With such an arrangement, since the elasticity of the side frame 170 is greater than that of the lower cover 180, when the protective shell receives external force impact, the deformation degree of the lower cover 180 is small, the metal back frame 200 is embedded outside the extension part 182 of the lower cover 180, and the phenomenon that the metal back frame 200 is warped or separated from the main housing 100 due to the excessive deformation of the extension part 182 can be avoided.
In a specific embodiment, the lower cover 180 and the side frame 170 are made of plastic material, for example, the side frame 170 may be made of polyurethane, elastomer rubber, or other material with good elasticity, and the cover 181 may be made of polycarbonate with good mechanical strength and toughness. In addition, in order to improve the bonding strength between the lower cover 180 and the side frame 170, the lower cover 180 is bonded with the side frame 170 through an insert injection process, wherein the insert injection process refers to in-mold injection, that is, the lower cover 180 is firstly formed through injection molding, then the formed lower cover 180 is placed in a forming mold cavity of the side frame 170, and then the side frame 170 material which is melted at high temperature is injected, so that the side frame 170 and the lower cover 180 are bonded at high temperature; or, the side frame 170 is first injection molded, then the molded side frame 170 is placed in the molding mold cavity of the lower cover 180, and then the high-temperature molten material of the lower cover 180 is injected, so that the lower cover 180 and the side frame 170 are combined at high temperature. Therefore, the extension part 182 of the lower cover 180 is embedded in the groove 160 of the side frame 170 through the embedding and injecting process, so that the mechanical strength of the joint of the extension part 182 of the lower cover 180 and the side frame 170 can be improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the outer surface of the metal back frame 200 is flush with the outer surfaces of the side frame 170 and the lower cover 180, and the combining surface of the metal back frame 200 and the extension part 182 is located in the groove 160. In a specific embodiment, the metal back frame 200 is embedded in the groove 160 of the main housing 100 through a dispensing process, and a dispensing embedded structure design enables a dispensing bonding surface between the metal back frame 200 and the extension portion 182 to be located in the groove 160, so that bonding failure is not likely to occur, and the metal back frame 200 can be firmly disposed on the main housing 100, thereby preventing the metal back frame 200 from being warped or separated from the main housing 100.
In another embodiment, the metal back frame 200 is embedded in the groove 160 of the main housing 100 by an insert-injection process, that is, the metal back frame 200 is placed in a molding cavity of the lower cover 180, and then a high-temperature molten material of the lower cover 180 is injected, so that the metal back frame 200 is combined with the extension 182 of the lower cover 180 at a high temperature. Therefore, the metal back frame 200 is embedded in the groove 160 of the main housing 100 through the embedding and injecting process, so that the mechanical strength of the joint of the metal back frame 200 and the extension part 182 of the lower cover 180 can be improved, and the metal back frame 200 is prevented from being warped or separated from the main housing 100.
It should be noted that, in the embodiments shown in fig. 1 to 3, the side frame 170 and the lower cover 180 of the main housing 100 are made of different materials, respectively, and it is understood that, in other embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the side frame 170 and the lower cover 180 of the main housing 100 may be integrally formed by using the same material, for example, the side frame 170 and the lower cover 180 of the main housing 100 may be made of polycarbonate with better mechanical strength and toughness, and the metal back frame 200 is directly combined with the side frame 170 in the groove 160 and then embedded in the groove 160.

As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the bottom portion 110 of the main housing 100 is used for carrying the mobile terminal, the transition portion 120 and the side portion 130 are used for laterally surrounding the mobile terminal, and the buckling portion 140 is used for buckling the upper surface of the mobile terminal from above to prevent the mobile terminal from being detached from the protective housing from the opening 190. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the groove 160 at the corner of the main housing 100 extends from the transition portion 120 to the side portion 130, but does not extend to the buckling portion 140, the buckling portion 140 is made of plastic material, specifically, polycarbonate, polyurethane, elastomer rubber, etc., the elasticity of the buckling portion 140 is greater than that of the metal back frame 200, and the groove 160 at the corner of the main housing 100 extends from the transition portion 120 to the side portion 130, but does not extend to the buckling portion 140. The mobile terminal protection shell has three functions, wherein the first function is that the protection shell is not easy to deform, and the mobile terminal can be prevented from being separated from the protection shell when being impacted by external force; the second effect is that the metal back frame 200 can effectively disperse and absorb the impact force of any corner when the mobile terminal falls, so as to prevent the mobile terminal from being broken; the third effect is that, since the groove 160 and the metal back frame 200 are not disposed on the fastening portion 140, the fastening portion 140 has a better deformation capability, when a user wants to take the mobile terminal out of the accommodating cavity 150 of the protective housing, the fastening portion 140 is pulled by an external force, so that the fastening portion 140 is bent away from the opening 190, the size of the opening 190 is enlarged, and the mobile terminal can be taken out of the accommodating cavity 150 of the protective housing. It can be understood that, the mobile terminal is placed in the accommodating cavity 150 of the protective shell, and the operation process of the mobile terminal is opposite to that of the mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal can be conveniently taken out of the accommodating cavity 150 of the protective shell and can also be conveniently placed in the accommodating cavity 150 of the protective shell.
In another embodiment, in order to further facilitate taking out the mobile terminal from the accommodating cavity 150 of the protective housing, the protective housing is as shown in fig. 5, and the fastening portion 140 is partially enlarged as shown in fig. 6, the fastening portion 140 includes a first contour 141 and a second contour 142, the first contour 141 is close to the opening 190, the second contour 142 is away from the opening 190, and a minimum distance between the first contour 141 and the second contour 142 represents a fastening amount; the corner of buckling part 140 passes through the circular arc transition, and buckling part 140 includes connecting portion 171 and circular arc portion 172 that connect gradually along the circumference of protective housing, and circular arc portion 172 corresponds the bight of protective housing. As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the first contour 141 and the second contour 142 of the connecting portion 171 are parallel, the engaging amount of the connecting portion 171 is D1, the engaging amount of the four arc portions 172 is D2, and D1 > D2. That is, in the embodiments shown in fig. 5 and 6, the fastening amount of the arc portion 172 is reduced, when the user wants to take the mobile terminal out of the accommodating cavity 150 of the protective housing, the fastening portion 140 of the arc portion 172 is pulled by an external force, so that the fastening portion 140 of the arc portion 172 is bent away from the opening 190, the size of the opening 190 of the arc portion 172 is enlarged, one corner of the mobile terminal is firstly separated from the accommodating cavity 150 of the protective housing, and then the whole mobile terminal is separated from the accommodating cavity 150 of the protective housing.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment shown in fig. 5, the fastening portions 140 of the four circular arcs 172 have smaller fastening amounts, and the fastening amounts of the four circular arcs 172 are equal, so that a user can use an external force to break the fastening portion 140 of any one circular arc 172, first separate one corner of the mobile terminal from the receiving cavity 150 of the protective housing, and then separate the whole mobile terminal from the receiving cavity 150 of the protective housing. It is understood that in other embodiments, only the fastening portion 140 of the circular arc portion 172 may be designed to have a smaller fastening amount, and when a user wants to take the mobile terminal out of the accommodating cavity 150 of the protective housing, the fastening portion 140 having the smaller fastening amount is pulled by an external force, so as to first separate one corner of the mobile terminal from the accommodating cavity 150 of the protective housing, and then separate the entire mobile terminal from the accommodating cavity 150 of the protective housing.
