Claims (11)

1. A cooking device, comprising:
the number of the cooking tables is at least two, and the at least two cooking tables are stacked and arranged at intervals; the cooking table is used for supporting materials to be cooked;
the heating assembly is arranged on the cooking table; the heating component can heat the material to be cooked;
and a water collecting assembly for collecting condensate generated during the cooking process.
2. The cooking device of claim 1, further comprising a frame, wherein the cooking table and the water collection assembly are both connected to the frame.
3. The cooking apparatus of claim 1, wherein a deflector is provided above the cooking table for directing condensate to the water collection assembly.
4. The cooking device of claim 3, wherein the bottom of the cooking table from the second bottom to the highest layer is a slope wall, the slope wall is the flow guide member, and the water collecting assembly is closely attached to the bottom of the cooking table from the second bottom to the highest layer.
5. The cooking device of claim 3, wherein the deflector is a deflector disposed above the cooking table, the deflector being disposed in an inclined manner; the lower potential position of the guide plate is butted with the water collecting assembly; or the water collecting assembly is positioned below a lower potential position on the guide plate.
6. The cooking device of claim 1, wherein the water collection assembly includes a water collection sump for collecting condensate and a drain in communication with the water collection sump for draining condensate.
7. The cooking device of claim 6, wherein the water collection tank is disposed in an inclined manner, and the drain pipe is communicated with a lower potential portion of the water collection tank.
8. The cooking device of claim 1, wherein the heating assembly comprises a heat generating plate and a temperature controller connected to the heat generating plate.
9. The cooking device of claim 8, wherein the heating assembly further comprises insulation disposed around the periphery of the heat-generating plate.
10. The cooking device of claim 9, wherein the thermal insulation is disposed on the cooking table.
11. The cooking device of any one of claims 1-10, further comprising a transparent housing, wherein the cooking table, the heating assembly, and the water collection assembly are disposed within the housing.
