Detailed Description
It should be noted that if the embodiments of the present invention are described with reference to "first", "second", etc., the description of "first", "second", etc. is only for descriptive purposes and is not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated. Thus, a feature defined as "first" or "second" may explicitly or implicitly include at least one such feature. In addition, the meaning of "and/or" appearing throughout is to include three juxtapositions, exemplified by "A and/or B" including either scheme A, or scheme B, or a scheme in which both A and B are satisfied.
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a dish washer, which comprises a liner 8, a cup 3, a tank 18, a first valve 16, a flushing pipe 1C, a venturi tube 15 and a drainage tube 17.
Wherein, the water cup 3 is arranged in the inner container 8, and the lower end of the water cup 3 is provided with a residual water discharge port (not marked in the figure). The water outlet end of the flushing pipeline 1C is communicated with the water tank 18, and the water inlet end 1B of the flushing pipeline 1C is used for being communicated with a water source. The venturi tube 15 is provided on the flush water line 1C. The first valve 16 is disposed on the flushing pipeline 1C and located between the water tank 18 and the venturi 17, and the first valve 16 is used to connect or separate the water tank 18 and the venturi 15. One end of the drainage tube 17 is communicated with the negative pressure port of the venturi tube 15, and the other end is communicated with the residual water discharge port.
Generally, the dishwasher mainly comprises a housing, a liner 8, a water cup 3, a water inlet pipe 2, a water discharge pipe 12, a water discharge pump 11, a washing pump 4 and a spray arm (an upper spray arm 7, a middle spray arm 6 and a lower spray arm 5), wherein the liner 8 and the water cup 3 are arranged in the housing, the water cup 3 is arranged below the liner 8, the water inlet pipe 2 is connected to a water inlet of the water cup 3, the water discharge pipe 12 is connected to a water outlet 30 (please refer to fig. 7) of the water cup 3, the water discharge pump 11 is positioned on the water discharge pipe 12, and the spray arm is communicated with the water. When washing, water is injected into the cup 3 from the water inlet end 1A of the water inlet pipe, the washing pump 4 pumps the water in the cup 3 to the spray arms, and water is sprayed to the tableware through the spray arms, so as to clean the tableware, wherein the number of the spray arms is generally multiple, and for example, the spray arms comprise an upper spray arm 7, a middle spray arm 6 and a lower spray arm 5. The upper spray arm 7 mainly washes the dishes in the upper bowl basket 9, and the middle spray arm 6 and the lower spray arm 5 mainly washes the dishes in the lower bowl basket 10. When the washing is completed, the water in the cup 3 can be discharged through the water discharge pipe 12. The drain pipe 12 can be further provided with a breather 13, the breather 13 is used for leading out hot air in the dish washing machine and preventing heat from being accumulated in the dish washing cavity, and meanwhile, the breather 13 also has the functions of water inlet shunting and storage.
After the washing of the dishes is completed, the water is flushed through the flush pipe 1C, and the water flows through the venturi tube 15 along the flush pipe 1C into the water tank 18. Here, as the water flow passes through the venturi tube 15, the venturi tube 15 generates a negative pressure at its throat, and a negative pressure port is provided at the negative pressure, so that under the action of the negative pressure, the water in the cup 3 is sucked away by the drainage tube 17, and enters the flushing pipeline 1C together, and finally enters the water tank 18 for storage.
When the tableware is washed next time, the first valve 16 can be opened, and the water stored in the water tank 18 flows into the water cup 3 through the venturi tube 15 and the drainage tube 17 to be used for washing the tableware.
Of course, to avoid that the water in the tank 18 passes through the venturi tube 15 and then flows out of the water inlet end 1B of the flush line, it is conceivable to add a valve to the water inlet end of the flush line 1C, which valve can be opened when the dishwasher is in the destuffing mode; the valve may be considered to be closed when the dishwasher is in a washing mode.
According to the technical scheme of the utility model, on one hand, the venturi tube 15 is arranged on the flushing pipeline 1C, so that residual water in the water cup 3 can be removed; on the other hand, due to the arrangement of the water tank 18, the water entering the flushing pipeline 1C can be stored in the water tank 18 after flowing through the venturi tube 15, so that the water tank is convenient to use next time, and water source waste is avoided.
In order to ensure that water in the water tank 18 cannot flow backwards through the flushing water pipeline 1C, in this embodiment (see fig. 2), the flushing water pipeline 1C is further provided with a second valve 14, and the second valve 14 is located between the water inlet end 1B of the flushing water pipeline and the venturi tube 15. The second valve 16 may be an on-off valve (e.g., a solenoid valve) or a check valve. In the case where the second valve 14 is a solenoid valve, when the dishwasher is in the destuffing mode, the second valve 14 is opened and water flows along the flush line 1C into the tank 18. When the dishwasher is in the washing mode, the second valve 14 is closed, so that water in the tank 18 does not continue to flow backwards along the flush line 1C after flowing to the venturi tube 15. For embodiments in which the second valve 14 is a one-way valve, the second valve 14 need not be controlled and the flow of water in the tank 18 will not be reversed by the second valve 14.
