1) The mixed air working condition mode comprises the following steps: when the outdoor temperature is lower than a first set temperature value, the air mixing working condition mode is started, in the mode, the electric multi-blade air volume adjusting valve 12 and the air return valve are opened, the air inlet valve, the circulating water supply system and the compression refrigeration loop are closed, the exhaust fan 16 is started, outdoor fresh air enters the cooling air channel after passing through the evaporation case 6 and the fresh air pipeline 11, indoor air forms air flow at the air return opening 5 and enters the cooling air channel, indoor air flow and outdoor fresh air are mixed in the cooling air channel to form mixed air, the mixed air is discharged out of the indoor case 1 from the air outlet and enters the air distribution cavity 15, and finally enters the indoor from the air distribution holes in the air distribution box 14, so that the indoor environment is cooled. Under this mode, avoided outdoor new trend because the temperature is too low and lead to the condition of getting into indoor back dewfall.
2) Dry mode: when the outdoor temperature is higher than the first set temperature value and lower than the second set temperature value, the dry working mode is started, in this mode, the electric multi-blade air volume adjusting valve 12 is opened, the air inlet valve, the air return valve, the circulating water supply system and the compression refrigeration loop are closed, the exhaust fan 16 is started, outdoor fresh air enters the cooling air duct after passing through the evaporation case 6 and the fresh air duct 11, then enters the air distribution chamber 15 after being discharged out of the indoor case 1 from the air outlet, and finally enters the indoor from the air distribution holes in the air distribution case 14, so that the indoor environment is cooled. In the mode, the outdoor temperature is lower than the indoor temperature, and the indoor environment can be cooled by outdoor fresh air directly.
3) Wet condition mode: when the outdoor temperature is higher than the second set temperature value and lower than the third set temperature value, the wet working condition mode is started, in this mode, the electric multi-blade air volume adjusting valve 12 and the circulating water supply system are opened, the air inlet valve, the air return valve and the compression refrigeration loop are closed, the exhaust fan 16 is started, the circulating water supply system supplies water to the sprayer 7, the sprayer 7 sprays water to the wet film 8, outdoor fresh air enters the evaporator case 6 from a fresh air inlet on the evaporator case 6, is cooled when passing through the wet film 8, enters the cooling air duct after passing through a fresh air outlet and the fresh air duct 11, enters the air distribution chamber 15 after being discharged out of the indoor case 1 from the air outlet, and finally enters the room from the air distribution holes on the air distribution case 14, so that the indoor environment is cooled. In this mode, the outdoor temperature is generally higher than the indoor temperature or almost equal to the indoor temperature, and the outdoor fresh air is firstly cooled and then sent into the room to cool the indoor environment.
4) Wet + DX mode: when the outdoor temperature is higher than a third set temperature value and lower than a fourth set temperature value, the wet film 8 is only used for direct evaporative cooling and cooling, and the cold energy required by the indoor is not enough provided, a wet working condition + DX working condition mode is started, in the mode, the electric multi-blade air volume adjusting valve 12, the circulating water supply system, the air inlet valve and the compression refrigeration loop are opened, the air return valve is closed, the exhaust fan 16 is started, the circulating water supply system supplies water to the sprayer 7, the sprayer 7 sprays water to the wet film 8, outdoor fresh air enters the evaporator case 6 from a fresh air inlet on the evaporator case 6, the temperature is reduced when the outdoor fresh air passes through the wet film 8, then enters the cooling air channel after passing through a fresh air outlet and a fresh air pipeline 11, then enters the air distribution cavity 15 after being discharged out of the indoor case 1 from an air outlet, and finally enters the indoor from air distribution holes on the air; meanwhile, indoor air forms an air flow at the air inlet 4 of the indoor case 1 to enter the cooling air duct, the air flow is cooled when passing through the evaporator 3, the cooled air flow is discharged out of the indoor case 1 from the air outlet and then enters the air distribution cavity 15, and finally enters the indoor from the air distribution holes in the air distribution box 14, so that the indoor environment is cooled.
