有感应线圈1。冷却通道2以外,还包括有保护气体腔3和通气管4,所说的保护气体腔3固定地置于感应线圈1的内侧,气腔3的内壁开有若干个均匀分布的排气孔5,通气管4伸入气腔3内。
采用本实用新型后,工件表面氧化现象明显地降低,例如本所采用本实用新型对上海耐火材料厂使用的芯棒模具(表面喷涂Ni60WC合金粉末)进行表面重熔热处理,加热时气腔3内通入氩气,结果在1300℃左右的加热温度下,表面能达到工艺要求,经上海耐火材料厂有关部门试用认为表面光滑平整,无氧化,车削后熔层致密,与基体结合良好,使用时未见剥落。

1、一种防氧化感应加热器,它包括有感应线圈1,冷却水通道2,其特征在于,还包括有保护气体腔3,通气管4,所说的保护气体腔3固定地置于感应线圈1的内侧,气腔3的内壁开有若干个均匀分布的排气孔5,通气管4伸入气腔3内。
