It will be appreciated that in some embodiments, the adjustment portion 33 has a smaller diameter of the profile circle than the first and second ring portions 31, 32. Thereby, the urging effect of the adjustment portion 33 on the bearing 40 can be improved, and the first claw 311 and the second claw 321 can provide a more sufficient radial force.
Further, the other end of the regulating portion 33 is at least partially protruded toward the bearing 40 in the radial direction.
