Referring to fig. 2A and 2B in conjunction with fig. 1A-1C, it can be seen that the mesh cover sheet 30 shown in fig. 1A is attached to the outer periphery of the main body frame 40, and the outer periphery is directly opposite to the first linear groove 41 on the main body frame 40. In practice, the mesh cover sheet 30 may be attached to the outer periphery of the body bracket 40 by means including, but not limited to, snapping. Either the mesh cover sheet 30 or the main body frame 40 may be left-right symmetrical.
Referring to fig. 1B and 1C, the screen assembly 10 is fixed in the tv 1 in such a manner that the back of the screen assembly 10 is fixedly connected to the main body bracket 40 of the tv 1, so that the screen assembly 10 is fixed to the main body bracket 40, and since the main body bracket 40 is one of the main body components for supporting the tv 1, the screen assembly 10 can be stably fixed and supported by the main body bracket 40. The back of the screen assembly 10 is also provided with an electronic control assembly which can be used to control the operation of the television 1. Specific fixing details regarding the screen assembly 10 will be set forth below and will not be described in detail here.
With continuing reference to fig. 2A and 2B, it can be seen from fig. 2A and 2B that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the television set 1 further includes a pair of corner blocks 60, and the corner blocks 60 are usually embedded in two ends of the first strip-shaped groove 41 respectively in the penetrating direction for symmetry, so that the corner blocks 60 are also located at two ends of the television set 1, while fig. 2A and 2B only show the corner blocks 60 located at the left side of the figure, and of course, although the shapes of the corner blocks 60 may be the same, the detailed features may be different.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a corner block in an embodiment of the present invention. As described above, since the bottom of one end of the first bar-shaped groove 41 in the penetrating direction is provided with the remote display opening 418, only one of the pair of corner blocks 60 is close to the remote display opening 418, and the corner block 60 shown in fig. 2A, 2B and 4 is the corner block 60 close to the remote display opening 418. Referring to fig. 4, the corner block 60 near the remote display opening 418 is provided with a remote control assembly mounting opening 68 on a side far from the remote display opening 418, the remote control assembly mounting opening 68 is located on a rear side of the corner block 60, that is, on a side of the corner block 60 facing the rear side of the television set 1, one end of the first strip-shaped groove 41, in the penetrating direction, in which the corner block 60 near the remote display opening 418 is embedded, covers an area of the remote display opening 418, so that a through chamber is formed between the remote control assembly mounting opening 68 and the remote display opening 418, in other words, the inside of the corner block 60 is not solid but hollow, and the remote control assembly mounting opening 68 of the corner block 60 is butted with the remote display opening 418 through the hollow space inside the corner block 60. A remote control unit is installed in the through-chamber, which is in communication with the remote display opening 418, so that the remote control unit in the through-chamber can receive and transmit remote control signals, and the remote control unit is electrically connected with the electric control unit arranged on the back surface of the screen unit 10 through the corner block 60, so that the signal transmission between the remote control unit and the electric control unit can be performed, and the remote control unit in the corner block 60 becomes an entrance for a user to interact with the television set 1.
Of course, the remote control module may not be installed in the through chamber formed between the remote control module installation port 68 and the remote control display port 418, but other types of modules may also be installed, for example, a lamp effect module may be installed, and the lamp effect module may also be butted with the remote control display port 418 through the through chamber, so that the remote control display port 418 may not only receive signals, but also emit light signals to the outside. The remote control assembly can be observed through the remote control assembly mounting port 68, the mounting position of the remote control assembly in the corner block 60 can be conveniently and accurately adjusted, the remote control assembly is easy to assemble in place, and the assembly efficiency is improved; in addition, because the remote control assembly is installed in the corner block 60, the corner block 60 can be processed in batch, and can be processed by using a die and integrally formed, the cost can be reduced, and in addition, the corner block 60 can be provided by a supplier as an independent assembly, and the requirement of production by using a supply chain can be met. It will be appreciated that the configuration of the corner block 60 may be virtually any and is not limited to those shown above.
The areas of the two ends of the side wall of the first bar-shaped groove 41 far away from the bottom surface of the first bar-shaped groove 41, that is, the areas of the top surface and the bottom surface of the main body bracket 40 near the rear side of the television 1, are also provided with gaps, and the gaps are filled with the corner blocks 60. Fig. 3B is an enlarged schematic view of a portion surrounded by dotted lines of the structure shown in fig. 3A according to the embodiment of the present invention. Specifically, referring to fig. 3A and 3B, the upper side wall of the first elongated groove 41 or the top surface of the main body bracket 40 is formed with a second notch 46, the lower side wall of the first bar-shaped groove 41 or the bottom surface of the main body bracket 40 is provided with a first gap 45, the size and shape of the second gap 46 and the first gap 45 can be different, but are positioned on the two side walls at the same end of the first bar-shaped groove 41, although fig. 3B shows only two notches at the same end of the main body bracket 40, it is to be understood that the main body bracket 40 may be symmetrical, two notches may be present at the other end of the main body bracket 40, and these two notches may be symmetrical to the notch shown in fig. 3B, of course, these two notches may not be symmetrical to the notch shown in fig. 3B, because the gaps are filled by the corner blocks 60, the whole bodies formed by filling the corresponding gaps with the corner blocks 60 on the two sides are symmetrical to each other. Specifically, referring to fig. 4, the bottom 66 of the corner block 60 may correspondingly fill the first gap 45 in fig. 3B, and the top 67 of the corner block 60 may correspondingly fill the second gap 46 in fig. 3B. In fig. 3B, the main body frame 40 further includes a rivet slot 417, and the edge of the mesh enclosure sheet 30 may include a corresponding rivet, so that the mesh enclosure sheet 30 may be snapped onto and attached to the main body frame 40 by riveting.
The angle block 60 fills the gap, that is, the angle block 60 is matched with the main body bracket 40 at the gap, and the angle block 60 and the main body bracket are integrated, and at least one part of the angle block 60 is clamped into the first strip-shaped groove 41 through the gap. With continued reference to fig. 2A and 2B, it can be seen that, compared with the corner block 60 shown in fig. 4, the remote control assembly mounting opening 68 on the corner block 60 in fig. 2A and 2B is not exposed, because the television set 1 further includes a rear cover plate 80, the rear cover plate 80 is fixedly connected with the corner block 60 near the remote control assembly mounting opening 68 on the side near the remote control assembly mounting opening 68, and can cover the remote control assembly mounting opening 68, that is, the rear cover plate 80 covers the remote control assembly mounting opening 68 from the rear side of the corner block 60, and the rear cover plate 80 can play a role in closing and beautifying the corner block 60.
Since the corner block 60 shown in fig. 2A and 2B is the corner block 60 close to the remote display opening 418, the corner block located at the other side of the television set 1, i.e., the corner block 60 symmetrical to the corner block 60, is far from the remote display opening 418, and the corner block 60 far from the remote display opening 418 may not be provided with the remote control assembly mounting opening 68 or the rear cover plate 80.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the corner block 60 is fixedly connected to the main body bracket 40 at least by a snap, and the rear cover plate 80 is fixedly connected to the corner block 60 near the remote display opening 418 at least by a snap.
Fig. 2C is a schematic structural diagram of the whole of the main body bracket, the corner block, the rear cover plate and the end cover plate of the tv set according to the embodiment of the present invention; fig. 2D is a partially enlarged schematic view of the structure near the corner block shown in fig. 2C according to the embodiment of the present invention.
