The embodiment of the application provides a fan.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a fan according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is a perspective view of the fan as viewed from one axial side (O side), fig. 2 is another schematic view of the fan according to the embodiment of the present invention, which is a perspective view of the fan as viewed from the other axial side (O 'side), fig. 3 is still another schematic view of the fan according to the embodiment of the present invention, which shows a case where the fan is viewed from one axial side (O side) in the axial direction, fig. 4 is still another schematic view of the fan according to the embodiment of the present invention, which shows a case where the fan is viewed from the other axial side (O' side) in the axial direction, and fig. 5 is still another schematic view of the fan according to the embodiment of the present invention, which is a side view of the fan as viewed.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the fan 10 includes a fan blade 101 and a fan frame 102, the fan blade 101 rotates about a central axis OO', and the fan frame 102 is disposed outside the fan blade 101 and accommodates the fan blade 101 therein. The fan frame 102 includes a support portion 1021, a wall portion 1022, a plurality of first mounting portions 1023, and a second mounting portion 1024.
The supporting portion 1021 supports the fan blade 101 at one axial end (O 'end) of the fan blade 101, the wall portion 1022 is disposed radially outside the fan blade 101, and one axial end (O' end) of the wall portion 1022 is connected to the supporting portion 1021, the first mounting portion 1023 is disposed at an outer periphery of the wall portion 1022, the first mounting portion 1023 is used for mounting the fan 10 in the axial direction, the second mounting portion 1024 is disposed at an outer periphery of the wall portion 1022, and a radial dimension d1 (shown in fig. 3) of the fan frame 102 at the second mounting portion 1024 is smaller than a radial dimension d2 (shown in fig. 3) of the fan frame 102 at the first mounting portion 1023.
As can be seen from the above embodiments, the first mounting portion 1023 and the second mounting portion 1024 are provided on the outer periphery of the wall portion 1022 of the fan frame 102, and the radial dimension d1 of the fan frame 102 at the second mounting portion 1024 is smaller than the radial dimension d2 of the fan frame 102 at the first mounting portion 1023. Therefore, the installation space of the fan can be saved, and the miniaturization of equipment is facilitated.
In the embodiment of the present application, the fan 10 may be applied to any electromechanical device, such as a cooling device, a home appliance, an office automation device, an industrial device, and the like, and the fan 10 is mounted to the electromechanical device through the first mounting portion 1023 and the second mounting portion 1024, without being limited thereto.
In the embodiment of the present application, the fan 10 may further include other components, such as a motor for driving the fan blades, which are referred to in the related art and will not be described herein.
In the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1 to fig. 5, the fan blade 101 is received inside the fan frame 102, for example, the fan blade 101 may be partially received inside the fan frame 102 (as shown in fig. 5), but the present application is not limited thereto, and the fan blade 101 may be completely received inside the fan frame 102, and those skilled in the art can perform the setting according to the needs.
In the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 2, the connection of the axial end (O 'end) of the wall portion 1022 with the support portion 1021 means that the wall portion 1022 is connected with the support portion 1021 at least a partial position P1 of the axial end (O' end), and further, as shown in fig. 5, the wall portion 1022 may also be connected with the support portion 1022 at least one position P2 of the radial outer periphery, that is, the support portion 1022 may also be connected with the outer peripheral portion of the wall portion 1022, thereby contributing to the stability of the entire fan frame 102. It should be noted that the connection manner between the wall part 1022 and the supporting part 1021 in fig. 2 is only an exemplary illustration, and the present application is not limited thereto, and those skilled in the art can make the arrangement according to the actual situation.
In the embodiment of the present application, the supporting portion 1021 and the wall portion 1022 of the fan frame 102 may be integrally formed, or may be assembled and/or fixed after being separately formed.
