The angle regulator is characterized by comprising a bracket, a turning part, a cover plate and a latch, wherein the turning part and the cover plate are clamped by the bracket and the latch, a spring is arranged between the latch and the bracket, the bracket limits the latch to rotate, the head of the spring supporting latch extends out of a central hole of the turning part, annular teeth arranged on the latch and annular teeth of the turning part are mutually embedded, the latch limits the turning part to rotate, the head of the latch is pressed, the spring is stressed to retract, the annular teeth of the latch are separated from the annular teeth of the turning part, the turning part is rotated to be regulated, the latch is loosened, and the elastic potential energy of the spring is recovered to be embedded into the annular teeth of the turning part and fixed.

The angle adjuster according to claim 1, wherein the bracket has a disk, a slot is formed on an outer surface of the disk, at least one position-limiting portion is formed in the slot, the latch is formed in the slot, and a protrusion or a groove formed in the latch is fitted to the position-limiting portion of the slot to limit rotation of the latch.

The angle adjuster according to claim 1, wherein the rotation adjusting member is provided with a rotating disc which is hollow, a center hole is formed in the center of the rotating disc, an annular tooth is arranged in the rotating disc, the annular tooth and the center hole are concentrically distributed, the rotation adjusting member is arranged on the outer side plane of the bracket, the head of the latch extends out of the center hole from the rotating disc, and the annular tooth arranged on the latch is embedded with the annular tooth of the rotation adjusting member.

The angle regulator of claim 2, wherein the inner plane of the disc of the bracket is provided with a protruding shaft, the protruding shaft is coaxial with the center of the disc, the cover plate is circular, the center of the cover plate is provided with a rotating hole, and the rotating hole of the cover plate is inserted and sleeved on the protruding shaft of the inner plane of the disc.
5. The angle adjuster according to claim 2, wherein the disk of the bracket is provided with at least two radially extending arc-shaped slots, and the axis of the arc-shaped slot is coaxial with the center of the disk.
6. The angle regulator of claim 5, wherein the rotation member is mounted with the lid clamping bracket and the latch, and the connecting portion of the rotation member and the lid is located in an arc-shaped slot that limits the rotation angle of the rotation member.

The angle adjuster according to claim 3, wherein the bracket is provided at a lower end thereof with an arc-shaped rod extending outward, and a connecting portion is provided at a rear of the bracket, and the turning member is provided with a connecting rod which is tangentially arranged to a turn plate of the turning member.

An adjustable neck brace, characterized in that, includes the angle regulator of any one of the above claims 1-7, and the chest support sleeve and the lower jaw sleeve which are connected with the angle regulator, the angle regulator is provided with a pair, and the cover plate of the angle regulator is arranged at the inner side of the neck brace, the two ends of the chest support sleeve are provided with arc-shaped rods of the chest bracket connecting bracket, the lower jaw sleeve is provided with two pieces and is penetrated and sleeved on the two lower jaw support rods, the lower jaw support rods are connected with the connecting rods of the turning piece, the cover plates of the two angle regulators are pasted on the neck, the connecting parts of the two angle regulators are connected with the belt strips, and the angle regulator controls the relative angle between the lower jaw support rods and the chest support rods.
9. The adjustable neck brace according to claim 8, wherein the chin bar fitted with the chin cup rests the chin of the user, the chest cup connected to the chest bar is pressed against the chest of the user, and the arc bar of the bracket connected to the chest bar is attached to the neck shoulder, the chin bar and the chest bar taking the form of elastic bars for tension adjustment between the two angle adjusters.

The adjustable neck brace according to claim 8, wherein the strap is in contact with the neck, the strap is an elastic strip, or the strap comprises two strap bodies, the two strap bodies are respectively connected to the connecting portions of the two angle adjusters, and the two strap bodies are connected by a hook and loop fastener.