Since the first valve 16 is used to connect or block the water tank 18 and the venturi tube 15, the first valve 16 needs to be controlled and switched, and the first valve 16 is preferably configured as a solenoid valve.
The water tank 18 has two functions, one is to collect the water flowing from the flushing pipe 1C, and the other is to supply the water cup 3 with cleaning water for discharging directly into the water cup 3 when cleaning next time. In order to facilitate the flow of water from the water reservoir 18 into the water cup 3 on the one hand and to avoid the backflow of water from the water cup 3 into the water reservoir 18 on the other hand, in a preferred embodiment the water reservoir 18 is located higher than the water cup 3. When the dishwasher is in the washing mode, the water in the water tank 18 can flow directly into the water cup 3 under the influence of gravity by opening the first valve 16.
There are various arrangements for the position of the residual water discharge port, for example, at the bottom 31 (fig. 1 and 2) of the cup, the side wall 32 (fig. 1) of the cup. For embodiments in which the residual water discharge opening is provided in the side wall 32 of the cup, the residual water discharge opening should not be too high from the bottom 31 of the cup (the height difference is not greater than 2mm, e.g. 0, 1mm, 2mm), since the height difference directly determines how much water in the cup 3 cannot be discharged. Therefore, in order to secure the drainage efficiency of the residual water discharge port, it is preferable to dispose the residual water discharge port at the bottom 31 of the cup.
The above embodiments discuss the case where the bottom 31 of the cup is inclined, where, in order to slow down or avoid the blockage of the discharge opening of the residual water by food waste, in a preferred embodiment, the side wall 32 of the cup is provided with a discharge opening 30 (fig. 6) for the discharge pipe 12, the discharge opening of the residual water being located between the center of the bottom 31 and the discharge opening 30. As the water in the cup drains away, the velocity of the water at the bottom of the cup 3 is extremely high, particularly in the area near the drain opening 30. The residual water discharge port is provided at a position close to the water discharge port 30, on the one hand, the flow rate of the water passing through the residual water discharge port is fast, and food waste is difficult to deposit at the position; on the other hand, even if some food waste blocks the residual water discharge port in the last residual removing process, when the water discharge port 30 discharges water, the food waste deposited at the residual water discharge port can be easily discharged by the water flow having a high flow rate.
Referring to fig. 7, when the dishwasher is in the washing mode or the residue removing mode, food residue in water often blocks the residue water discharge port, thereby affecting the residue removing efficiency. In a preferred embodiment, the cup bottom 31 of the cup is provided with a water leaking port 20, an insert 21 is installed at the water leaking port 20, a plurality of through holes are formed in the insert 21, the through holes jointly form a residual water discharging port, and the diameter range of the through holes is 1 mm-3 mm. Thus, on one hand, the arrangement of the through holes can reduce the probability of food residues blocking the residual water discharge port, and on the other hand, the size (length or width) of the food residues is usually larger than 3mm, so that the residual water discharge port is not easy to block; on the other hand, even if the insert 21 is clogged, the user can take out the insert 21 and manually clean it, considering that the insert 21 itself is detachable.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5 on the basis of the above embodiment, in order to discharge the remaining water as completely as possible, in the present embodiment, the cup bottom 31 is inclined toward the remaining water discharge port.
For example, the cup bottom 31 is inclined in the same direction (fig. 4), and the residual water discharging port is located at the lowest position of the cup bottom 31. For another example, the residual water discharging port is located at a middle position of the cup bottom 31 (fig. 4), and the cup bottom 31 is inclined toward the residual water discharging port from other directions.
In the case where the cup bottom 31 is inclined, the inclination angle α may be in the range of 0 to 90 °, but it is considered that if the inclination angle is too large, the cup 3 is too high, and thus occupies a large space. In view of this, in a preferred embodiment, the cup bottom 31 is inclined toward the residual water discharge port at an angle of 5 ° to 15 °, for example, 7 °, 8 °, 9 °, 10 °, 11 °, 12 °, 13 °, 14 °. The angle is enough for water flow to flow towards the lower part, and the structure (occupied space) of the cup bottom of the water cup 3 cannot be greatly influenced.
It is mentioned in the foregoing that the discharge opening for the residual water may be provided in the bottom 31 of the cup or in the side wall 32 of the cup. In contrast to the above embodiment, in this embodiment, referring to fig. 6, the side wall of the cup 3 is provided with a water outlet 30 for communicating with the water discharge pipe 12 (in order to minimize the residual water, the lower edge of the water outlet 30 is preferably flush with the bottom 31 of the cup), and the residual water discharge port is located at the bottom of the water outlet 30. The main reason for the residual water is that the diameter of the water outlet 30 is large, and once the water level in the water cup 3 is lower than the height of the water outlet 30, the air is sucked by the water discharge pump 11, and the residual water cannot be discharged. The residual water discharge port is provided at the bottom of the water discharge port 30, and when the residual water cannot be discharged by the air sucked by the drain pump 11, the residual water can be just discharged through the residual water discharge port.
The above only is the preferred embodiment of the present invention, not limiting the scope of the present invention, all the equivalent structure changes made by the contents of the specification and the drawings under the inventive concept of the present invention, or the direct/indirect application in other related technical fields are included in the patent protection scope of the present invention.
