Examples
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, wherein fig. 1 is an exploded view of a portable ozonated water sprayer according to an embodiment of the present application; fig. 2 is a three-view diagram illustrating a portable ozonated water sprayer according to an embodiment of the present application;
fig. 3 is a perspective view of a portable ozone water sprayer according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a portable ozone water sprayer includes a spraying assembly for generating a spray and an ozone producing assembly for producing ozone water; the spraying component comprises a water tank 11, a water pumping pipe 12 and a spray head 13; one end of the water pumping pipe 12 is connected with the spray head 13, and the other end of the water pumping pipe extends into the water tank 11; the ozone preparation assembly comprises a PCB (printed Circuit Board) 22 and an ozone generator 21 for preparing ozone, wherein a battery 23 for supplying power and a switch key 24 for controlling the on-off of the ozone generator are arranged on the PCB 22; the ozone generator 21 is arranged inside the water tank 11, the ozone generator 21 further comprises a pin 211, and the pin 211 penetrates out of the water tank 11 and is connected with the PCB 22.
In specific implementation, the spray head 13 may be a conventional push-type spray head, and the spray assembly composed of the water tank 11, the water pumping pipe 12 and the push-type spray head 13 is of a conventional structure, and the spray principle is not modified in this application, so the working principle and the specific structure thereof are not described in detail.
In addition, in specific implementation, the PCB 22 includes an STM32 series single chip microcomputer or similar chip product as a control chip, and is configured to obtain user operations on the switch button 24 and generate a power on/off command, so as to control power on/off of the ozone generator 21. The ozone generator 21 is preferably disposed at the bottom of the inside of the water tank 11 so as to be normally used even when the amount of water in the water tank 11 is small.
It should be noted that the operating principle of the ozone generator 21 is as follows: the part of the ozone water generator arranged in the water tank 11 comprises a cathode and an anode, wherein the cathode and the anode are both directly contacted with water in the water tank 11, the anode needs to be made of special materials such as titanium alloy and the like, the cathode can be divided into a hydrogen evolution cathode and an oxygen reduction cathode according to the reaction principle, the cathode can be correspondingly made of corresponding materials such as stainless steel and the like, in addition, a pin 211 led out from the cathode is connected with the cathode of a battery 23, a pin 211 led out from the anode is connected with the anode of the battery 23, when a user presses a switch button 24, the power supply of an ozone generator 21 is switched on, water in the water tank 11 is electrolyzed based on low-voltage direct current, so that oxidation reaction is carried out on the interface of the anode and solution to obtain ozone, the obtained ozone is dissolved in water to form ozone water, when the user presses a spray nozzle 13, an ozone water pumping pipe 12 pumps, forming an ozone water spray.
The above-mentioned scheme that this application provided increases ozone on conventional small-size atomizer's basis and prepares the subassembly, and when the user pressed the switch button, ozone was prepared the subassembly and can be prepared the ozone water in the spraying subassembly, and then when the user pressed the shower nozzle of spraying subassembly, can form ozone water spray and disinfect to the environment. In addition, the device is small and portable, and is convenient to carry and use, so that the device has high practicability.
It should be noted that ozone has poor stability due to its strong oxidizing property, and cannot be stored for a long time, and needs to be prepared on site every time it is used. That is, each time the user uses the above-mentioned sprayer to sterilize, the user must first press the switch button 24 to produce ozone water. In addition, the operation mode of the conventional control switch is that the relevant device starts to operate when the switch key 24 is pressed, and stops operating when the switch key 24 is pressed again, in this case, the time between two times of pressing the switch key 24 is the operation time of the relevant device, and the operation time is manually controlled by the user. In the present application, the above-mentioned operation time, i.e., the energization operation time of the ozone generator 21, affects the ozone content in the ozone water.
However, the applicant found after research that: it is difficult for the user himself to accurately control the ozone content (the operating time of the ozone generator 21) in the ozone water for subjective and objective reasons, and if the ozone content in the ozone water is too low, the sterilization effect of the ozone water spray is not good, and if the ozone content in the ozone water is too high, the ozone water spray may have an adverse effect on the health of the user. In view of the above problems, the present application provides an improvement to the control chip and the switch button 24 on the PCB 22.
Specifically, the switch button 24 and the control chip may be configured as follows: when the switch key 24 is pressed, the control chip controls the ozone generator 21 to be powered on, and a timer in the control chip starts to time, and when the timed time reaches the preset time, the ozone generator 21 is automatically controlled to be powered off. The preset time refers to a time when the ozone content of the ozone water generated by the ozone generator 21 reaches an ideal state (not only can be effectively sterilized, but also cannot cause adverse effects to users), and the time depends on various factors such as the material of the anode of the ozone generator 21, the water quality, the capacity of the water tank 11 and the like, and in actual application, a manufacturer can set a default value for the preset time according to specific parameters of actually produced products.
