Description

Multifunctional mouse
Technical Field
The utility model belongs to the technical field of electronic equipment, especially, relate to a multifunctional mouse.
Background
The mouse on the market at present has many kinds, and can be divided into the following types according to the interface form:
1. usb (universal Serial bus) interface: this is the most common mouse category. The user can use the official-provided driver customization macro to implement some special mouse operations (e.g., continuous click, flashing breath light, defining function keys).
The common USB mouse only has two keys and a roller. The mouse is very universal and has strong adaptability. Windows can be used by plugging in the universal driver. The disadvantage is that the function is single, only the most basic requirements can be met, and no specific drive is provided for setting the macro. In addition to the above-mentioned buttons, the advanced USB mouse also has a breathing light and several function buttons, which can be customized by a specific driver (such as switching the breathing light, combining the buttons, turning off the current program alt + F4 by one button, etc.). The disadvantage is that such advanced functionality relies on drivers provided by the original factory. If the driver is missing or the driver is not installed (for example, the operating system environments are not compatible, the Windows7 and Windows10, 32-bit and 64-bit different environments may cause the driver to be installed improperly), the mouse cannot be used. In addition, there is a case that some machines installed with Windows7 systems cannot use all USB interfaces, because the chipset of the Skylake platform of Inter replaces EHCI master with XHCI master, and no longer supports the original EHCI master, Windows10 and Windows8 are driven by their own XHCI masters, and a pure Windows7 system does not have this driver, so that USB devices cannot be used.
2. PS/2 interface: this is a circular interface that is specifically provided for mice and keyboards. Currently, such a mouse is still on the market, but the number is not as large as that of a USB mouse.
Due to the special physical shape of the interface, the pin of the mouse is easy to bend and break when being plugged. Because the interface is relatively lagged behind and is not used in many cases, most of the mainboards integrate the PS/2 mouse and keyboard interfaces into one interface and are compatible with the mouse and the keyboard. This also makes it impossible to use both a PS/2 mouse and keyboard. Compared with the USB device, the most remarkable defect is that the hot plug can not be supported, and if only one two-in-one PS/2 port is provided, the mouse and the keyboard of the PS/2 port are particularly inconvenient to use simultaneously.
3. A serial port mouse: the mouse interface used at the earliest is a COM port mouse, because the serial port communication efficiency is too low, once the mouse interface is used, the mouse interface occupies a serial port, influences programs needing the serial port to receive and transmit data, and is gradually eliminated by the market at present.

Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problem, technical solution and advantageous effects solved by the present invention more clearly understood, the following description is given in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments to illustrate the present invention in further detail. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides a multifunctional mouse, including mouse body 2, control mainboard, left button 3, right button 4, gyro wheel 12 and change over switch 1, the control mainboard sets up in the mouse body 2, left button 3 right button 4 with the equal electricity of gyro wheel 12 is connected the control mainboard.
The change-over switch 1 is arranged on the mouse body 2, is electrically connected with the control mainboard and is used for switching a first output mode and a second output mode, when the change-over switch 1 is closed, the control mainboard starts the first output mode, the left key 3 outputs a first left key value to the outside, and the right key 4 outputs a first right key value to the outside. When the change-over switch 1 is turned on, the control mainboard starts the second output mode, the left key 3 externally outputs a second left key value, and the right key 4 externally outputs a second right key value.
In this embodiment, in the first output mode, the left button 3 and the right button 4 of the multifunction mouse externally output their own functions, that is, the left button 3 corresponds to a confirmation key, and executes a menu command, selects a character or a pattern, and presses a button or an option in a dialog box. The right button 4 is equivalent to a function key, and displays a shortcut menu. After the change-over switch 1 is opened, new key values are given to the left key 3 and the right key 4, and the second left key value and the second right key value are equivalent to the key values on the keyboard, so that the purpose of simulating the keyboard is achieved, and the mouse and the simulated keyboard can be freely switched by only utilizing the change-over switch 1. For the mouse depending on the driving program, when the drive of the computer system is invalid or mistakenly deleted, the mouse cannot be used, the output mode is switched through the selector switch 1, and the output key values outside the left key 3 and the right key 4 are changed, so that the mouse is used as a simulation keyboard, the operation of a user is facilitated, and the problem that the mouse depends on the driving program is solved.
As shown in fig. 1, in an embodiment, the multifunctional mouse further includes a data line 9 for electrically connecting with a computer, one end of the data line 9 is electrically connected to the control motherboard, the other end of the data line 9 is provided with a plurality of data interfaces in parallel, and the data line 9 is electrically connected with the computer through one of the data interfaces. The data interface comprises a PS/2 interface 11 and a USB interface 10, and the use range of the multifunctional mouse can be increased.
