A cleaning assembly as claimed in claim 10, characterized in that the sterilizing mechanism (3) further comprises a second scraping bar (33), the second scraping bar (33) being arranged in the width direction of the conveyor belt (1) and abutting against the conveyor belt (1), and the tampon (32) and the second scraping bar (33) being arranged in succession in the return direction of the conveyor belt (1).
