Abstract

本实用新型涉及生化反应中用于固定微生物细 胞和酶的一种膜状载体,它由网状织物支撑层及附着 于该织物两侧的包埋有微生物细胞和酶的两凝胶层 组成,网状织物可以是天然或合成纤维织物。本载体 可根据反应器形状尺寸的需要,排布成互相平行,彼 此间隔一定距离的直立单元。

Description

本实用新型是关于生化反应中用于固定微生物细胞和酶的载体。
固定化微生物细胞和酶是一项生物工程新技术,目前大多采用凝胶包埋微生物细胞和酶,然后制成颗粒状载体。由于颗粒状载体在反应器中互相堆积,间隙小,易堵塞,生化反应产生的大量气体及原料中夹杂的固形物均难以畅通地排出,影响工艺稳定性,使反应器不能长期连续运转。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能在固定床反应器内间隙地直立排布的固定化微生物细胞和酶的膜状载体,以便于气体和固形物顺利排出。
本实用新型固定化微生物细胞和酶的膜状载体由网状织物支撑层及附着于该织物两侧的包埋有微生物细胞和酶的两凝胶层组成,网状织物可以是天然或合成纤维织物。
本膜状载体由于织物支撑层的作用,可根据反应器形状尺寸的需要排布成互相平行,彼此间隔一定距离的直立单元。将这种膜状载体的直立单元装入固定床反应器中,使物料反应产生的气体及固形杂物能从膜间间隙顺利排出,从而确保生化反应长期、持续、稳定地进行。
下面结合附图说明本实用新型的结构及其使用状态。
图1是本实用新型固定化微生物细胞和酶的膜状载体的断面结构图,图2是该膜的使用状态示意图。
如图1,本膜状载体中间为网状织物支撑层1,两侧各有一载体凝胶层2附着在该网状织物上。所说的凝胶层可选用海藻酸钠、角叉菜胶或聚乙烯醇等胶状物与微生物细胞和酶混合而成。
图2表示本固定化微生物细胞和酶的膜状载体的一个直立单元状态实例,单元内膜状载体彼此间隔一定距离,互相平行地直立排布。

  1. 固定化微生物细胞和酶的膜状载体,其特征是由网状织物支撑层1及附着于该织物两侧的包埋有微生物细胞和酶的两凝胶层2组成。
