In some embodiments, see fig. 1 and 2, the upper part of the neck main body part 1 is a C-shaped part 1.1, and the lower part is a guard plate part 1.2; the C-shaped portion is adapted to encircle the neck of the user (around the rear and left and right sides of the neck), and the skirt portion 1.2 extends downwardly below the neck. Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in use, the C-shaped part 1.1 surrounds the neck of the user and does not block the front side of the neck, so that the neck of the user can swing more flexibly; the plate protecting part 1.2 extends downwards to the back, and can further protect the vertebra below the neck; wherein, the protection plate part 1.2 is internally provided with a puncture-proof layer (refer to the puncture-proof layer 4) and/or a protection plate, and the protection plate can be a metal plate or a plastic plate.

In the present embodiment, the first zipper part 2.1 is disposed inside the C-shaped part 1.1, and two connecting bands 2.2 are disposed at both ends of the C-shaped part 1.1, respectively, as shown in fig. 1. When in use, the first zipper part 2.1 is connected with the back side of the collar of the police protection shawl, and the connecting belt 2.2 is connected with the front side of the police protection shawl, so that the police anti-riot neck protector 100 and the police protection shawl 200 can be reliably connected and fixed.

Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the present invention further provides a protective shawl for police, which comprises a shawl 200 and sleeve parts 300 disposed at two sides of the lower part of the shawl 200; the shawl 200 is provided with a second connecting structure for connecting with the above-mentioned police anti-riot neck protector 100 (specifically, connecting with the first connecting structure 2).

For the case that the first connecting structure 2 comprises a first zipper part 2.1, the second connecting structure comprises a second zipper part 400 adapted to the first zipper part 2.1, as shown in fig. 3; in case the first connection structure 2 comprises a connection band 2.2, the second connection structure comprises a connection ring (not shown in the figures) for connection with the connection band 2.2. In some embodiments, the cape 200 is provided with a collar 201, the second zipper portion 201 being provided on a rear side of the collar, and the attachment ring being provided on a front side of the cape 200.

In some preferred embodiments, see fig. 3 and 4, cape 200 comprises a front sheet 202 covering the front chest, a rear sheet 203 covering the back, and two shoulder sheets 204 respectively covering the two shoulders; the sleeve barrel 300 is arranged below the shoulder piece 204; elastic cloth 205 is connected between the shoulder piece 204 and the front piece 202 and between the shoulder piece 204 and the back piece 203. The elastic cloth 205 is arranged at the position, so that the resistance of the shawl 200 to the shoulder joint can be reduced, and the shoulder joint of the wearer can move more flexibly.

In some preferred embodiments, the neck collar 201, the front panel 202, the rear panel 203, the shoulder panels 204 and the sleeve part 300 are made of a flame retardant and cut resistant fabric such as, but not limited to, a fabric made of aramid fibers.

Further, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, a shoulder guard 500 is disposed at each of two shoulder positions of the cape 200. The shoulder guard 500 may be a plastic shoulder guard or a metal shoulder guard. The shoulder can be protected more effectively by providing the shoulder guard 500, and a better effect can be obtained when the wearer attacks a criminal in a manner of shoulder collision.

In some embodiments, the police protection shawl further comprises two shoulder straps 600, wherein the shoulder straps 600 are respectively arranged on two sides of the neckline of the shawl 200; one end of the shoulder-protecting band 600 is fixed to the rear of the cape 200 and the other end is wound around the front of the cape 200 from between the shoulder-protecting cover 500 and the neckline. In practice, in order to ensure the flexibility of the shoulder joint movement, the shoulder guard 500 does not cross over the shoulder joint, and at this time, the protection at the position between the shoulder guard 500 and the neckline is relatively weak, and the protection at this position can be enhanced by providing the shoulder guard band 600. The shoulder straps 600 may include a stab-resistant layer (refer to the stab-resistant layer 4 mentioned above), and may further include a cushion layer disposed inside the stab-resistant layer.