For example, according to the records in "technical Specification for ozone Disinfection in Ministry of health", "ozone technology and application", "Industrial standards for health", and "reference for ozone concentration operation", when ozone water is used as a liquid disinfectant, the concentration of ozone needs to be 1 PPM-2.14 mg/m3At the moment, the macromolecular polymers such as microorganisms, toxin quanta DNA or RNA, protein, fat, polysaccharide and the like on the surface of the object can be killed or destroyed, so that the effects of destroying the substance metabolism production and reproduction process of bacteria and improving the water quality are achieved. Based on this, in the present application, under the condition that the ozone generator 21 operates under the direct current with the voltage of 18V and the operating power of 150mA +/-10%, and pure water with the temperature of 25 ℃ is used in the water tank, the ozone concentration generated by the ozone generator 21 when the ozone generator 21 operates for 30 seconds is 0.3-1.0 PPM, so that the ozone water can achieve the sterilization effect within the safe range.
In addition, in the implementation, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, in order to protect the PCB 22 and other structures, the portable ozone water sprayer further includes a housing 31, and the spraying assembly and the ozone generating assembly are disposed inside the housing 31. Furthermore, as shown in fig. 1, the outer shell 31 may include two parts, namely a front shell 311 and a rear shell 312, and the front shell 311 and the rear shell 312 may be connected together by a snap connection or a screw connection, so as to facilitate the repair of the internal structure after the disassembly. In addition, the middle of the water tank 11 and the rear shell 312 is sealed by waterproof glue, so that the whole equipment can reach the IP68 waterproof level, and a circuit is effectively protected from being damaged.
When the water in the water tank 11 is used up, the water needs to be replenished, and when the water is replenished in the conventional small-sized atomizer, the spray head 13 and the water suction pipe 12 are usually taken down and then filled into the water tank 11, however, considering that in the above scheme of the present application, the spray assembly is arranged in the housing 31, when the water is replenished in the above manner, the housing 31 needs to be detached each time, which is very inconvenient, and therefore, in some embodiments, the portable ozone water atomizer is improved as follows: a water filling port 111 is arranged at the side part of the water tank 11, and a through hole 32 is arranged at the corresponding position of the shell 31; the portable ozone water sprayer further comprises a water filling protection cover 33, wherein the water filling protection cover 33 is movably arranged in the through hole 32 of the casing 31 and used for sealing the water filling port 111, so that when a user needs to fill water into the water tank 11, the water filling protection cover 33 can be directly opened, water is filled into the water tank 11 through the through hole 32 in the casing 31 through the water filling port 111, and after the water filling is completed, the water filling protection cover 33 is closed to prevent water from flowing out of the water tank 11. Wherein, the water filled into the water tank 11 can adopt daily drinking water or clean domestic water with the hardness not higher than 250PPM, etc.
Further, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the water injection protection cover 33 includes a closing cover 331 and a connecting shaft 332, the closing cover 331 and the connecting shaft 332 are of an integrated structure, and the connecting shaft 332 extends into the water tank 11 from the water injection port 111 to prevent the water injection protection cover 33 from falling off, specifically, the water injection port 111 of the water tank 11 may be of a rounded rectangular shape, and the connecting shaft 332 may include a cylindrical shaft and a self-fastening at one end of the cylindrical shaft, and a diameter of the self-fastening is greater than a width of the rounded rectangular water injection port 111, so that the water injection protection cover 33 may be prevented from falling off by the. With this arrangement, the water filling protection cover 33 can be prevented from being lost when the water tank 11 is filled with water.
Furthermore, in some embodiments, the portable ozonated water sprayer further comprises a fixed bracket 34 disposed inside the housing 31; the ozone producing assembly is disposed on the fixing bracket 34 and fixed inside the housing 31 by the fixing bracket 34. The ozone producing component can be better secured by the provision of the securing bracket 34.
In addition, in some embodiments, the ozone generating assembly further includes a sealing ring 25, the sealing ring 25 is disposed outside the water tank 11 and sleeved on the pin 211 of the ozone generator 21, and the sealing ring 25 may be made of an elastic material such as silica gel. Further, a water tank cover 26 is also included; the water tank cover 26 is arranged outside the sealing ring 25, the pin 211 of the ozone generator 21 penetrates out of the water tank cover 26, and the water tank cover 26 can be filled with sealant. With such an arrangement, water in the water tank 11 can be effectively prevented from entering the inside of the housing 31 along the pins 211 of the ozone generator 21, so that the electronic components on the PCB 22 can be prevented from being damaged by moisture contamination.
