The bolt 322 is rotated to position the bolt 322 in the through groove, and the nut 323 is tightened to fix the second clamp plate 324 to the first clamp plate 321. Referring to fig. 2, the first clamping plate 321 and the second clamping plate 324 are both arranged in a semicircular arc shape, the first clamping plate 321 and the second clamping plate 324 are spliced to form a circular pipe clamp, and the first clamping plate 321 and the second clamping plate 324 can clamp and fix the handle 7 conveniently, so that the testing device can be used conveniently.