In the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the first mounting portion 1023 may be disposed at any position of the outer periphery of the wall portion 1022, which is not limited in the present application; the first mounting portion 1023 is used to mount the fan 10 in the axial direction, and for example, the first mounting portion 1023 may be configured to have a through hole h penetrating in the axial direction (a direction parallel to the central axis OO') and be fixed to a member to be mounted by inserting a fixing member such as a bolt through the through hole h in the axial direction. It should be noted that the above description of the first mounting portion 1023 is only an exemplary embodiment, and the application does not limit this, and refer to the related art; further, a member such as a rubber pad as a buffer member may be provided between the fixing member and the first mounting portion 1023, which is referred to the related art and further description thereof is omitted.
The above-mentioned parts of the fan are briefly described, and the second mounting portion 1024 and the related contents are described in detail below.
In one or more embodiments, the number of the second mounting portions 1024 is plural, and the plural second mounting portions 1024 are symmetrically provided to the wall portion 1022 with respect to the center Q of the fan 10, and/or symmetrically provided to the wall portion 1022 with respect to a center line L passing through the center Q of the fan 10. Therefore, the fan can be more firmly installed, and the stable operation of the fan is ensured.
For example, fig. 3 shows that two second mounting portions 1024 are symmetrically provided to the wall portion 1022 with respect to a center line L passing through the center Q of the fan 10, but not limited thereto, for example, the number of the second mounting portions 1024 may be, for example, 4 or other numbers, and a plurality of the second mounting portions 1024 are symmetrically provided to the wall portion 1022 with respect to the center line L; in addition, the second mounting portion 1024 may be disposed at a position symmetrical to the second mounting portion 1024 shown in fig. 3 with respect to the center Q of the fan 10 at the lower end of the paper surface of the wall portion 1022 shown in fig. 3, and thus, the plurality of second mounting portions 1024 are disposed at the wall portion 1022 symmetrical to the center Q of the fan 10.
In one or more embodiments, the second mounting part 1024 is used to insert an external device to mount the fan, and a dimension of the second mounting part 1024 in an insertion direction with respect to the external device is a predetermined dimension. Thus, by inserting the second mounting portion into the external device to mount the fan 10, the mounting space of the fan 10 can be further saved, which is more advantageous for the miniaturization of the device, and the dimension of the second mounting portion in the insertion direction with respect to the external device is a predetermined dimension, the wall portion of the fan frame can be made to be close without contacting the external device, and the interference of the fan and the external device can be prevented. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the second attachment portion may be attached to the external device by other means, for example, by forming a structure such as a concave-convex fit at a corresponding portion of the second attachment portion and the external device.
In one or more embodiments, the number of the second mounting parts 1024 is plural, and the plural second mounting parts 1024 are parallel to each other in a direction extending from the outer periphery of the wall part toward the outside. Thereby, in the case where the second mounting portion is inserted into the mounted member to fix the fan, the second mounting portion can be easily inserted into the mounted member.
For example, fig. 3 shows that the extending directions L1 and L2 of two second mounting parts 1024 are parallel to each other, but fig. 3 is only an exemplary illustration, and in the case where the number of second mounting parts 1024 is other number, the extending directions of the respective second mounting parts 1024 may be parallel to each other. However, for example, in the case where the number of the second mounting parts 1024 is 1 or more, each second mounting part 1024 may pass through the center Q of the fan 10 in the direction extending outward from the outer periphery of the wall part 1022, and for example, unlike the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the straight line along which the mounting parts 1024 extend may pass through the center Q of the fan, whereby the fan may be fixed in a plurality of directions, and the fan may be more firmly fixed.
In one or more embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the wall part 1022 has a main body part 1022a located radially outward of the fan blade 101 and a flange part 1022b protruding outward provided on the outer periphery of the main body part 1022a, and the second mounting part 1024 is provided on the flange part 1022 b. Thus, the second mounting portion 1024 is provided on the flange portion 1022b having a larger radial dimension than the body portion 1022a, the second mounting portion 1024 can be fixed more firmly, and the body portion 1022a and the flange portion 1022b can be integrally molded or separately molded. Further, the first mounting portion 1023 may be formed on the flange portion 1022 b.
