When the bleeding is excessive, even the condition that the blood flows back to the surface skin of the patient occurs, so that the patient is more easily infected and uncomfortable.
The world health organization reports that maternal and maternal deaths worldwide greater than 1/4 result from postpartum hemorrhage. Especially in developing countries, postpartum hemorrhage is the first cause of death among pregnant and lying-in women. By preventing and reducing the occurrence of postpartum hemorrhage and identifying the postpartum hemorrhage in time, properly treating the postpartum hemorrhage is the key point for reducing the occurrence of death and other complications of pregnant and lying-in women caused by the postpartum hemorrhage. Of which early identification of postpartum hemorrhage is particularly important.
Particularly, when the condition of heavy bleeding and the like occurs, the secretion leaks, so that the midwife cannot accurately calculate the amount of bleeding during the parturition, various researches at home and abroad at present find that the amount of the bleeding after the parturient is measured is 30% -50% lower than the actual amount of the bleeding after the parturient, and the identification of the bleeding after the parturient is delayed due to the underestimation of the amount of the bleeding after the parturient, so that the poor outcome of the parturient is caused. The underestimation of postpartum hemorrhage is mostly caused by the underestimation of the postpartum hemorrhage, so that the accurate measurement of the postpartum hemorrhage of the pregnant and lying-in women during the vaginal delivery becomes crucial.

Example two:
the delivery device provided by the embodiment comprises an operating table and the medical liquid collecting device in any one of the previous embodiments, wherein the medical liquid collecting device is laid on the operating table.
Since the childbirth device provided by this embodiment includes any one of the medical fluid collection devices described above, the technical effect of any one of the medical fluid collection devices described above is achieved, and details are not described here.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; for example:
in one embodiment, the bag body is substantially rectangular, so that the lower two corners of the rectangle in the figures may be protrusions, and indeed, other shapes are possible, such as pentagons, so that there may be three protrusions for holding liquid, one protrusion for holding amniotic fluid, and two protrusions for holding blood.
In the first embodiment, the corner of the rectangular bag body may be a sharp corner, and actually, the protrusion may be a circular arc protruding outward, or an elliptical arc, or any other arc, and as long as the protrusion protrudes outward, a space capable of containing liquid and being isolated by the sealing device may be formed.
In the first embodiment, the sealing is performed by using a sealing clip, and actually, other sealing means may be used, for example, a draw string may be used to fasten the bag body of the protrusion portion to prevent the liquid from flowing. Alternatively, the space in the protrusion may be separated from the other part of the space in the bag body by snap-fitting the seal fastener, and the prevention of the flow of the liquid may be realized. Or the bag body is clamped from the outer side of the protruding part in a magnetic suction mode, so that the liquid can be prevented from flowing.
In the first embodiment, the volume of the liquid in the corresponding liquid storage space is known by using a volume measurement method, and actually, the weight of the liquid can be measured by using a weight measurement method, and the volume of the liquid can be converted according to the density. Specifically, the protrusion containing a certain liquid and the protrusion without containing the liquid and having the sealing clip can be placed on a weight weighing device, such as an electronic scale, and the two are subtracted to obtain the weight of the corresponding liquid.
In the first embodiment, the seal clip may be provided only at the root of the first protrusion outside the first liquid storage space for collecting and storing amniotic fluid, which serves to prevent the amniotic fluid from being mixed into the second liquid to store the blood of the control and to prevent the blood in the first liquid storage space from flowing into the second liquid storage space, and the seal clip may be provided at the root of the second protrusion outside the second liquid storage space for collecting and storing the blood.
In the first embodiment, the graduation marks are distributed from the end part to the end part of the protruding part, i.e. the small-scale end of the graduation marks faces the end part of the protruding part, and in fact, the graduation marks can also be distributed along the direction perpendicular to the sealing device, i.e. part of the graduation marks extend along the corner part to the middle part of the rectangular bag body. In this case, if the measurement is to be made, it is necessary to have the sealing means in a vertical plane, which cannot be achieved directly by folding down the corners of the bag body, although not as efficiently as the structure of the first embodiment, but which can also achieve the basic function of the measurement.
In the first embodiment, the edge of the first booklet of the pouch body connected to the hole towel is located at the opposite side of the protrusion, and in fact, may be located at the adjacent side of one protrusion or two protrusions, but in this case, the protrusion is associated with the hole towel, which is not beneficial for the protrusion to collect the liquid, and the hole towel needs to be made of a material larger so that the protrusion of the pouch body can hang down to collect the liquid.
In the first embodiment, the aseptic hole towel is formed by compounding the non-woven fabric material serving as the permeable layer, the moisture absorption layer serving as the paper towel and the paper simulating film serving as the isolation layer, and actually, only the permeable layer and the isolation layer can be selected for compounding.
Such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
