Detailed Description
In the following, only certain exemplary embodiments are briefly described. As those skilled in the art will recognize, the described embodiments may be modified in various different ways, all without departing from the spirit or scope of the present application. Accordingly, the drawings and description are to be regarded as illustrative in nature, and not as restrictive.
A display device 1 according to an embodiment of the present application is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 16.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic structural diagram of a display device 1 according to an embodiment of the present application. The display device 1 may be used for a water heater.
As shown in fig. 1, the display device 1 includes a display panel 10, and the display panel 10 is provided with a control module (not shown), a water temperature input module 11 and an indication module (i.e., a plurality of water temperature indication lamps 12).
Specifically, the water temperature input module 11 is used for inputting a set water temperature, and the set water temperature can be switched among a plurality of preset gears.
The number of preset gears and the specific numerical value of each preset gear can be set according to actual conditions. For example, the plurality of preset gears may include four, and the four preset gears are respectively a first preset gear, a second preset gear, a third preset gear and a fourth preset gear from low to high. The first preset gear can be 45 ℃, the second preset gear can be 55 ℃, the third preset gear can be 65 ℃, and the fourth preset gear can be 75 ℃.
For example, as shown in fig. 1, the water temperature input module 11 may be a button, and the user inputs the set water temperature by operating the button. Specifically, the keys may be mechanical keys or touch keys or other types of keys. The user can switch the set water temperature between the plurality of preset gears once by operating the key once, and if the key is not operated again within a preset time interval (for example, 3 seconds), the current preset gear is determined to be the preset gear of the input set water temperature, and the water temperature input module 11 generates a corresponding electric signal and sends the electric signal to the control module.
The indicating module may include a plurality of water temperature indicating lamps 12, and the plurality of water temperature indicating lamps 12 correspond to a plurality of preset gears one to one. For example, the number of the water temperature indicating lamps 12 may be four, and the four water temperature indicating lamps correspond to the first preset gear, the second preset gear, the third preset gear and the fourth preset gear respectively in a one-to-one manner.
The control module is respectively electrically connected with the temperature sensor and the water temperature input module 11 so as to control the display of the plurality of water temperature indicating lamps 12 according to the actual water temperature and/or the preset gear of the set water temperature of the water heater detected by the temperature sensor. Wherein, the display of the water temperature indicator lamp 12 may include flashing and normally on, and the water temperature indicator lamp 12 is not displayed in the off state. In other examples of the present application, the control module may control the water temperature indicator 12 to display different colors to distinguish different display states.
Illustratively, the water heater comprises a liner, and a temperature sensor can be arranged near the liner or the water outlet so as to detect the temperature of water in the liner in real time. The temperature sensor generates a temperature signal according to the detection result and sends the temperature signal to the control module, wherein the temperature signal can comprise the actual water temperature of the water heater.
Further, the control module can be electrically connected with a power panel device of the water heater, and the power panel device is used for controlling the on-off of a heating device of the water heater. For example, the control module sends an on signal to the power panel device after receiving the set water temperature sent by the water temperature input module 11. Responding to the starting signal, the power panel device connects the heating device into the circuit to control the heating device to heat the water in the inner container. For another example, the control module sends a closing signal to the power panel module when the actual water temperature reaches the set water temperature. In response to the closing signal, the power panel device disconnects the heating device from the circuit to control the heating device to stop heating the water in the inner container.
It should be noted that the control module can only control the display of the water temperature indicator 12 according to the actual water temperature of the water heater. For example, the control module may sequentially determine whether the actual water temperature reaches the preset gear in a sequence from low to high. Specifically, if the actual water temperature does not reach the preset gear, the water temperature indicator lamp 12 corresponding to the preset gear is controlled to flash; and if the actual water temperature reaches the preset gear, controlling the water temperature indicator lamp 12 corresponding to the preset gear to be normally on, and judging whether the actual water temperature reaches the next preset gear. Therefore, the display of the water temperature indicator lamp 12 is controlled according to the actual water temperature of the water heater, so that the preset gear at which the current actual water temperature of the water heater is located can be displayed for a user.
The control module may also control the display of the water temperature indicator 12 only according to preset gear positions of the set water temperature. For example, the control module may control the water temperature indicating lamp 12 corresponding to a preset gear of the set water temperature to be turned on or to be turned on constantly according to the preset gear of the set water temperature. Thus, the preset gear of the set water temperature can be displayed to the user by controlling the display of the water temperature indicating lamp 12 according to the preset gear of the set water temperature.
