Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present disclosure provides a heat sink 2 for an outdoor unit 1 of an air conditioner, including a water tank 21 and a spray device.
Wherein the water tank 21 is configured to communicate with an external water source. The spray device has spray holes 254, and the spray holes 254 communicate with the water tank 21 for spraying water in the water tank 21 toward the outdoor heat exchanger of the outdoor unit 1.
The water in the external water source flows into the water tank 21, the water in the water tank 21 is sprayed out from the spraying holes 254 by the spraying device, and the water flows to the outdoor heat exchanger, so that the temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger is reduced, the heat dissipation speed of the outdoor heat exchanger and the outdoor unit 1 is increased, and the problem of slow heat dissipation of the outdoor unit 1 is solved.
The external water source may be municipal water or other water source, and the other water source may be a self-constructed well of a user. Alternatively, the external water source is everything except for the condensed water and direct rainwater generated by the outdoor heat exchanger. Direct rainwater refers to rainwater that directly falls into water tank 21, for example rainwater falls into the reservoir earlier and then flows into water tank 21, and rainwater this moment is not direct rainwater, and for example rainwater falls into defrosting pan 22 earlier again and flows into water tank 21 again, and rainwater this moment is also not direct rainwater yet.
Taking an external water source as municipal water supply as an example, the municipal water supply quality is guaranteed, and the public water flow of the town is sufficient, so that the quality and the quantity of water in the water tank 21 can be fully guaranteed. The heat dissipating device 2 further includes a water inlet pipe 28, one end of the water inlet pipe 28 is communicated with the municipal water supply line, and the other end of the water inlet pipe 28 is communicated with the water tank 21, so that water in the municipal water supply line enters the water tank 21 through the water inlet pipe 28.

After the rainwater and the condensed water generated by the outdoor heat exchanger flow into the water receiving tray 22, the condensed water flows into the water tank 21 from the water receiving tray 22, so that the water quantity in the water tank 21 is supplemented, the utilization rate of the rainwater and the condensed water is improved, and the consumption of the water in an external water source is reduced.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2, the drip tray 22 is disposed outside the water tank 21 and attached to the wall of the water tank 21.
The outdoor unit 1 includes a base plate located below the outdoor heat exchanger for receiving the condensed water generated by the outdoor heat exchanger, a water receiving tray 22 corresponding to and communicating with the base plate, and an opening at the upper end of the water receiving tray 22 for receiving the condensed water from the base plate, for example, a drain hole is provided on the base plate, the water receiving tray 22 is located below the drain hole and opposite to the corresponding drain hole, so that the drain hole can be flowed into the water receiving tray 22 by the water in the base plate.
Through the reasonable size that sets up the water collector for the condensate water that rainwater and/or outdoor heat exchanger produced can be accepted to the water collector.
The water receiving tray 22 is arranged on the outer side of the water tank 21, so that the water receiving tray 22 extends out of the water tank 21, the water receiving tray 22 is convenient to receive rainwater, and the water receiving tray 22 is convenient to be arranged corresponding to the chassis.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2, the water pan 22 is directly connected to the wall of the water tank 21, rather than through a connecting pipeline, and the direct connection can simplify the structure of the heat dissipation device 2, reduce the size of the heat dissipation device 2, and improve the compactness of the heat dissipation device 2.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2, the water tank 21 is open at an upper end thereof to prevent water in the water tank 21 from flowing out of the water tank 21 through the opening of the water tank 21, and the water receiving tray 22 is attached to a wall of the water tank at the opening of the water tank 21 so that the water receiving tray 22 is disposed without affecting the amount of water stored in the water tank 21. The heat dissipation device 2 further includes a cover 24, the cover 24 is disposed at the open end of the water tank 21, and the cover 24 can prevent impurities from entering the water tank 21 from the open end of the water tank 21, so that the cover 24 can improve the cleanliness of water in the water tank 21.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2, the shower device includes a shower pipe 25 and a water pump 26, and the shower hole 254 is provided to the shower pipe 25.
The water pump 26 is provided on the water tank 21 or the shower pipe 25 for driving the water in the water tank 21 into the shower pipe 25 and spraying out from the shower hole 254. The water pump 26 can increase the pressure of the water in the shower pipe 25, thereby increasing the flow rate of the water sprayed from the shower holes 254, so that the water sprayed from the shower holes 254 can be more sprayed toward the outdoor heat exchanger.
As shown in fig. 3, the spray holes 254 are through holes penetrating the spray pipes 25 so that water in the spray pipes 25 can be sprayed toward the outdoor heat exchanger through the spray holes 254.

Optionally, the sidewalls of the spray holes 254 are downwardly sloped and form an angle with the horizontal in the range of 30-45.
The included angle between the side wall of the spraying hole 254 and the horizontal plane is less than 30 degrees, which can cause the strong impact between the water flow sprayed from the spraying hole 254 and the outdoor heat exchanger, affect the contact time between the water flow and the outdoor heat exchanger, and reduce the heat dissipation and cooling effects of the water flow on the outdoor heat exchanger. The included angle between the side wall of the spray hole 254 and the horizontal plane is greater than 45 °, which may result in that water flow cannot be sprayed to the outdoor heat exchanger, so that the water flow cannot well cool the outdoor heat exchanger. Therefore, the side walls of the spraying holes 254 are inclined downwards and form an included angle with the horizontal plane within the range of 30-45 degrees, so that the heat dissipation efficiency of the heat dissipation device on the outdoor heat exchanger can be effectively improved.
Alternatively, the sidewalls of the spray holes 254 are downwardly inclined and may form an angle of 30 °, 35 °, 40 °, or 45 ° with the horizontal plane.

The first pipe section 251 plays a role in conveying, water in the water tank 21 is conveyed to the second pipe section 252, the number of the spraying holes 254 is multiple, the spraying holes 254 are sequentially arranged along the length direction of the second pipe section 252, and the second pipe section 252 is horizontally arranged, so that water flowing out of the spraying holes 254 can flow to the same height and different positions on the outdoor heat exchanger respectively, and cooling and heat dissipation are performed on the same height and different positions on the outdoor heat exchanger.
Alternatively, the water tank 21 is disposed at the bottom of the outdoor unit 1, and the first pipe segment 251 is disposed vertically.
Optionally, the shower pipe 25 further includes a third pipe segment 253, and the third pipe segment 253, the first pipe segment 251 and the second pipe segment 252 are sequentially arranged along the flow direction of the water flow. One end of the third pipe segment 253 is communicated with the water tank 21, and the other end of the third pipe segment 253 is connected with the first pipe segment 251, so that the communication between the first pipe segment 251 and the water tank 21 is realized through the third pipe segment 253.
