As a preferred embodiment, the present embodiment further includes a relay for controlling electrical equipment to be electrically connected to the mains input terminal, and the output terminal of the processing module is connected to the relay. If the processing module determines that the grounding connection line in the plug connection line of the electrical equipment is not reliably grounded, it is proved that the user cannot know in time when the electrical equipment has a leakage condition in the operation process, so that the probability of the occurrence of the contact of the user is very high.