The control module can also control the display of the water temperature indicator lamp 12 according to the actual water temperature of the water heater and the preset gear of the set water temperature. Illustratively, if the actual water temperature does not reach the preset gear of the set water temperature, the water temperature indicator lamp 12 corresponding to the preset gear of the set water temperature is controlled to flash; and if the actual water temperature reaches the preset gear of the set water temperature, controlling the water temperature indicator lamp 12 corresponding to the preset gear of the set water temperature to be normally on. Therefore, the display of the water temperature indicator lamp 12 is controlled according to the actual water temperature of the water heater and the preset gear of the set water temperature, so that whether the current actual water temperature of the water heater reaches the preset gear of the set water temperature or not can be displayed for a user.
According to display device 1 of this application embodiment, through setting up a plurality of temperature pilot lamps 12 corresponding with a plurality of predetermined gears to control the demonstration of a plurality of temperature pilot lamps 12 according to the actual temperature of water heater and/or the predetermined gear of setting for the temperature, can realize the multiple display mode of temperature pilot lamp 12, so that show the current working parameter of water heater to the user, for example the actual temperature of water heater and/or set for the temperature etc.. Compared with a water heater adopting a nixie tube to display water temperature parameters in the related art, the display device 1 of the embodiment of the application has the advantages of simple structure, low equipment cost and the like while realizing various display modes, and is favorable for reducing the manufacturing cost of the water heater.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-3, the display device 1 further comprises a panel 20. The panel 20 is provided on the front side of the display panel 10, and the light of the water temperature indicator lamp 12 is transmitted through the panel 20. The panel 20 is provided with an adjusting key identifier 21 and a plurality of temperature value identifiers 22, the adjusting key identifier 21 is arranged opposite to the water temperature input module 11, and the temperature value identifiers 22 correspond to the preset gears one by one.
Illustratively, the panel 20 may be a PC board (polycarbonate board). Since the PC board has good light transmittance and flexibility, the display state of the water temperature indicating lamp 12 can be observed through the panel 20, and the user can operate the water temperature input module 11 by pressing a position on the PC board corresponding to the water temperature input module 11. The adjustment key indicator 21 and the plurality of temperature value indicators 22 may be disposed on the panel 20 through a silk-screen process (e.g., a silk-screen process).
Illustratively, the adjustment key identifier 21 may be in the form of "adjustment". The number of the temperature value marks 22 may be four, and the four temperature value marks 22 correspond to a first preset gear, a second preset gear, a third preset gear, and a fourth preset gear one to one. Here, the first temperature value indicator 221 may be "45 ℃", the second temperature value indicator 222 may be "55 ℃", the third temperature value indicator 223 may be "65 ℃", and the fourth temperature value indicator 224 may be "75 ℃". A mark in the word of "temperature" is arranged on one lateral side of the four temperature value marks 22, and is used for prompting that the meaning represented by the plurality of temperature value marks 22 is temperature.
The correspondence relationship between the temperature value indicators 22 and the water temperature indicator lamps 12 may be any manner. For example, in the example shown in fig. 2 and 3, the temperature value indicator 22 and the corresponding water temperature indicator lamp 12 may be disposed to face each other in the front-rear direction. For another example, in the examples shown in fig. 4-15, the temperature value indicators 22 and the corresponding water temperature indicator lamps 12 may be arranged in the same column in the longitudinal direction of the panel 20. For another example, in the example shown in fig. 16, the temperature number indicator 22 and the corresponding water temperature indicator lamp 12 may be arranged side by side in the lateral direction of the panel 20.
By adopting the scheme, the position of the water temperature input module 11 corresponding to the position of the adjusting key identifier 21 can be conveniently and quickly known by a user by confirming the position of the adjusting key identifier 21, so that the water temperature input module 11 can be quickly operated; moreover, by observing the temperature digital marks corresponding to the positions of the water temperature indicating lamps 12, a user can intuitively know the preset gears corresponding to the water temperature indicating lamps 12 in the display state conveniently.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the water temperature indicator 12 includes an actual water temperature indicator 12, a plurality of actual water temperature indicators 12 are in one-to-one correspondence with a plurality of preset gears, and the temperature value indicator 22 is disposed opposite to the corresponding actual water temperature indicator 12. Under the condition that the actual water temperature does not reach the set water temperature, the control module controls an actual water temperature indicator lamp 13 corresponding to a preset gear of the set water temperature to flash; the control module controls the actual water temperature indicator lamp 13 corresponding to the preset gear of the set water temperature to be normally on under the condition that the actual water temperature reaches the set water temperature. From this, through observing whether the display state of the actual water temperature pilot lamp 13 corresponding to the preset gear of setting for the temperature is for twinkling or always bright, the user of being convenient for judges whether actual temperature reaches the setting for the temperature.
