Detailed Description
The following description will further describe embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby.
The PET easy-to-tear film can be a composite film or a co-extrusion film, and the co-extrusion production process has short route and simple working procedures. The co-extrusion temperature of the materials between the adjacent film layers in the co-extruded film is matched.
The adhesive layer in the co-extruded film is used for bonding the film layers which cannot be directly co-extruded and laminated so as to ensure the interlayer peeling force, and the selection of the material and the thickness of the adhesive layer is comprehensively determined according to the film materials on the two sides of the adhesive layer and the required adhesive strength.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the PET easy-open film of example 1 is a seven-layer co-extruded film, and the co-extruded laminated structure sequentially comprises a PET easy-open material layer 1, a polyethylene core layer 2, an adhesive layer 3, an EVOH (ethylene/vinyl alcohol copolymer) layer 4, an adhesive layer 3, and a polyethylene surface layer 5 from outside to inside, wherein the polyethylene surface layer is two polyethylene layers; the PET easy-to-tear material is apple 20D855, is modified ethylene acrylate resin, and can be peeled and sealed with various container materials such as PET, PVC, PS, PP and the like in a wider temperature range; the film of example 1 had the structural formula 20D 855/PE/TIE/EVOH/TIE/PE/PE. The arrows in fig. 1 indicate the outer-to-inner direction.
Example 1 the seven-layer co-extruded film had the following film layer thicknesses:
as shown in FIG. 1, the PET easy-open material layer was 17.5 μm, the polyethylene core layer was 7 μm, the adhesive layer was 5.6 μm, the EVOH layer was 10.5 μm, the adhesive layer was 5.6 μm, and the polyethylene skin layer was 23.8. mu.m. The thickness of the inner layer in the polyethylene skin layer was 18.2 μm and the thickness of the outer layer was 5.6 μm. The polyethylene layers in example 1 were all made of linear low density polyethylene and low density polyethylene blended together.
The detection result of the physical and mechanical properties of the co-extruded film is as follows:
1. longitudinal breaking force 23N and transverse breaking force 23N (detection standard GB/T1040.3-2006);
2. nominal strain at break: 496% longitudinally and 546% transversely (test standard GB/T1040.3-2006);
3. right angle tear force: longitudinal 104N/mm, transverse 111N/mm (test standard QB/T1130-1991);
4. water vapor transmission amount: 5 g/(m)224h) (detection standard GB/T1037-1988);
5. oxygen transmission amount: 64cm3/(m224 h.0.1 MPa) (detection standard GB/T1038-2000).
Example 2
As shown in fig. 2, example 2 is based on example 1, and is different in that the PET easy-open film is a composite film, and the composite structure comprises, in order from outside to inside, a PET easy-open material layer 1, a polyethylene core layer 2, an adhesive layer 3, a nylon (PA) layer 6, an adhesive layer 3, and a polyethylene surface layer 5. And carrying out corona treatment on the surface of the PET easy-to-tear material layer to obtain a corona surface. The arrows in fig. 1 indicate the outer-to-inner direction.
Compared with the PET easy-to-tear film which is not subjected to corona treatment, the PET easy-to-tear material layer surface subjected to corona treatment has stronger heat-sealing adhesive force with PET under the same heat-sealing process condition.
The film structures of examples 1 and 2 can both be produced by coextrusion or by lamination.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 1, example 3 is based on example 1, except that the surface of the polyethylene skin layer is corona treated to obtain a corona surface.
The polyethylene surface layer is subjected to corona, the binding force of the covering film base film and the sheet material base material composite structure is improved, and the phenomenon that PET in the composite structure is easy to uncover and peel off is avoided.
Example 4
As shown in fig. 3, example 4 is a PET easy-to-peel cover film, which is formed by compounding a BOPP layer 7 and the PET easy-to-peel film of example 3, wherein the BOPP layer is connected with the polyethylene surface layer corona surface of the PET easy-to-peel film.
The BOPP in example 4 can be replaced by BOPA, BOPET, or similar materials. When in use, the PET easy-to-tear material layer in the PET easy-to-tear cover film of the embodiment 4 is connected with the heat-sealing surface of the tray in a heat-sealing mode. The material of the heat sealing surface of the tray is PET, PVC, PS or PP, and the tray sheet is a single material sheet or a composite sheet. In the packaging of fruits, vegetables, meat and other food products, the PET sheet is commonly used for the tray, or the heat sealing layer is a PET composite sheet.
Example 5
As shown in fig. 4, the example 5 is a PET easy-to-tear tray, the sheet of the PET easy-to-tear tray is formed by compounding a sheet substrate 8 and the PET easy-to-tear film of the example 3, and is shaped into a tray three-dimensional structure by known processes such as die pressing, plastic suction, and the like, and the sheet substrate 8 is connected with the corona surface of the polyethylene surface layer 5 of the PET easy-to-tear film. The sheet substrate 8 in example 5 was a PET sheet.
When the easy-to-tear PET tray is used, the easy-to-tear PET tray in the embodiment 5 is compounded with the cover film, and the heat sealing layer of the cover film is made of PET, PVC, PS or PP materials which form an easy-to-tear structure together with the apple 20D 855. The cover film is a thin film, a composite film or a co-extrusion film made of a single material. In the packaging of fruits, vegetables, meat and other food products, the surface material of the cover film is usually PET or PP.
On the premise of meeting the requirement of material extrusion temperature adaptation, the film structure with the same or similar effect to that of the embodiment 1 can also be 20D855/PE/TIE/EVOH/PA/TIE/PE and the like. Example 3 and example 4 can also be based on example 2 and a membrane structure with the same or similar effects as described above.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, a plurality of improvements and decorations can be made without departing from the technical principle of the present invention, and these improvements and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
