The lamp adjusting ring mechanism of claim 1, wherein the first hinge portion comprises two first connecting tabs, both of the first connecting tabs are connected to the adjusting ring, both of the first connecting tabs are disposed in a centrally symmetric positional relationship with a center point of the adjusting ring, both of the first connecting tabs are hinged to the fixed outer frame, and both of the first connecting tabs are disposed in a centrally symmetric positional relationship with a center point of the fixed outer frame.
3. The lamp adjusting ring mechanism of claim 2, wherein the second hinge portion comprises two second connecting pieces, both of the second connecting pieces are connected to the adjusting ring, both of the second connecting pieces are disposed in a centrally symmetric position with respect to a center point of the adjusting ring, both of the second connecting pieces are hinged to the lamp mounting base, and both of the second connecting pieces are disposed in a centrally symmetric position with respect to a center point of the lamp mounting base.
4. The light fixture adjustment ring mechanism of claim 1, wherein a central axis of articulation of the first articulating portion is disposed in a non-coplanar perpendicular positional relationship with a central axis of articulation of the second articulating portion.

The lamp adjusting ring mechanism of claim 2, wherein the first hinge portion further comprises two first rubber pads, the two first rubber pads are in one-to-one abutting connection with the two first connecting pieces, and both of the two first rubber pads are in abutting connection with the fixed outer frame.
6. The lamp adjusting ring mechanism of claim 3, wherein the second hinge portion further comprises two second rubber pads, the two second rubber pads are in one-to-one abutting contact with the two second connecting pieces, and both the two second rubber pads are in abutting contact with the lamp mounting base.
7. The lamp adjustment ring mechanism of claim 1, wherein the second hinge portion is hinged to an outer wall of the lamp mounting base, and a hinged position of the second hinge portion and the lamp mounting base is outside the fixed outer frame.
8. A light fixture adjustment ring mechanism as recited in claim 1, wherein said first hinge portion is hingedly connected to an outer wall of said stationary bezel.
9. The lamp adjusting ring mechanism of claim 1, wherein the central axes of the fixed outer frame, the lamp mounting seat and the adjusting ring coincide with each other.
10. An LED downlight comprising the light fixture adjustment ring mechanism of any one of claims 1 to 9.