A first example of a display device according to an embodiment of the present application is described in detail below with reference to fig. 2 and 3.
As shown in fig. 2, the plurality of preset gears are a first preset gear (45 ℃), a second preset gear (55 ℃), a third preset gear (65 ℃) and a fourth preset gear (75 ℃). The plurality of actual water temperature indicating lamps 13 are arranged side by side in the lateral direction of the panel 20, and the plurality of actual water temperature indicating lamps 13 include a first actual water temperature indicating lamp 131, a second actual water temperature indicating lamp 132, a third actual water temperature indicating lamp 133, and a fourth actual water temperature indicating lamp 134 which are provided in one-to-one correspondence with a plurality of preset stages. The panel 20 is provided with a first temperature value indicator 221 corresponding to the first actual water temperature indicator 131, a second temperature value indicator 222 corresponding to the second actual water temperature indicator 132, a third temperature value indicator 223 corresponding to the third actual water temperature indicator 133, and a fourth temperature value indicator 224 corresponding to the fourth actual water temperature indicator 134, and each temperature value indicator 22 is disposed opposite to the corresponding actual water temperature indicator 13 in the front-rear direction.
As shown in fig. 3, when the preset gear of the set temperature input by the water temperature input module 11 is a fourth preset gear, that is, 75 ℃, the control module determines whether the actual water temperature reaches 75 ℃. If the actual water temperature does not reach 75 ℃, the control module controls the fourth actual water temperature indicator lamp 134 to flash. If the actual water temperature reaches 75 ℃, the control module controls the fourth actual water temperature indicator lamp 134 to be normally on.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 to 16, the water temperature indicator 12 includes an actual water temperature indicator 13, the panel 20 is further provided with a plurality of indicator marks 23, the plurality of indicator marks 23 correspond to the plurality of temperature value marks 22 one by one, and the indicator marks 23 are opposite to the corresponding actual water temperature indicator 12.
Illustratively, the indicator light sign 23 may be provided on the panel 20 through a printing process. The shape of the indicator light sign 23 may be any shape, for example, a long bar shape in the drawing. The shapes of the indicator light indicators 23 may be the same or different. Each indicator light mark 23 is disposed opposite to the corresponding actual water temperature indicator light 13 in the front-rear direction.
The correspondence between the plurality of indicator light indicators 23 and the plurality of temperature value indicators 22 may be in any manner. For example, in the examples shown in fig. 4 to 15, a plurality of indicator light indicators 23 may be arranged side by side in the transverse direction of the panel 20, a plurality of temperature value indicators 22 may be arranged side by side in the transverse direction of the panel 20, and the plurality of indicator light indicators 23 and the plurality of temperature value indicators 22 are arranged at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the panel 20, wherein each indicator light indicator 23 is arranged corresponding to the position of the corresponding temperature value indicator 22 in the longitudinal direction of the panel 20. For another example, in the example shown in fig. 16, a plurality of indicator light indicators 23 may be arranged side by side along the longitudinal direction of the panel 20, a plurality of temperature value indicators 22 may be arranged side by side along the longitudinal direction of the panel 20, and the plurality of indicator light indicators 23 and the plurality of temperature value indicators 22 are arranged at intervals in the transverse direction of the panel 20, wherein each indicator light indicator 23 is arranged corresponding to the position of the corresponding temperature value indicator 22 in the transverse direction of the panel 20.
A second example of the display device according to the embodiment of the present application is described in detail below with reference to fig. 4 to 6.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the plurality of preset gears are a first preset gear (45 ℃), a second preset gear (55 ℃), a third preset gear (65 ℃) and a fourth preset gear (75 ℃), respectively. The plurality of indicator light marks 23 correspond to the plurality of actual water temperature indicator lights 13 one by one, and the position of each indicator light mark 23 is opposite to the position of the corresponding actual water temperature indicator light 13 in the front-rear direction. The plurality of temperature value marks 22 are arranged side by side along the transverse direction of the panel 20, the plurality of temperature value marks 22 comprise a first temperature value mark 221, a second temperature value mark 222, a third temperature value mark 223 and a fourth temperature value mark 224 which are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with a plurality of preset gears, and the position of each temperature value mark 22 and the position of the indicator light mark 23 corresponding to the actual water temperature indicator light 13 are arranged in the same column in the longitudinal direction of the panel 20.
