Portable beverage containers containing fillers such as tea, scented tea, coffee, dried lemons, tea powder, coffee powder, probiotic powder, cocoa powder, and the like are widely popular. However, there is a problem in that the decoration of the outer surface of the container is easily damaged when the container is filled with the filler and sealed, resulting in a relatively unattractive appearance of the container.

The container disclosed in the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. Advantages and features of the present invention will become apparent from the following detailed description and claims. It is noted that the drawings are in greatly simplified form and employ non-precise ratios for the purposes of facilitating and distinctly facilitating the description of the embodiments of the present invention.
Reference is made to fig. 1 and 2, which show perspective and cross-sectional views, respectively, of a vessel according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. Referring to fig. 2, in particular, the top cover 1 is provided at its upper surface with a first annular wall 11 extending upward. The first annular wall 11 may be used as a gripping point to facilitate the user's picking up of the cap 1. The outer surface of the outer sleeve 2 is provided at its bottom with a second annular wall 21 extending downwardly. An annular recess 31 is provided in the upper surface of the shoe 3 to accommodate the second annular wall 21. Wherein the first annular wall 11 and the second annular wall 21 are configured to be detachably connected into the annular recess 31, respectively, for example snap-in into the annular recess 31 via a matching pair of protrusions. In use, the user may, for example, align the second annular wall 21 of the outer sleeve 2 with the annular recess 31 in the shoe 3, apply opposing forces to the outer sleeve 2 and the shoe 3 to snap the second annular wall 21 into the annular recess 31, and apply opposing forces to the outer sleeve 2 and the shoe 3 respectively to disengage the second annular wall 21 from the annular recess 31. Referring first to fig. 3C, the engagement of the second annular wall 21 with the annular recess 31 is shown. The outer surface of the second annular wall 21 is provided with a second protrusion 211, and the inner surface of the annular recess 31 is provided with a third protrusion 311. The second protrusion 211 mates with the third protrusion 311 to snap the first and second annular walls 11, 21 into the annular recess 31. The second protrusion 211 may be continuously or discontinuously disposed around the outer surface of the second annular wall 21. The third protrusions 311 may be continuously or discontinuously disposed around the inner surface of the annular recess 31. In use, a user, after aligning the second annular wall 21 and the annular recess 31, may press the outer cup 2 downwardly so that the second protrusion 211 contacts the third protrusion 311 first; then, the second protrusion 211 and the third protrusion 311 contract and expand (due to their elasticity) under pressure therebetween; when the degree of contraction and expansion exceeds a certain degree, the second protrusion 211 is shifted into a position below the third protrusion 311, thereby snapping the second annular wall 21 into the annular recess 31. The second annular wall 21 can also be disengaged from the annular recess 31 when required.
Similarly, the first annular wall 11 may be provided with a first protrusion in its outer surface. The first protrusion may be identical or at least partially similar to the second protrusion 211, such that the top cover 1 may snap the first annular wall 21 into the annular recess 31 via the first protrusion cooperating with the third protrusion 311. Still further, the first annular wall 11 is identical or at least partially similar to the second annular wall 21.
It should be understood that: the first protrusions may be arranged continuously or discontinuously around the outer surface of the first annular wall 11; the second protrusions 211 may be arranged continuously or discontinuously around the outer surface of the second annular wall 21; the third protrusions 311 may be continuously or discontinuously disposed around the inner surface of the annular recess 31. The cross-section of the first protrusion, the second protrusion 211 and the third protrusion 311 may be semicircular, semi-elliptical or any other suitable curved shape.
Furthermore, according to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the bottom of the outer surface of the shoe 3 is provided with a third annular wall 32 extending downwards, as shown in fig. 2. A fourth protrusion is provided in the third annular wall 32. The first and second protrusions 211 mate with the fourth protrusions to snap the first and second annular walls 11, 21 into the third annular wall 32. In other words, the recess 321 defined by the third annular wall 32 may be identical or at least partially similar to the annular recess 31, and both mirror images of each other, such that the first and second annular walls 11, 21 may snap into the annular recess 31 and the third annular wall 32 in the same manner. Fig. 4A and 4C show a variant of the snap-fitting of the first annular wall 11 and of the second annular wall 21 into the third annular wall 32, respectively.
Referring then to fig. 3A, in some embodiments according to the present disclosure, the edge of the top cover 1 is provided with a downwardly extending annular depending rim 12. The rim of the inner container 4 is provided with an (preferably horizontally extending) annular flange 41. The annular flange 12 and the annular flange 41 are provided with matching fifth 121 and sixth 411 projections, respectively, to snap the top cover 1 to the inner container 4. The mutual matching of the fifth protrusion 121 and the sixth protrusion 411 may be similar to the mutual matching of the second protrusion 211 and the third protrusion 311.
Referring then to fig. 3B, in some embodiments according to the present disclosure, the outer surface of the liner 4 is provided with seventh protrusions 42. The inner surface of the outer sleeve 2 is provided with an eighth protrusion 22. The seventh and eighth projections 42, 22 mate to snap the inner bladder 4 into the interior of the outer cup 2. The mating of the seventh protrusion 42 and the eighth protrusion 22 may be similar to the mating of the second protrusion 211 and the third protrusion 311.
In some embodiments according to the present disclosure, the opening of the inner container 4 may also be covered with a sealing film (not shown). The sealing film may be used to seal the filler in the inner container 4, such as tea leaves, scented tablets, and the like. The sealing film may also be provided with a tab to facilitate tearing of the sealing film by a user.
According to the container of the embodiment of the disclosure, various operations such as splicing and deformation can be performed by a user. For example, in addition to the first variant in the upright position shown in fig. 2, fig. 4A shows a second variant of the container in which the mounting 3 is reversed, the second annular wall 21 of the outer sleeve 2 snapping into the third annular wall 32 of the mounting 3; fig. 4B shows a third variant of the container, in which the cap 1, the outer cup 2, and the inner container 4 are placed upside down on the base 3, the first annular wall 11 of the cap 1 snapping into the annular recess 31 of the base 3; fig. 4C shows a third variant of the container, in which the shoe 3 is reversed, the first annular wall 11 of the cap 1 snapping into the third annular wall 32 of the shoe 3.
