A protection device for a valve actuator comprises a second shell, a first shell, an inner shell and a control panel, wherein the inner shell is arranged in the center of an inner cavity of the second shell, fixing frames are connected to the top and the bottom of the inner shell, the fixing frames are fixedly connected to the inner wall of the second shell, a telescopic rod is fixedly connected to one side of the fixing frames, one side of the telescopic rod is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the second shell, a spring is sleeved on the surface of the telescopic rod, the center of the top and the bottom of the inner shell are respectively connected with a first installation port and a second installation port, the top of the first installation port and the bottom of the second installation port penetrate through the second shell, a pipeline connection port is connected to the bottom of the second installation port, a filter screen is installed in an inner cavity of the pipeline connection port, the first shell is fixedly connected to one side of the second shell, a protection shell is installed at the top end of the inner cavity, second casing moth surface top installation display screen, display screen bottom installation observation window, the observation window is inlayed at second housing face, the observation window bottom is equipped with control panel, the control panel rigid coupling is at second housing face, a plurality of control button of control panel internally mounted, observation window both sides top is equipped with indicator board and siren respectively, indicator board and siren are all installed at second housing face, the inside a plurality of pilot lamps that are equipped with of indicator board.
Furthermore, a first power supply and a second power supply are respectively installed on two sides of the inner cavity of the second shell, and the second power supply is electrically connected with the first manual gate, the second manual gate and the emergency button.
Furthermore, the inside pilot lamp that is equipped with three different colours of indicator panel.
Furthermore, a wiring pile is fixedly connected to one side of the second shell, and two wiring ports are formed in the wiring pile.
Further, the telescopic link is cup jointed each other by two different body of pipe diameters and is formed, install the glass board on the observation window.
Furthermore, a filter screen is installed in the pipeline connector through a clamping groove, and a box door is installed on one side of the first shell through a hinge.
The beneficial effect of this application is: the application provides a protection device with an emergency button for a valve actuator.

Referring to fig. 1-3, a protection device for a valve actuator comprises a second housing 10, a first housing 9, an inner housing 5, and a control panel 20, wherein the inner housing 5 is disposed in the center of an inner cavity of the second housing 10, the top and bottom sides of the inner housing 5 are both connected to a fixing frame 1, the fixing frame 1 is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the second housing 10, one side of the fixing frame 1 is fixedly connected to a telescopic rod 7, one side of the telescopic rod 7 is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the second housing 10, a spring 11 is sleeved on the surface of the telescopic rod 7, the top center and bottom center of the inner housing 5 are respectively connected to a first mounting port 6 and a second mounting port 12, the top of the first mounting port 6 and the bottom of the second mounting port 12 both penetrate through the second housing 10, the bottom of the second mounting port 12 is connected to a pipeline 14, a filter screen 13 is disposed in the inner cavity of the, protective housing 24 is installed on first casing 9 inner chamber top, 24 central authorities of protective housing installation emergency button 23, first manual gate 25 of 9 inner chamber bottom symmetries of first casing and the manual gate 26 of second, second casing 10 moth surface top installation display screen 17, display screen 17 bottom installation observation window 19, observation window 19 inlays on second casing 10 surface, 19 bottoms of observation window are equipped with control panel 20, 20 rigid couplings of control panel are on second casing 10 surface, a plurality of control button 21 of 20 internally mounted of control panel, 19 both sides tops of observation window are equipped with indicator panel 16 and siren 18 respectively, indicator panel 16 and siren 18 are all installed on second casing 10 surface, the inside a plurality of pilot lamps 15 that are equipped with of indicator panel 16.
A first power supply 2 and a second power supply 8 are respectively installed on two sides of the inner cavity of the second shell 10, and the second power supply 8 is electrically connected with a first manual gate 25, a second manual gate 26 and an emergency button 23; three indicator lights 15 with different colors are arranged inside the indicator board 16; one side of the second shell 10 is fixedly connected with a wiring pile 3, and two wiring ports 4 are formed in the wiring pile 3; the telescopic rod 7 is formed by sleeving two pipe bodies with different pipe diameters, and a glass plate is arranged on the observation window 19; the filter screen 13 is installed inside the pipeline connecting port 14 through a clamping groove, and the door 22 is installed on one side of the first shell 9 through a hinge.
When the valve actuator is used, the electric elements in the application are externally connected with a power supply and a control switch, after the valve actuator is arranged in the inner shell 5, the pipeline can be connected through the second mounting port 12 and the pipeline connecting port 14, the filter screen 13 arranged in the pipeline connecting port 14 can play a filtering effect, a hand wheel on the valve actuator can be conveniently used through the first mounting port 6, in the using process, the power is supplied through the first power supply 2, the connection is carried out through the two wiring ports 4 on the wiring pile 3, the indicating effect can be played through the indicating lamp 15 on the surface of the indicating plate 16, the display screen 17 and the observation window 19 are convenient for knowing the working condition of the valve actuator, the control is convenient to control when the valve actuator is used through the plurality of control buttons 21 on the control panel 20, and the operation and the use of a user are convenient, when emergency is needed, different indicator lamps 15 can be displayed on the indicator board 16, the alarm 18 can give an alarm, the door 22 is opened, the first manual gate 25 and the second manual gate 26 are pulled later, the emergency button 23 is convenient to press later, not only can the valve actuator be quickly and emergently stopped, the safety of the whole use is protected, the use efficiency can be improved, convenience is brought to users, the first manual gate 25 and the second manual gate 26 can avoid the influence of the optional emergency button 23 on the use of the valve actuator in the use process, and the telescopic rod 7, the spring 11 and the fixing frame 1 can conveniently protect the valve actuator.
The application has the advantages that:
1. the emergency valve actuator can be rapidly and emergently stopped through the alarm, the emergency button and the protective shell when an emergency situation occurs in use and the valve actuator needs to be stopped, the safety of the whole use is protected, the use efficiency can be improved, convenience is brought to a user, the emergency button can be protected through the box door, the first shell, the first manual gate and the second manual gate, and the influence on the use effect caused by the random touch of the emergency button can be avoided;
2. through inner shell, first installing port, second installing port, mount, telescopic link and spring can be easy to assemble and protection valve actuator, can observe the behavior of understanding valve actuator at any time through pilot lamp, indicator panel, display screen and observation window in the use moreover, can control valve actuator's use when using through control panel and control button, made things convenient for user's operation and use.