In the embodiment of the present application, the second mounting portion 1024 and the wall portion 1022 may be integrally formed, and in the case of having the flange portion 1022b, the second mounting portion 1024 and the flange portion 1022b may be integrally formed, or the second mounting portion 1024 and the wall portion 1022 may be separately formed and then assembled and fixed, and in the case of having the flange portion 1022b, the second mounting portion 1024 and the flange portion 1022b may be separately formed, and the first mounting portion 1023 and the wall portion 1022 (or the flange portion 1022b) may be similarly formed, which is not limited in the present application, and may be selected by those skilled in the art according to actual needs.
Fig. 6 is an enlarged schematic view of a portion a of the fan shown in fig. 3.
In one or more embodiments, as shown in fig. 3 and 6, the portion of the wall portion 1022 at the second mounting portion 1024 is a planar portion S1. Thus, when the fan 10 is mounted, the second mounting part 1024 can be inserted into a mounted member (external device), and the dimension of the second mounting part 1024 in the insertion direction (L1 direction or L2 direction shown in fig. 3) with respect to the external device is made a predetermined dimension, so that the flat portion S1 is brought close without contacting the mounted member, in which case the radial mounting dimension of the fan frame 102 at the second mounting part 1024 is made close to d3 (as shown in fig. 3), whereby the mounting space of the fan 10 can be further saved, which is more advantageous for downsizing of the device.
It is noted that fig. 3 and 6 illustrate that one flat portion S1 is disposed in the whole area between two second mounting portions 1024, but this is only an exemplary illustration, for example, the flat portion S1 may be a partial area between two second mounting portions 1024, or the flat portion S1 may also include an area around the whole circumference of two second mounting portions 1024, which is not limited by the present application and can be set by one skilled in the art according to actual needs. In addition, in the case where the number of the second mounting portions 1024 is 1 or 2 or more, the wall portion 1022 may also form a flat portion at the second mounting portion 1024, and particularly, the arrangement of the flat portion S1 described above can be seen.
In one or more embodiments, the second mounting portion is cylindrical or quadrangular. Thus, when the second mounting portion is inserted into the mounted member to fix the fan, the second mounting portion can be easily inserted into the mounted member, which is advantageous for mounting the fan. As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the second mounting portion 1024 is cylindrical, which is beneficial to miniaturizing the second mounting portion 1024 itself and further saving the mounting space, but is not limited thereto, and may also be quadrangular prism, which has better fixing effect.
In one or more embodiments, the fan further includes a vibration reduction member (not shown) surrounding the second mounting portion. This can reduce the vibration of the fan. The vibration damping member may be, for example, a rubber sleeve that covers all or part of the wall portion of the second mounting portion 1024.
In one or more embodiments, as shown in fig. 3 and 6, the dimension F of the end F of the second mounting portion 1024 distal the wall portion 1022 is greater than the dimension N of the root N of the second mounting portion 1024 proximal the wall portion 1024. Accordingly, the vibration damping member covering the second mounting part 1024 can be prevented from falling off from the second mounting part 1024, and good vibration damping performance can be ensured, or the fan can be fixed more firmly by hooking the end part F having a large size to an external device.
According to the embodiment of the present application, the outer circumference of the wall part 1022 of the fan frame 102 is provided with the first and second mounting parts 1023 and 1024, and the radial dimension d1 of the fan frame 102 at the second mounting part 1024 is smaller than the radial dimension d2 of the fan frame 102 at the first mounting part 1023. Therefore, the installation space of the fan can be saved, and the miniaturization of equipment is facilitated.
It is to be noted that the above is merely an exemplary description of the present application, but the present application is not limited thereto, and appropriate modifications may be made on the basis of the above respective embodiments. In addition, the above is only an exemplary description of each component, but the present application is not limited thereto, and the specific content of each component may also refer to the related art; it is also possible to add components not shown in the figures or to reduce one or more components in the figures.
The present application has been described in conjunction with specific embodiments, but it should be understood by those skilled in the art that these descriptions are intended to be illustrative, and not limiting. Various modifications and adaptations of the present application may occur to those skilled in the art based on the spirit and principles of the application and are within the scope of the application.
