The drum rotating shaft 51 has a D-shaped section at the corresponding fitting portion in a state of being connected to the drum rotating shaft 51 through a D-shaped hole. The D-shaped cross-section is formed by milling a flat on one side of the circular shaft.
In order to better achieve the braking of the drum, in particular to prevent the drum from rotating backwards during operation, the hydraulic winch further comprises a ratchet brake 6. A ratchet brake 6 is mounted on the winch frame 1. The brake claws of the ratchet brake 6 are matched with the inner gear ring 21 or the grooves arranged on the side plates of the roller 5, and only the hydraulic winch is allowed to rotate in one direction.
In particular, as shown, the braking pawl of the ratchet brake 6 is spring loaded, that is, the braking pawl is a spring return type angle latch. For example, the spring return type inclined bolt is matched with the rectangular teeth on the outer edge of the inner gear ring to realize unidirectional braking. When the inner gear ring rotates forwards, the rectangular teeth at the outer edge of the inner gear ring are engaged with the inclined surface side of the inclined plug pin and press the inclined surface, so that the inclined plug pin retracts against the spring force, and the inner gear ring is allowed to rotate forwards. When the inner gear ring rotates reversely, the rectangular teeth on the outer edge of the inner gear ring are engaged with the step surfaces or the stopping parts of the inclined bolts, and the step surfaces or the stopping parts prevent the inner gear ring from rotating, so that the inner gear ring is prevented from rotating reversely.

wherein the inner gear ring (2) is fixedly connected with the roller (5), the central axis of the inner gear ring (2) is superposed with the rotation axis of the roller (5),
the gear (4) is arranged on the winch frame (1) in a rotatable manner,
the hydraulic motor (3) drives the gear (4) to rotate.
2. The hydraulic winch according to claim 1, characterized in that the hydraulic motor (3) is mounted on the winch frame (1), the output shaft of the hydraulic motor (3) being coaxially connected to the gear wheel (4).
3. The hydraulic winch according to claim 1, characterized in that the hydraulic motor (3) is provided with an internal normally closed brake which locks the hydraulic motor (3) when the input hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic motor (3) is zero or less than a set value.

The hydraulic winch according to claim 1, characterized in that said drum (5) comprises a drum rotation shaft (51) and a drum body (52), said drum rotation shaft (51) being relatively rotatably supported on said winch frame (1), said drum body (52) being mounted on said drum rotation shaft (51) and rotating integrally with said drum rotation shaft (51).

The hydraulic winch according to claim 4, characterized in that said drum (5) comprises two side plates (53) axially spaced from each other, said side plates (53) being fixedly connected with said drum body (52), said inner ring gear (2) being fixedly connected at a radially outer portion to the respective side plate (53) adjacent thereto.

The hydraulic winch according to claim 5, characterized in that a thickening (54) is provided at the respective side plate connected to the inner ring gear (2), and is connected to the drum rotation shaft (51) at the thickening (54) by means of a key or a D-shaped hole to transmit torque to the drum rotation shaft (51).
7. The hydraulic winch according to claim 1, characterized in that said gears (4) are three in number and are circumferentially uniformly arranged.
8. The hydraulic winch according to claim 7, characterized in that one hydraulic motor (3) is associated with each gear wheel (4), three hydraulic motors (3) being connected in parallel on the hydraulic circuit.
9. The hydraulic winch according to any of the claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the gear ratio of the gear (4) and the internal gear ring (2) is between 5:1 and 15: 1.

The hydraulic winch according to any of the claims 1 to 8, characterized in that it further comprises a ratchet brake (6), said ratchet brake (6) being mounted on said winch frame (1), the pawl of said ratchet brake (6) cooperating with a recess provided on said inner ring gear (2) or on the side plate of the drum (5) allowing only a unidirectional rotation of said hydraulic winch.
