The sealing structure 222 abuts against the flange 211 through the convex teeth 224, so that the pressing effect of the sealing structure 222 is optimized through the above-mentioned sharp abutting ends, and the abutting degree of the sealing structure 222 and the flange 211 is enhanced. In the case where a plurality of turns of the convex teeth 224 are provided, the plurality of turns of the convex teeth 224 are arranged coaxially so that a plurality of fine sealing and waterproof layers are provided in the gap.
Preferably, the hollow structure 223 is an annular cavity formed inside the sealing structure 222 along the circumferential direction, so that the inside of each section of the sealing structure 222 is hollow, the deformation degree of each part of the sealing structure 222 is uniform when the sealing structure 222 deforms in the gap, the sealing structure 222 can adapt to the shape of the gap after deformation, and the sufficient filling effect is enhanced.
Further, in the case where the bending structure 231 is provided on the outer flange, the sealing structure 222 is a ring-shaped structure. The cross-section of the ring-like structure is rectangular in shape so that the side of the ring-like structure near the flange 211 has more space for the teeth 224. The outer ring surface of the ring-shaped structure (i.e., the axial surface on the upper side of the seal structure 222 in fig. 4) is flush with the groove bottom outer surface of the mounting groove 221, so that the seal structure 222 and the mounting groove 221 can simultaneously abut against the inner side of the outer groove wall of the mounting groove 241, and the sealing member 22 has a better overall sealing and filling effect.
Of course, the cross-sectional shape of the ring-shaped structure is not limited to a rectangle, and the cross-sectional shape may also be a circle, a full hexagon or a special shape, as long as the shape of the sealing structure 222 can meet the sealing requirement of the gap and the arrangement requirement of the convex teeth 224 or the hollow structures 223.
To sum up, the outer tub assembly 2 of the washing machine of the present invention includes a tub 21, a sealing member 22, a rear flange 23, and a fixing member 24. The sealing member 22 is provided with a mounting groove 221 such that the sealing member 22 can be snapped onto the outer edge of the rear flange 23 through the mounting groove 221. The sealing member 22 is internally provided with a hollow structure 223, and in the case where the fixing member 24 fixes the rear flange 23 to the rear end of the barrel ring 21, the sealing structure 222 is pressed by the rear flange 23, and is sufficiently deformed between the rear flange 23 and the rear end of the barrel ring 21 by the hollow structure 223, thereby reliably sealing the gap between the rear flange 23 and the barrel ring 21. By providing the mounting groove 221, the sealing member 22 can be preassembled on the rear flange 23, so that each part of the sealing member 22 can be preliminarily fixed to a position to be sealed, the accuracy of the mounting position of the sealing member 22 is ensured, and the gap at the bottom of the outer cylinder can be reliably sealed.
So far, the technical solution of the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Without departing from the principle of the present invention, a person skilled in the art can make equivalent changes or substitutions to the related technical features, and the technical solutions after these changes or substitutions will fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. An outer cylinder component of washing equipment is characterized in that the outer cylinder component comprises a cylinder ring, a sealing component, a rear flange and a fixing component,
the bottom end of the cylinder ring extends outwards along the radial direction to form a flanging,
the sealing component comprises a mounting groove and a sealing structure connected with the mounting groove, the mounting groove is clamped and matched with the outer edge of the rear flange, a hollow structure is arranged in the sealing structure,
the rear flange is abutted to the flange through the sealing structure, and the fixing member is arranged on the rear side of the rear flange and connected with the flange so as to enable the rear flange to press the sealing structure to seal a gap between the rear flange and the flange.

The outer barrel assembly of claim 1, wherein a bending structure is arranged on the outer edge of the rear flange radially outwards, the mounting groove is clamped to the outer edge of the rear flange through the bending structure, and the sealing structure is connected with the side wall of one side, close to the flange, of the mounting groove.
3. The outer barrel assembly of claim 2 wherein a side wall of said mounting slot on a side remote from said flange is in abutting engagement with said securing member.
4. The outer barrel assembly of claim 3 wherein said securing member is provided with a receiving groove on an inner side thereof,
under the condition of being installed, the bending structure and the sealing component are both contained in the containing groove, and the side wall of one side, far away from the flanging, of the installing groove is tightly abutted to the bottom of the containing groove.
5. The outer barrel assembly of claim 4 wherein an inner side of an outer groove wall of said receiving groove is in close abutment with said sealing structure and an outer groove wall edge of said receiving groove is in abutting engagement with said flange.
6. The outer barrel assembly of claim 2 wherein said seal structure is a ring-like structure having a rectangular cross-section, said ring-like structure having an outer race surface that is flush with a bottom outer surface of said mounting groove.
7. The outer barrel assembly of claim 1 wherein said hollow structure is an annular cavity formed circumferentially inside said seal structure.
8. The outer barrel assembly of claim 1 wherein said seal structure is provided with at least one ring of teeth, said seal structure abutting said flange through said teeth.
9. The outer barrel assembly of claim 4 wherein said securing member body structure is a pentagonal frame and said receiving slot is provided in an outer race of said pentagonal frame.
10. A washing appliance, characterized in that it comprises a tub assembly according to any of claims 1 to 9.