5) DX operating mode: when the outdoor temperature is higher than the fourth set temperature value, the direct evaporative cooling effect of the wet film 8 is not obvious, and then the DX working mode is started, in the DX working mode, the air inlet valve and the compression refrigeration loop are opened, the electric multi-blade air volume adjusting valve 12, the air return valve and the circulating water supply system are closed, the exhaust fan 16 is started, indoor air forms air flow at the air inlet 4 of the indoor case 1 and enters the cooling air channel, the air flow is cooled when passing through the evaporator 3, the cooled air flow is discharged out of the indoor case 1 from the air outlet and enters the air distribution cavity 15, and finally enters the indoor from the air distribution holes on the air distribution box 14, so that the indoor environment is cooled.
When the multi-working-condition cooling system is used, a proper working mode can be selected according to the actual outdoor temperature, so that the energy consumption is reduced as far as possible on the basis of ensuring the indoor cooling.
In the above embodiment, the evaporation refrigerator cools the fresh air through the wet film, the sprayer and the circulating water supply system. In other embodiments, the evaporative cooler may have other structures, such as: the evaporative refrigerator comprises an evaporative case, wherein an air cavity is arranged at the upper part of the evaporative case, an air outlet is arranged at the upper side of the air cavity, an exhaust fan is arranged in the air cavity, a plurality of air pipes extending up and down are also arranged in the evaporative case, the upper ends of the air pipes extend into the air cavity, and the lower ends of the air pipes extend to the outer side of the evaporative case; the evaporator case is also internally provided with a sprayer, a water tank, a water supply pipe and a water pump, the sprayer is arranged in the air cavity, one end of the water supply pipe is connected with the water tank, the other end of the water supply pipe is connected with the sprayer, the water pump is connected in the water supply pipe in series, the water pump can convey water in the water tank into the sprayer when working, the sprayer is respectively provided with at least one nozzle corresponding to the upper port of each air pipe, so that water can be sprayed into each air pipe, when the exhaust fan works, the air flow in the air pipes can be contacted with the water sprayed out by the sprayer, so that cooling is realized, and the cooling of the air flow in the air pipes is also realized; the evaporator case is also provided with a fresh air inlet and a fresh air outlet, the fresh air inlet is arranged on the side wall of the evaporator case, which is back to the wall, the fresh air outlet is arranged on the side wall of the evaporator case, which faces the wall, the fresh air enters the evaporator case from the fresh air inlet and then passes through each air pipe and exchanges heat with the air flow in the air pipe, so that cooling is realized, and the cooled fresh air is discharged out of the evaporator case from the fresh air outlet and finally enters a cooling channel.
In the above embodiment, the indoor machine case is provided with the air return opening, and when the multi-condition cooling system is in the air mixing condition mode, the air return opening supplies indoor air to enter the cooling air duct to be mixed with fresh air. In other embodiments, the indoor chassis may not be provided with an air return opening, and when the air mixing working condition mode is started, the air inlet valve is opened, so that indoor air enters the cooling air duct through the air inlet, and the indoor chassis can be used as well.
In the above embodiment, the fresh air inlet is circular, the fresh air pipeline is of a circular pipe structure, and the diameter of the fresh air inlet is larger than the inner diameter of the fresh air pipeline. In other embodiments, the diameter of the fresh air inlet can be equal to or smaller than the inner diameter of the fresh air pipeline, and the fresh air inlet can also be used; of course, the fresh air inlet may have other shapes such as square, oval, triangular, etc., and the fresh air duct may have other shapes such as square tube, triangular prism tube, etc., which may be used.
In the above embodiment, the fresh air inlet is provided with the insect-proof net and the filter screen. In other embodiments, only the filter screen or only the insect-proof net may be installed, or the filter screen and the insect-proof net may not be provided, and the same may be used.
In the above embodiment, the evaporator is a V-type evaporator. In other embodiments, the evaporator may have other shapes, such as square, and may be used as well.
