“抗振防松楔锁螺母”是一款在任何的振动环境下,防止螺母发生松动的新型紧固技术,它适用于高铁动车机车、铁路轨道、军事工业、桥梁、电力、铁塔、工业生产、机械设备、交通运输、汽车、轮船、航天航空等诸多领域中的机械、设备的螺母长时间稳定加固技术。它具有超强的抗振防松性能、生产工艺简单,成本低,适用性广四大特点,它是由楔螺母(1)和凹螺母(3)两个部分组成;就是用上面的楔螺母(1)上的三角楔(2)将凹螺母(3)牢牢楔锁紧固在螺栓(7)上,形成“十字交叉力型固锁”,即同时具有横向紧固和纵向紧固性能,达到超强抗振防松的目的。

“抗振防松楔锁螺母”是一款在任何的振动环境下,防止螺母发生松动的新型紧固技术,它适用于高铁动车机车、铁路轨道、军事工业、桥梁、电力、铁塔、工业生产、机械设备、交通运输、汽车、轮船、航天航空等诸多领域中的机械、设备的螺母长时间稳定加固技术。
背景技术
在我国科技领域日新月异飞速发展的今天,在工业机械,高铁轨道,车轮等都少不了螺丝对物体的稳定,持久的固定;然而,大多数螺丝固定,在机械的长时间振动过程中会发生螺母松动,给机械设备,交通工具等的运作带来极大的隐患,“抗振防松楔锁螺母”就是基于这个前提,发明设计了这款让螺母具有超强的抗振防松性能,达到各种机械、设备的安全长久运作目的:这个发明是我继“永不松动的固锁螺母”实用新型专利(专利号:ZL201920137653.2)后的又一款具有超强抗振防松的紧固螺母。
“抗振防松楔锁螺母”具有四大特点:1、超强的抗振防松性能;2、生产工艺简单;3、生产成本低;4、社会适用性广;它是由楔螺母(1)和凹螺母(3)两个部分组成;就是用上面的楔螺母(1)上的三角楔(2)将凹螺母(3)牢牢楔锁紧固在螺栓(7)上,形成“十字交叉力型固锁”,即同时具有横向紧固和纵向紧固性能,达到超强抗振防松的目的。
“抗振防松楔锁螺母”的紧固性和稳定性可达到号称世界第一紧固螺母的日本哈德洛克螺母相同的紧固性能,但我们楔锁螺母的生产成本却低于日本螺母的十倍以上,如果使用墩压模型量产,它的生产成本可以低到市场上2颗普通螺母的生产成本,并可根据不同客户的不同需求,选择不同的材质生产加工。
发明内容
“抗振防松楔锁螺母”是由楔螺母(1)和凹螺母(3)两个部分组成:楔螺母(1) 就是在螺母上设计一个弧形三角楔形体,即三角楔(2);凹螺母(3)就是在螺母上设计一个圆梯形内斜面的凹槽,即斜面凹槽(4),在斜面凹槽(4)下面有一个圆环形底槽,即圆环底槽(5);三角楔角度(a)和斜面凹槽内斜角度(r)相同,达到完美楔合紧固;圆环底槽(5)是在凹螺母(3)与螺栓(7)之间有一个空隙,三角楔(2)可以通过这个空隙,使楔螺母(1)更加完美的楔锁紧固在凹螺母(3)和螺栓(7)之间,形成横向紧固,从而使整个楔锁螺母组合同时具有上下紧固和横向紧固的“十字交叉力型紧固”,这样就具备了超强的抗振防松紧固性能和稳定性能。
使用时,先将凹螺母(3)旋拧在螺栓(7)上,斜面凹槽(4)向上;在完成凹螺母 (3)对紧固物体(6)的上下紧固后,再将楔螺母(1)旋拧到螺栓(7)上,三角楔(2) 向下,将三角楔(2)楔进凹螺母(3)的斜面凹槽(4)中,旋拧紧固即可。

具体实施方式
“抗振防松楔锁螺母”原理来源于中国传统木工的木楔紧固技术,属于双螺母紧固技术,设计出楔螺母(1)和凹螺母(3),通过楔螺母(1)上的三角楔(2) 楔入凹螺母(3)中的斜面凹槽(4)中,旋拧紧固,达到楔锁目的。
楔螺母(1)的实施工艺:在六角螺母上用铣床铣出一个带弧形的三角楔(2),高度约为螺母总高度的1/2。
凹螺母(3)的实施工艺:在六角螺母的中心用铣床铣出圆环,深度约为螺母高度的1/2,即圆环底槽(5),圆环底槽(5)的直径大于凹螺母螺纹(9)的直径,再在圆环的边上用数控铣床铣出一个倾斜面,即斜面凹槽(4)。
楔螺母(1)的三角楔角度(a)和凹螺母(3)上的斜面凹槽内斜角度(r)相同,这样才能达到三角楔(2)和斜面凹槽(4)的完美楔合紧固。
凹螺母(3)上的圆环底槽(5)是凹螺母(3)与螺栓(7)之间的间隙槽,它的目的是更好的使楔螺母(1)和凹螺母(3)更好的实现楔合紧固,从而实现上下紧固和横向紧固的“十字交叉力型紧固”原理,达到超强抗振防松性能。
模具生产工艺:楔螺母(1)和凹螺母(3)也可以通过产品模具,使用冷墩机或热墩机,进行冷墩或热墩工艺来实现,这样大大降低了产品的生产成本,从而赢得更大的竞争能力和市场前景。

1.一种抗振防松楔锁螺母,包括楔螺母(1)和凹螺母(3)两个部分,其特征是:楔螺母(1)是由三角楔(2)和楔螺母螺纹(8)组成;凹螺母(3)是由斜面凹槽(4)、圆环底槽(5)和凹螺母螺纹(9)组成;三角楔(2)的楔形角度与斜面凹槽(4)的内斜面角度相同,这样才能达到三角楔(2)和斜面凹槽(4)的完美楔合紧固;圆环底槽(5)是在凹螺母(3)与螺栓(7)之间的空隙,它能使楔螺母(1)和凹螺母(3)更好的楔锁紧固。