The control module judges whether the actual water temperature reaches a preset gear of the set water temperature. If not, controlling an actual water temperature indicator lamp 13 corresponding to a preset gear of the set water temperature to flash; and if so, controlling the actual water temperature indicator lamp 13 corresponding to the preset gear of the set water temperature to be normally on. For example, as shown in fig. 6, when the preset gear of the set water temperature is 75 ℃ which is the fourth preset gear, the control module determines whether the actual water temperature reaches 75 ℃. If the actual water temperature does not reach 75 ℃, the control module controls the fourth actual water temperature indicator lamp 134 to flash. If the actual water temperature reaches 75 ℃, the control module controls the fourth actual water temperature indicator lamp 134 to be normally on.
In one embodiment, the control module sequentially judges whether the preset gears are larger than the actual water temperature from low to high. Under the condition that the preset gear is larger than the actual water temperature, the control module controls the actual water temperature indicator lamp 12 corresponding to the preset gear to flicker; under the condition that the preset gear is not larger than the actual water temperature, the control module controls the actual water temperature indicator lamp 12 corresponding to the preset gear to be normally on.
Therefore, in the heating process of the water heater, the user can know the range of the current actual water temperature by observing the display state of each actual water temperature indicator lamp 13. For example, when the actual water temperature indicator lamp 13 corresponding to the second preset gear is in a normally on state and the actual water temperature indicator lamp 13 corresponding to the third preset gear is in a flashing state, it can be known that the current actual water temperature is between the second preset gear and the third preset gear.
Illustratively, the control module sequentially judges whether the actual water temperature reaches each preset gear in a sequence from low to high. If not, controlling the actual water temperature indicator lamp 13 corresponding to the preset gear to flash; if the actual water temperature reaches the preset gear, the actual water temperature indicator lamp 13 corresponding to the preset gear is controlled to be normally on, and whether the actual water temperature reaches the next preset gear is judged. And stopping judging by the control module until the actual water temperature reaches the preset gear of the set water temperature, and controlling the actual water temperature indicator lamp 13 corresponding to each preset gear reached by the actual water temperature to be normally on.
A third example according to an embodiment of the present application is described in detail below with reference to fig. 7 and 8.
In the third example, the setting manners of the indicator light 23 and the temperature value indicator light 22 on the panel 20 and the plurality of actual water temperature indicator lights 13 may be the same as those in the second example, and thus, the description thereof is omitted.
The user adjusts the set water temperature by operating the water temperature input module 11, and the set water temperature can be cyclically switched among a plurality of preset gears. After the control module receives the set water temperature sent by the water temperature input module 11, the actual water temperature indicator lamp 13 corresponding to the preset gear of the set water temperature is controlled to flash. The control module receives the actual water temperature of the water heater sent by the temperature sensor and sequentially judges whether the actual water temperature reaches each preset gear below the preset gears of the set water temperature from low to high.
For example, when the preset water temperature is set to the fourth preset water temperature, i.e., 75 ℃, the control module controls the fourth actual water temperature indicator 134 to flash. The control module receives the actual water temperature sent by the water temperature sensor, then judges whether the actual water temperature reaches a first preset gear, namely 45 ℃, and controls the first actual water temperature indicator lamp 131 to flash if the actual water temperature does not reach 45 ℃; if the actual water temperature reaches 45 ℃, controlling the first actual water temperature indicator lamp 131 to be normally on, and then judging whether the actual water temperature reaches a second preset gear, namely 55 ℃. If the actual water temperature does not reach 55 ℃, controlling a second actual water temperature indicator lamp 132 to flash; if the actual water temperature reaches 55 ℃, controlling the second actual water temperature indicator lamp 132 to be normally on, and then judging whether the actual water temperature reaches a third preset gear, namely 65 ℃. If the actual water temperature does not reach 65 ℃, controlling a third actual water temperature indicator lamp 133 to flash; if the actual water temperature reaches 65 ℃, controlling the third actual water temperature indicator lamp 133 to be normally on, and then judging whether the actual water temperature reaches a fourth preset gear, namely 75 ℃.
