The control unit 23 comprises an NPN-type triode V and an intermediate relay KA, wherein a base electrode of the triode V is connected to a signal output end of the LM339 chip, a collector electrode of the triode V is connected to a power supply through a coil of the intermediate relay KA, and an emitter electrode of the triode V is grounded through a current-limiting resistor R; the normally open contact of the intermediate relay KA is connected in series to the alarm unit 24 for connecting or disconnecting the alarm unit 24.
The alarm unit 24 includes a buzzer HA and an alarm lamp HD connected in parallel, one end of a parallel circuit formed by the buzzer HA and the alarm lamp HD is connected to a power supply through a normally open contact of the series intermediate relay KA, and the other end is grounded. After the normally open contact of the intermediate relay KA is closed, the buzzer HA and the warning lamp HD are connected with the power supply, acousto-optic warning information is sent out, and a worker is reminded of adjusting the tension degree of the transmission belt in time.
