Technical Field
The present application relates to a medical instrument, and more particularly, to a device for cleaning the acetabulum.
Background
When the acetabulum is completely contused in the hip joint replacement, blood and tissues in the acetabulum need to be erased by gauze after the acetabulum is contused, so that whether the soft tissues or the cartilage in the acetabulum are cleaned up or not can be conveniently observed. It is often necessary to fold the gauze back into a generally spherical shape in situ, and then grasp it with forceps to clean the acetabulum. This folding process is cumbersome and the generally spherical shape does not conform well to the inner surface of the acetabulum, thus requiring repeated wiping and cleaning.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
In view of the above problems, the present application aims to provide a device for cleaning acetabulum, which facilitates the formation of gauze balls, and firstly saves preparation time in the operation, and secondly enables the gauze balls to better fit with the inner surface of the acetabulum, thereby facilitating the rapid cleaning; and the gauze ball is not easy to loosen in the cleaning process.
The device for cleaning the acetabulum of the present application, comprising: the main rod body, the nut and the two clamping arms;
the main body rod comprises an upper rod and a lower rod; the lower end of the upper rod and the upper end of the lower rod are connected together through a plate component; a ball is formed at the upper end of the upper rod; a handle is formed at the lower end of the lower rod; the upper rod and the lower rod are cylindrical rods; external threads are formed on the peripheral surface of the lower rod; the plate member is formed with a pivot hole at each of left and right sides thereof;
the nut is formed into a cone frustum shape with an inclined outer peripheral surface, and a threaded hole is formed through the middle part of the nut; the nut is combined on the external thread of the lower rod through the threaded hole;
each clamping arm comprises an upper sub arm and a lower sub arm; the lower end of the upper sub-arm and the upper end of the lower sub-arm are connected together through a pivot part; an arc-shaped buckle plate is formed at the upper end of the upper sub-arm and is used for being buckled on the peripheral surface of the upper rod; the lower end of the lower sub-arm is abutted against the inclined peripheral surface of the nut; a preset angle is formed between the upper sub-arm and the lower sub-arm;
the pivot portion of each clip arm is pivotally mounted in a corresponding pivot hole of the plate member such that the two clip arms are mounted on the left and right sides of the plate member, respectively.
Preferably, the plate member is formed in an elliptical shape; the pivot holes on the left and right sides are located on the major axis of the ellipse.
Preferably, each of the pivoting portions is formed with a groove in which one end of the plate member corresponding to the pivoting portion is inserted.
Preferably, the lower end of each lower sub-arm is formed with a cylindrical cross bar, the outer circumferential surface of which abuts against the inclined outer circumferential surface of the nut.
Preferably, the handle is formed in a cross shape.
Through the device for cleaning the acetabulum, after the gauze is covered on the ball, the gauze edge is buckled on the upper rod by the two arc-shaped pinch plates, the nut moves upwards, so that the two clamping arms and the upper rod are tightly clamped together, the gauze ball is rapidly formed and stably fixed on the ball, and the control handle can not influence the clamping condition of the two clamping arms in the use process.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, the device for cleaning acetabulum of the present application will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The device for cleaning the acetabulum of the present application, comprising: the main rod body 20, the nut 10 and two clamping arms 30.
The main body lever 20 includes an upper lever 22 and a lower lever 25; the lower end of the upper rod 22 and the upper end of the lower rod 25 are connected together by a plate member 23; the upper end of the upper rod 22 is provided with a round ball 21; a handle 26 is formed at the lower end of the lower rod 25; the upper rod 22 and the lower rod 25 are cylindrical rods; the outer peripheral surface of the lower rod 25 is provided with an external thread; the plate member 23 is formed with a pivot hole 24 at each of left and right sides thereof.
The nut 10 is formed in a shape of a cone having an inclined outer circumferential surface, the upper end of which has a small diameter and the lower end of which has a large diameter, and a screw hole 12 is formed through the middle thereof; the nut 10 is coupled to the external thread of the lower rod 25 through the screw hole 12.