The multifunctional mouse is compatible with the PS/2 interface 11 and the USB interface 10, for a computer with few USB interfaces, when a keyboard and a mouse which are connected with the USB interface are inserted into a USB disk, a wireless network card and other equipment, redundant USB interfaces do not exist, but idle PS/2 interfaces exist, the multifunctional mouse in the embodiment can utilize the idle PS/2 interfaces, the mouse is connected into the computer through the PS/2 interfaces, the redundant USB interfaces can be vacated while the idle PS/2 interfaces are utilized, and the situation that the USB interfaces on the computer are completely occupied and the USB disk, the wireless network card and other equipment cannot be connected into the computer is avoided.
It should be noted that only one of the two data interfaces can be used when the two data interfaces are connected to the computer, the USB interface 10 will automatically lose its function when the multifunctional mouse is connected to the computer through the PS/2 interface 11, and similarly, the PS/2 interface 11 will automatically lose its function when the multifunctional mouse is connected to the computer through the USB interface 10.
In addition, for some sudden situations, the multifunctional mouse can greatly facilitate the operation of a user. For example, some machines may have installed Windows7 os to cause USB interfaces to be completely unavailable, or when USB devices are unavailable due to a user's misoperation that deletes the USB driver of the computer system itself, if the computer is a notebook computer, the USB module of the PCH (south bridge) may not be used by the driver, and may also be used normally by walking the EC (ethernet) channel through the keyboard and the touchpad to exchange data with the computer system bus. After entering the system, the USB interface can be used by putting on a chipset driver special for Windows 7. However, for a desktop computer, there is no EC module, which brings great inconvenience if USB devices cannot be used, and a keyboard and a mouse must be used if a driver is installed, but the USB interface cannot be used, and then only a PS/2 mouse and a keyboard are used. However, most of the PS/2 interfaces of the main board of the computer are designed in a two-in-one mode to save space, so that the PS/2 keyboard and the mouse cannot be used simultaneously, and the PS/2 device does not support hot plugging and needs to restart the computer, which causes great trouble to users. The multifunctional mouse in the embodiment can solve the problem, the mouse and the keyboard can be freely switched by using the switch without hot plugging, and the problem of high-efficiency driving is solved.
As shown in fig. 2 to fig. 3, in an embodiment, the multifunctional mouse further includes an embedded controller module integrated on the control motherboard, and the embedded controller module is configured to send an opening action signal of the switch 1 to the control motherboard when the switch 1 is turned on, so as to turn on the second output mode. When the change-over switch 1 is turned off, the embedded controller module stops working, and when the control main board detects a turn-off action signal of the change-over switch 1, the first output mode is started. The change-over switch 1 controls the embedded controller module to work or stop, so that the output mode of the multifunctional mouse can be changed.
The control main board judges what the user inputs by identifying key values, when the change-over switch 1 is turned on, the embedded controller module starts to work, and the externally output key values can be rewritten to transmit information which the user wants to transmit. Specifically, when the embedded controller module is enabled, the first left key value of the left key 3 is modified into the second left key value, and the first right key value of the right key 4 is modified into the second right key value, so as to change the outward output mode of the multifunctional mouse.
In an embodiment, the first left key value, the first right key value, the second left key value and the second right key value all have corresponding ASCII codes in an ASCII code table, and have a one-to-one mapping relationship.
When the change-over switch 1 is turned off, the embedded controller module does not work, the multifunctional mouse is not different from a common mouse, and the left button 3, the right button 4 and the roller 12 are all normally used. When the change-over switch 1 is turned on, the embedded controller module starts to work after receiving an on-working signal of the change-over switch 1, feeds the on-working signal back to the control main board, and starts a second output mode.
In the second output mode, the cursor movement function and the roller 12 function of the multifunctional mouse are temporarily disabled, the ASCII code corresponding to the first left key value is modified into the ASCII code corresponding to the second left key value, and a mapping relationship is established between the second left key value and the corresponding ASCII code thereof, so that the left key 3 externally outputs the second left key value. And modifying the ASCII code corresponding to the first right key value into the ASCII code corresponding to the second right key value, so that a mapping relation is established between the second right key value and the corresponding ASCII code, and the right key 4 externally outputs the second right key value.
