The prior art discloses a container for household products (patent No. UA 59159, IPC B65D 1/00, B65D 13/00 in publication No. 8, published on 8/15/2003) comprising a body having a base with a total volume of 0.5 to 2.0 litres, wherein a material sealing portion within the container is added to a sealing portion vertically disposed on other sealing portions, the sealing portions together constituting the body and being tightly interconnected, an annular insert of polyolefin material providing the sealing portion with a seal, and an upper portion separated from the other constituent portions by a membrane and filled with a filler. A disadvantage of such containers is the complexity of the design.
The prior art discloses a container containing perfume, cosmetics and foam detergent (patent No. RU 14110, IPC a45D 34/00 in publication No. 19, 7/10/2000) comprising a transparent vial with a lid and a label, to which vial the name of a given product is added, and the given product is placed in the vial, and an object is placed in the vial which describes or associates or characterizes the name added to the label. A disadvantage of such containers is the lack of a metering flow device for the detergent supply, which makes such containers complicated to use.
The closest technical solution claimed is a container for detergent (see URL http:// klassnaya. com. ua/product/1549048-butilochka-275-dozarom. html.) comprising a container with a cylindrical neck, a shoulder connecting the cylindrical neck, and in addition a lid with a removable lid and a means for dispensing detergent mounted on the cylindrical neck. Furthermore, the dispenser is made in the form of a pressure spring loaded element which is connected to a tubular element located inside the container by means of a shut-off valve.
The drawback of this technical solution is its low ergonomics, due to the absence of removable sponge, which can be used with existing products for its intended purpose.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The technical result of the present invention is to ensure that the sponge is effectively attached to the lid of the container for transporting and storing the product, drying the sponge on the neck of the container, facilitating the storage of the sponge before and after use, improving the ergonomics of this solution, in particular the compactness of the sponge, preventing contamination of the container body and/or wasting the product in the container due to its unpredictable leakage from the dispenser (e.g. after accidental pressing of the dispenser).
The specified task is solved by the fact that: the proposed container for household chemicals comprises a body with a bottom, a shoulder connected to the cylindrical neck, and a lid with means for dispensing the product in the container, the container being in accordance with the present invention, the container being further equipped with a sponge, the sponge being perforated in the center, the sponge being intended to be placed around the outer surface of the neck, the sponge and the container body being made as a cylinder, wherein the diameter of the sponge is equal to or less than the diameter of the container.

Detailed Description
The proposed container for household chemicals comprises a body 1, the body 1 having a bottom 2, a shoulder 3 connected to a cylindrical neck 4, and a cap 5, the cap 5 having means 6 for dispensing a product, such as a detergent. The container is additionally equipped with a sponge 7, the centre of which sponge 7 has a hole 8, which is intended to be placed around the outer surface of the cap 5 on the neck 4, and the shoulder 3 is horizontal, wherein the sponge 7 and the body 1 are made in the form of a cylinder with the same diameter.
In order to effectively place the sponge on the surface of the cap 5, the diameter of the hole 8 in the centre of the sponge 7 is equal to the diameter of the neck 4 of the container. Since the diameter of the neck of the container can be made different, the diameter of the holes 8 in the sponge 7 can also be different, for example 2 to 3cm in diameter.
In the proposed utility model, the sponge is made of at least two layers of elastic porous material 10, 11. Further, one of the plurality of layers of elastic porous materials 10 is made of coarse porous foam having a height of 2.5cm, and the other layer of elastic porous material 11 is made of reticulated foam having a height of 0.5 cm.
The coarse porous foam provides better detergent foaming and uniform cleaning of soils on surfaces. Such a foam may be, for example, PU foam SB 2238B. The rough layer of sponge is made of reticulated foam (reticulated polyurethane foam) which helps to create a rough effect on the dish surface, cleaning heavily soiled areas without damaging the dishes and other surfaces.
The multiple layers of elastic cellular material from which the sponge is made may be bonded to each other by any known method using any known equipment. Also, for example, the multiple layers of elastic cellular material may be made of different colors: the thin layer of elastic cellular material is dark in color and the thicker layer of elastic cellular material is light in color.
The device 6 for dispensing a product, such as a detergent, can be made in the form of a pressure spring-loaded element with pumping means connected to a tubular element 9 through a shut-off valve (not shown in the figures), wherein the tubular element 9 is located inside the container body 1 and the device 6 has an orifice 12 designed to dispense part of the detergent.
The container may be made of a material known for household chemicals, for example polyethylene terephthalate (PET).
Shipping the proposed container (e.g., from manufacturer to distributor) through a sponge mounted on the container has the following advantages:
protection of the neck and of the product dispensing device against damage and deformation by means of an additional element, namely a sponge, mounted on the outer surface of the neck of the container;
the sponge is connected to the container (press and hold);
since the container body is made in the form of a cylinder, more containers can be transported simultaneously in the transport package.