In this embodiment, referring to fig. 3, a cut 301 is provided on the sleeve portion 300, the cut 301 cuts the sleeve portion 300 along the entire length direction, and both sides of the cut 301 are connected by a hook and loop fastener 302. the police antiriot neck protector 100 comprises a neck protector main body part 1 for surrounding the neck of a user; the neck guard main body part 1 includes a cushion layer 3 and a puncture-proof layer 4 (refer to fig. 1 and 2) provided outside the cushion layer 3.

The police protection shawl comprises a shawl 200 and sleeve parts 300 arranged on two sides of the lower part of the shawl 200.

In some embodiments, the police capes are fixedly attached to the police rib 100.

In some embodiments, the police capes are removably attached to the police rib 100. For example, the police shawl may be the same as the police shawl, and the police anti-riot neck protector 100 may be the same as the police anti-riot neck protector 100.

In some preferred embodiments, the police capes are the police capes described above, and the police anti-riot neck protectors 100 are the police anti-riot necks described above.

According to the police anti-riot neck protector, the protective shawl and the anti-riot suit, the neck can be prevented from being punctured and cut through the anti-puncturing layer in the police anti-riot neck protector, the impact resistance can be improved through the buffer layer, the neck of a wearer can be effectively protected, and when the police anti-riot neck protector is matched with the protective shawl, the police anti-riot neck protector, the protective shawl and the anti-riot suit are light and flexible, and the flexibility of body movement of the wearer is not influenced; compared with the prior art, the police anti-riot neck protector, the protective shawl and the anti-riot suit can effectively protect the neck of a wearer, and are simpler in structure, more portable and more flexible.

Claims

1. An anti-riot neck guard for police is characterized by comprising a neck guard main body part and a first connecting structure, wherein the neck guard main body part is used for surrounding the neck of a user, and the first connecting structure is used for being connected with a protective shawl for police; the neck protection main body part comprises a buffer layer and a puncture-proof layer arranged on the outer side of the buffer layer;

the upper part of the neck protection main body part is a C-shaped part, and the lower part of the neck protection main body part is a guard plate part; the C-shaped portion is used for surrounding the rear side and the left and right sides of the neck of the user, and the protection plate portion extends downwards to the back.

2. A police rib according to claim 1 wherein the puncture resistant layer comprises a layer of high strength fibre and/or stainless steel wire.

3. A police antiriot neck guard according to claim 1, wherein the neck guard body further comprises an outer layer of fabric, the cushioning layer and the stab-resistant layer being disposed within the outer layer of fabric.

4. A police riot neck protector according to claim 1 wherein the first attachment structure comprises a first zip fastener portion for attachment to the police protection cape zip fastener.

5. The police anti-riot neck protector of claim 4, characterized in that the first connecting structure further comprises a plurality of connecting bands, one end of each connecting band is fixedly connected with the neck protector main body part, and the other end of each connecting band is detachably connected with the police protection shawl.

6. A protective shawl for police is characterized by comprising a shawl and sleeve parts arranged on two sides of the lower part of the shawl; the shawl is provided with a second connecting structure for connecting with the police anti-riot neck protector as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5;

two shoulder parts of the shawl are respectively provided with a shoulder protecting shell.

The police protective shawl of claim 6, wherein the shawl comprises a front panel for covering the chest, a back panel for covering the back, and two shoulder panels for covering the shoulders; the sleeve barrel part is arranged at the lower part of the shoulder piece; elastic fabrics are connected between the shoulder pieces and the front piece and between the shoulder pieces and the rear piece.

The police protective shawl of claim 6, further comprising two shoulder straps, wherein the shoulder straps are respectively disposed on two sides of a neckline of the shawl; one end of the shoulder protecting strap is fixed at the back part of the shawl, and the other end of the shoulder protecting strap is wound to the front part of the shawl from the space between the shoulder protecting shell and the neckline.

A police antiriot suit is characterized by comprising a police protective shawl and a police antiriot neck guard arranged at the neckline of the police protective shawl; the police antiriot neck protector comprises a neck protection main body part for surrounding the neck of a user; the neck protection main body part comprises a buffer layer and a puncture-proof layer arranged on the outer side of the buffer layer; the police protection shawl is the police protection shawl in any one of claims 6 to 8.