It is specifically noted that each of the keys ("a", "B", etc.) on the commonly used keypad, or the combination keys ("|", ". In order to make the multifunctional mouse achieve the purpose of simulating a keyboard, the ASCII code corresponding to the second left key value is selected from ASCII codes corresponding to a certain key on the keyboard, the ASCII code corresponding to the second right key value is selected from ASCII codes corresponding to another key on the keyboard, for example, the original corresponding ASCII code of the left key 3 is 1, the original corresponding ASCII code of the right key 4 is 2, the decimal code of the "Enter" on the keyboard is 13, the decimal ASCII code of the "Esc" is 27, after the embedded controller module is activated, the original corresponding ASCII code value of the left key 3 is changed from 1 to 13, the original corresponding ASCII code value of the right key 4 is changed from 2 to 27, after the output mode is switched, the left key 3 will establish a mapping relationship with the new ASCII code value, which is equivalent to "Enter", the right key 4 establishes a mapping relationship with the new ASCII code value, corresponding to "Esc".
As shown in fig. 1, in an embodiment, the multifunctional mouse further includes a side key disposed on the mouse body 2, and when the multifunctional mouse with the PS/2 interface 11 is in the first output mode, the side key is not output outwards, and when the multifunctional mouse is switched to the second output mode, the side key outputs a second side key value outwards.
For the multifunctional mouse with the PS/2 interface 11, when the switch 1 is turned off, the multifunctional mouse is not different from a normal mouse, the left button 3, the right button 4 and the roller 12 are normally used, and the side button has no function, that is, the side button is not output to the outside. When the change-over switch 1 is turned on, the embedded controller module is started, the side key without the function is endowed with a new key value, a second side key value is output outwards, and the output mode of the multifunctional mouse is changed.
In an embodiment, the multifunctional mouse further includes a side key disposed on the mouse body 2, and the side key outputs a first side key value to the outside in the first output mode, and outputs a second side key value to the outside in the second output mode of the multifunctional mouse with the USB interface 10.
With respect to the multifunction mouse of the USB interface 10, the mouse of the USB interface 10 is different from the mouse of the PS/2 interface 11 in that whether a dedicated driver is installed can be selected according to a user's requirement, and the mouse of the PS/2 interface 11 can be used without a driver. When the change-over switch 1 is switched on, the embedded controller module works, the multifunctional mouse outputs a second output mode to the outside, the left key 3, the right key 4 and the side keys are endowed with new key values, and the mode of the mouse outputting to the outside can be switched through the change-over switch 1, so that the functions of the mouse are increased.
In the first output mode, when the switch 1 is turned off and no dedicated driver is installed, the multifunctional mouse is equivalent to a normal mouse, the left button 3 and the right button 4 are normally used, and the side button externally outputs some inherent simple functions, such as forward or backward movement in a browser. When the change-over switch 1 is closed and the special drive is installed, the special drive can be used for giving special key values to the side keys to meet the requirements of users, such as fast forward and fast backward of video playing, and the functions of the mouse are increased to enable the mouse to become a high-end multifunctional mouse.
When the change-over switch 1 is turned on, the embedded controller module works in the second output mode to assign a new key value to the side key, so that a mapping relation between the second side key value and the corresponding ASCII code can be established, and the mouse can be used as a miniature keyboard.
As shown in fig. 1, in an embodiment, the side keys include a first side key 5, a second side key 6, a third side key 7 and a fourth side key 8, the first side key 5 and the second side key 6 are disposed on a side of the mouse body 2 close to the left key 3, and the third side key 7 and the fourth side key 8 are disposed on a side of the mouse body 2 close to the right key 4. In the second output mode, the first side key 5, the second side key 6, the third side key 7, and the fourth side key 8 each output mutually different second side key values to the outside.
As shown in fig. 2, in an embodiment, for the multifunctional mouse with the PS/2 interface 11, when the switch 1 is turned off, none of the first side key 5, the second side key 6, the third side key 7, and the fourth side key 8 has any function, and is not output to the outside. When the change-over switch 1 is turned on, the embedded controller module is enabled to give a special key value to the first side key 5, the second side key 6, the third side key 7 and the fourth side key 8, for example, by querying an ASCII code table, it can be known that:
the decimal ASCII code corresponding to "←" is 37;
the decimal ASCII code corresponding to "meshed" is 38;
"→" corresponding decimal ASCII code of 39;
"↓" corresponds to decimal ASCII code of 40.
