Claims (30)

1. An isolation lockout device, comprising: the locking mechanism comprises an isolation panel (10), a locking shaft (30), a locking seat (40) and a limiting mechanism (50);
the isolation panel (10) is used for shielding equipment to be isolated on the protective power equipment;
a first end of the locking shaft (30) is connected with the isolation panel (10), and a second end of the locking shaft (30) is connected with the locking seat (40);
the locking seat (40) can be fixedly arranged on the power equipment, the locking seat (40) is provided with a connecting part (41) into which the locking shaft (30) extends, and a part of the second end of the locking shaft (30) extending into the connecting part (41) is provided with a locking part (31);
the limiting mechanism (50) is movably connected with the locking seat (40), and a limiting end of the limiting mechanism (50) can enter the locking part (31) to lock the locking shaft (30) and the locking seat (40) and limit the locking shaft (30) to be separated from the connecting part (41).
2. An isolation locking device according to claim 1, wherein the locking shaft (30) is removably insertable into and removable from the locking seat (40) such that the locking shaft (30) extends into and out of the connecting portion (41).
3. An isolation locking device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second end of the locking shaft (30) is one of elliptical, polygonal, a combination of curved and straight in cross-section for limiting the freedom of axial rotation of the locking shaft (30).
4. Isolation lock according to claim 1, characterized in that the locking means (31) is a locking groove and/or a locking hole provided on a side wall of the locking shaft (30).
5. The isolation locking device according to claim 4, wherein the number of the locking grooves and/or the locking holes is plural, and plural locking grooves and/or locking holes are provided at intervals in the axial direction of the locking shaft (30).
6. An isolation locking device according to claim 1, characterized in that the inlet end of the connecting part (41) has a stop (411), the outer circumference of the locking shaft (30) has an abutment (32), the locking shaft (30) is inserted into the connecting part (41) such that the abutment (32) abuts at the stop (411).
7. An isolation locking device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the stop (411) is a stop step surface and the abutment (32) is a stop flange.
8. An isolation locking device according to claim 1, wherein the limit mechanism (50) is pivotally or slidably connected to the locking seat (40) such that the limit mechanism (50) has a first position and a second position; when in the first position, a limiting end of the limiting mechanism (50) enters the locking part (31) to lock the locking shaft (30) and the locking seat (40); when the locking shaft is at the second position, the limit end of the limit mechanism (50) is separated from the locking part (31), and the locking shaft (30) and the locking seat (40) are unlocked.
9. An isolation locking device according to claim 1, characterized in that the locking socket (40) is provided with a locking assembly (60) for locking the stop mechanism (50).
10. An isolation locking device as claimed in claim 9, characterized in that the locking assembly (60) is a fixed lock, which is designed as one piece with the locking seat (40) and has a locking limit connection position with the limit mechanism (50).
11. An isolation locking device according to claim 10, characterized in that the limit mechanism (50) is the latch mechanism of the fixed lock, the tongue end of which can enter into the locking section (31) to lock the locking shaft (30).
12. An isolation locking device according to claim 10, wherein the limit mechanism (50) has a locking end which engages with the bolt mechanism of the fixed lock, the bolt mechanism extending into the locking end and locking the limit mechanism (50) such that the limit end of the limit mechanism (50) is in the locked position against the locking portion (31).
13. An isolation locking device according to claim 9, characterized in that the locking component (60) is a padlock, the locking seat (40) and/or the limiting mechanism (50) having a locking hole through which the padlock locks the limiting mechanism (50) such that the limiting end of the limiting mechanism (50) is in the locking position against the locking portion (31).
14. An isolation locking device as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that said locking seat (40) comprises:
a seat body (42), the seat body (42) having the connecting portion (41);
a locking plate (43), locking plate (43) are fixed on pedestal (42) and have first lockhole (431), stop gear (50) have second lockhole (51) and with pedestal (42) pivotal connection, the spacing end of stop gear (50) is inserted behind latch (31), first lockhole (431) with second lockhole (51) align.
15. An isolation locking device as claimed in claim 14, wherein there are two locking plates (43), two locking plates (43) are spaced apart and form a movable gap, and the limiting mechanism (50) is located in the movable gap.
16. An isolation locking device as claimed in claim 14, characterised in that the limiting mechanism (50) is plate-shaped and the limiting mechanism (50) has an operating paddle.
17. An isolation locking device according to claim 1, further comprising a support connection (20) for supporting between the electrical equipment and the isolation panel (10), the support connection (20) being one or more.
18. An isolation locking device according to claim 17, characterized in that at least one of said support connectors (20) is provided at least one corner of the isolation panel (10), said support connector (20) being adapted to be suction-fixed to the electrical equipment.
19. An isolation locking device according to claim 18, characterized in that the support connection (20) is a magnetically attractive element or that the support connection (20) is provided with a magnetically attractive element.
20. An isolation locking device according to claim 17, characterized in that the support connection (20) has a height adjustment by means of which the distance between the isolation panel (10) and the electrical equipment is adjusted to adapt the height of the equipment to be isolated.
21. An isolation locking device according to claim 17, wherein the supporting connector (20) comprises at least two connecting sections connected with each other, and the connecting position of the two adjacent connecting sections is adjusted by a fastener to realize the height adjustment of the supporting connector (20).
22. An isolation latch as claimed in claim 21, wherein at least one of said connecting sections has a slotted slide opening, and said fastener passes through the other of said connecting sections, said slotted slide opening connecting adjacent two of said connecting sections.
23. An isolation latch as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the isolation panel (10) comprises at least a front panel and a side wall panel on at least one side of the front panel, the latch shaft (30) being connected to the side wall panel.
24. Isolation locking according to claim 23, characterized in that the side wall plate is provided with a fixed adjustment part which is connected position-adjustably with the locking shaft (30) for adjusting the distance between the front panel and the electrical equipment to adapt the height of the equipment to be isolated.
25. An isolation latch as claimed in claim 24, wherein the fixed adjustment portions are a plurality of rows of fixed mounting holes (11) spaced apart in a direction perpendicular to the front panel, and the latch shaft (30) is provided with a fixed mount corresponding to the fixed mounting holes.
26. An isolation locking device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 25 wherein the isolation panel (10) is of transparent material.
27. An isolation locking device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 25, wherein the locking socket (40) is fixedly mounted on the electrical equipment by means of magnetic attraction, gluing or suction cups.
28. An isolation locking device according to any one of claims 1 to 25, wherein the electrical equipment comprises a switch cabinet and a protection and automation cabinet, and the equipment to be isolated is an electrical operating mechanism on the switch cabinet or the protection and automation cabinet which can be sheltered by the isolation panel (10).
29. An isolation locking device according to claim 28, wherein the electrical operating mechanism comprises one or more of a display operating mechanism, a selector switch, an operating button and an operating hole of the protection device or the measurement and control device, wherein the display operating mechanism of the protection device or the measurement and control device comprises a display operating button and/or a touch operating screen.
30. An isolation locking device as claimed in claim 28, wherein said isolation panel (10) is capable of shielding two or more types or two or more of said electrically operated mechanisms simultaneously.