In the above embodiment, the circulating water supply system includes the water collecting tank, the water supply pipe and the water pump, the water collecting tank is disposed in the evaporation case, the water collecting tank is used for collecting water falling from the wet film, the water supply pipe is connected with the water collecting tank and the sprayer, the water pump is connected in series in the water supply pipe to provide power for the circulating water supply system, and the circulating water supply system can send water in the water collecting tank into the sprayer so that the sprayer sprays water to the wet film. In other embodiments, the circulating water supply system may also be in other structural forms, such as may include a water storage tank, a water supply pipe, a water return pipe, a water supply pump and a water return pump, one end of the water return pipe is connected to the water collection tank, the other end is connected to the water storage tank, one end of the water supply pipe is connected to the shower, the other end is connected to the water storage tank, the water supply pump is connected in series to the water supply pipe, the water return pump is connected in series to the water return pipe, the water in the water collection tank can be taken into the water storage tank when the water return pump works, the water in the water storage tank can be sent into the shower when the water supply pump works, and the water that falls after passing through; in addition, a water depth sensing device can be further installed in the water collecting tank, when the water depth reaches a set depth, the water return pump works, and the water return pump does not work in other time, so that the energy consumption can be reduced.
In the above embodiment, the fire damper is connected in series in the fresh air pipeline. In other embodiments, the fire damper may not be connected in series in the fresh air duct, and the same can be used.

an air conditioner outdoor unit;
the indoor unit of the air conditioner comprises an indoor machine case and an evaporator, wherein an air inlet and an air outlet are formed in the indoor machine case, a cooling air channel is formed in the indoor machine case, one end of the cooling air channel is connected with the air inlet, the other end of the cooling air channel is connected with the air outlet, the evaporator is located in the cooling air channel, and an air inlet valve is arranged at the air inlet;
the evaporation refrigerator is cooled by an air cooling principle and comprises a fresh air inlet and a fresh air outlet, the fresh air outlet is communicated with a cooling air channel at the downstream of the evaporator, and a fresh air regulating valve is connected between the fresh air outlet and the cooling air channel in series.
2. The multi-operating-condition cooling system according to claim 1, wherein the evaporative refrigerator further comprises an evaporator case, a wet film, a sprayer and a circulating water supply system, the wet film and the sprayer are installed in the evaporator case, the sprayer is arranged above the wet film to spray water to the wet film, the circulating water supply system is used for supplying water to the sprayer and collecting water falling after passing through the wet film, and the fresh air inlet and the fresh air outlet are arranged on the evaporator case and located on two opposite sides of the wet film.
3. The multi-operating-condition cooling system as claimed in claim 2, wherein the circulating water supply system comprises a water collecting tank, a water supply pipe and a water pump, the water collecting tank is arranged in the evaporator case and is located below the wet film, one end of the water supply pipe is connected with the water collecting tank, the other end of the water supply pipe is connected with the sprayer, and the water pump is connected in series in the water supply pipe.

The multi-operating-condition cooling system according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein a return air inlet is further arranged on the indoor machine case, the return air inlet is communicated with the cooling air duct, the communication position of the return air inlet and the cooling air duct is located at the downstream of the evaporator in the cooling air duct, and a return air valve is arranged at the return air inlet.
5. A multi-condition cooling system as claimed in claim 1, 2 or 3 wherein the fresh air outlet is in communication with a cooling air duct downstream of the evaporator via a fresh air duct, the fresh air inlet having a radial dimension greater than the radial dimension of the fresh air duct.
6. A multi-condition cooling system as claimed in claim 1, 2 or 3 wherein a filter element is mounted at the fresh air inlet.
7. The multi-condition cooling system as claimed in claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the evaporator is a V-shaped evaporator, and the opening of the V-shaped evaporator faces the air inlet.
8. A multi-condition cooling system according to claim 1, 2 or 3 further comprising a fire damper connected in series between the fresh air outlet and the cooling air duct.
9. The multi-operating-condition cooling system according to claim 1, 2 or 3, further comprising an air distribution box, wherein an air distribution cavity is arranged in the air distribution box, or the air distribution box and the ground form an air distribution cavity, the air distribution box is provided with a cold air inlet, the cold air inlet is communicated with the air outlet on the indoor machine case, an upper side plate of the air distribution box is used for supporting machine room equipment, and an upper side plate of the air distribution box is provided with air distribution holes.
10. The multi-condition cooling system of claim 9, further comprising an exhaust fan for extracting air from the indoor unit case, wherein the exhaust fan is disposed in the air distribution chamber.