When the embedded controller module is enabled, the output mode is switched, and the first side key 5, the second side key 6, the third side key 7 and the fourth side key 8 establish a mapping relationship with a new ASCII code value. The ASCII code assigned to the first side key 5 that was not originally functional is 38, and "↓" is output to the outside. The originally non-functional second side key 6 is given an ASCII code of 40, and "↓" is output to the outside. The ASCII code assigned to the previously nonfunctional third side key 7 is 37, and "←" is output to the outside. The originally nonfunctional fourth side key 8 is given an ASCII code of 39 and outputs "→" to the outside.
In an embodiment, when the USB interface 10 is connected to a computer, in the first output mode, a user may select whether to install a dedicated driver for enabling the side key to output the first side key value externally. When the change-over switch is turned on to switch to the second output mode, the special drive is shielded, and the side keys externally output second side key values.
As shown in fig. 3, in an embodiment, for the multifunctional mouse with the USB interface 10, the switch 1 is turned off, in the first output mode, when the user does not install the dedicated driver, the multifunctional mouse is equivalent to a normal mouse, the left key 3 and the right key 4 are normally used, and the side keys are solidified by default to have some simple functions, for example, the outward output functions of the first side key 5 and the second side key 6 are forward and backward in the browser, and there are corresponding keyboard combination keys for forward and backward. Clicking the side key means that the side key is used for transmitting a key value to the computer system in a mode of simulating a combined key, and the browser receives the key value and considers that the user presses the group of combined keys, so that forward and backward operations are performed.
The third side key 7 and the fourth side key 8 are used for adjusting the mouse DPI to be high and low, and it should be noted that the adjustment of the mouse DPI is completed inside the mouse, and does not involve a key value externally transmitted to an operating system. Similarly, other key values may be set for the third side key 7 and the fourth side key 8, so that the key value externally output in the first output mode corresponds to a certain key on the keyboard.
The switch 1 is turned off, and in the first output mode, when a user installs a dedicated driver, the dedicated driver can be used to customize some special functions for the first side key 5, the second side key 6, the third side key 7 and the fourth side key 8 on the mouse. The side keys are mapped with key values by using the special drive to meet some special requirements of users, so that the side keys have different functions from the functions when the special drive is not installed. For example, playing video in the browser can set the first side key 5 and the second side key 6 to fast forward ">" and fast backward "< >. The third side key 7 and the fourth side key 8 can be set to control the volume to be increased or decreased, so that good experience is brought to the user.
When the change-over switch 1 is turned on, the embedded controller module is enabled, and when a user does not install a dedicated driver, special key values are given to the first side key 5, the second side key 6, the third side key 7 and the fourth side key 8, and "↓", "←", "→" are output outwards respectively, so that the multifunctional mouse is equivalent to a miniature analog keyboard.
When a user installs a special driver, in order to avoid conflict between the embedded controller module and the special driver, the special driver can be automatically shielded, and the embedded controller module becomes a micro keyboard with only special keys for the user to use.
Through the utility model provides a multi-functional mouse can be very big convenience of customers operate at the BIOS interface. When the computer system has a problem and needs to be reinstalled, or when the first startup item is changed, the operation needs to be carried out in the BIOS. For a typical reloading system, a boot disk, a mirror disk, a USB keyboard and a USB mouse are required. Four USB interfaces are needed, some computer motherboards do not have so many USB interfaces, and some extreme cases (some USB interfaces are damaged and cannot be used, and the volume of the USB disk is too large, so that the USB interfaces adjacent to the USB interfaces do not have enough space to access other USB devices) cause the shortage of USB interfaces. And in BIOS interface, only need "←" → "↓" "Enter" "Esc", utilize the utility model discloses a multi-functional output mouse change over switch 1 can reach and only use a USB interface, if multi-functional output mouse inserts the PS/2 mouth can accomplish even not to use the USB interface, very big saving the resource of USB interface. The general BIOS interface can be operated only by a keyboard, and some BIOS interfaces can be used only by matching a mouse and the keyboard. This undoubtedly increases the burden of the number of USB interfaces, and the output mode is switched by the switch 1 of the multifunctional mouse, so that the mouse and the micro keyboard can be switched, and the user's demand can be satisfied without depending on the USB interface (using the PS/2 interface 11).
The utility model discloses a multi-functional mouse compares in ordinary mouse, sets up the side key at the side, add on the control mainboard embedded controller module does not influence user's use and experiences. The special driver can be installed under the computer system to define macros for the side keys so as to improve user experience, and the drivers can be used for emergency immediately in case of emergency such as computer reinstallation and unavailable USB interface, so that other devices do not need to be purchased additionally, and money, time and labor are saved.
The above description is only exemplary of the present invention and should not be taken as limiting the scope of the present invention, as any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like made within the spirit and principles of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