Each clamp arm 30 includes an upper sub-arm 32 and a lower sub-arm 34; the lower end of the upper sub-arm 32 and the upper end of the lower sub-arm 34 are connected together by a pivot 33; an arc buckle plate 31 is formed at the upper end of the upper sub-arm 32 and is used for buckling on the inclined peripheral surface of the upper rod 22; the lower end of the lower sub-arm 34 abuts against the inclined outer peripheral surface 11 of the nut 10; the upper sub-arm 32 and the lower sub-arm 34 form a predetermined angle therebetween, for example, 10 degrees, 15 degrees.
The pivot portion 33 of each of the clip arms 30 is pivotally mounted in the corresponding pivot hole 24 of the plate member 23 such that the two clip arms 30 are mounted on the left and right sides of the plate member 23, respectively, as shown in fig. 1.
The plate member 23 is formed in an oval shape; the pivot holes 24 on the left and right sides are located on the major axis of the ellipse.
Each pivot portion 33 is formed with a groove 33a, and one end of the plate member 23 corresponding to the pivot portion 33 is inserted into the groove 33 a.
The lower end of each lower sub-arm 34 is formed with a cylindrical cross-bar 35, the outer circumferential surface of the cross-bar 35 abutting against the inclined outer circumferential surface of the nut 10.
The handle 26 is formed in a cross shape.
When the clamping arm is used, the nut is rotated firstly to move downwards, the inclined outer peripheral surface of the nut leaves the cross rod of the clamping arm, so that the clamping arm can rotate outwards properly, and the arc-shaped buckle plate at the upper end of the clamping arm leaves the upper rod; covering the round ball with a predetermined number of layers of gauze, for example 4 layers, so that the lower end of the gauze is gathered below the round ball, and then rotating the gauze in the direction of the upper rod by using the two clamping arms so as to buckle the gathered lower end of the gauze on the peripheral surface of the upper rod; the nut is then rotated so that the inclined surface of the nut abuts against the cross bar of the clamping arm until the nut cannot continue to move upwardly, so that the lower end of the gauze is simply clamped to the upper bar. The whole process is very simple and quick, and the time for preparing gauze balls in the operation is shortened; the gauze ball thus formed has an outer surface that more closely approximates a spherical surface and more closely conforms to the inner surface of the acetabulum. When the acetabulum is cleaned, the handle is held to clean the acetabulum, the acetabulum cannot be contacted with the nut, so that the nut is not easy to loosen, and the gauze cannot scatter in the cleaning process due to misoperation.

1. A device for cleaning an acetabulum, comprising: the main rod body, the nut and the two clamping arms;
the main body rod comprises an upper rod and a lower rod; the lower end of the upper rod and the upper end of the lower rod are connected together through a plate component; a ball is formed at the upper end of the upper rod; a handle is formed at the lower end of the lower rod; the upper rod and the lower rod are cylindrical rods; external threads are formed on the peripheral surface of the lower rod; the plate member is formed with a pivot hole at each of left and right sides thereof;
the nut is formed into a cone frustum shape with an inclined outer peripheral surface, and a threaded hole is formed through the middle part of the nut; the nut is combined on the external thread of the lower rod through the threaded hole;
each clamping arm comprises an upper sub arm and a lower sub arm; the lower end of the upper sub-arm and the upper end of the lower sub-arm are connected together through a pivot part; an arc-shaped buckle plate is formed at the upper end of the upper sub-arm and is used for being buckled on the peripheral surface of the upper rod; the lower end of the lower sub-arm is abutted against the inclined peripheral surface of the nut; a preset angle is formed between the upper sub-arm and the lower sub-arm;
the pivot portion of each clip arm is pivotally mounted in a corresponding pivot hole of the plate member such that the two clip arms are mounted on the left and right sides of the plate member, respectively.
2. The device for cleaning the acetabulum of claim 1, wherein:
the plate member is formed in an elliptical shape; the pivot holes on the left and right sides are located on the major axis of the ellipse.
3. The device for cleaning the acetabulum of claim 2, wherein:
each pivot portion is formed with a groove in which one end of the plate member corresponding to the pivot portion is inserted.
4. The device for cleaning the acetabulum of claim 1, wherein:
the lower end of each lower sub-arm is formed with a cylindrical cross bar, the outer peripheral surface of which abuts against the inclined outer peripheral surface of the nut.
5. The device for cleaning the acetabulum of claim 1, wherein:
the handle is formed in a cross shape.
