4) mounting the fixing part, namely, after the angle of the rotating hanging plate 28 is adjusted, namely, after the displacement and the angle of the vertical metal plate 39 are adjusted, fixing the fixing part 37 and the upright post 38 through the connecting part; and the other end of the vertical metal plate 39 is fixed to the fixing member 37 to complete the installation of the vertical metal plate.
