The backwashing descaling steam cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the water inlet pipeline is provided with a first reversing valve, the gas pipeline is provided with a second reversing valve, and the backwashing pipeline is connected between the first reversing valve and the second reversing valve.
4. The backflushing descaling steam cooking apparatus of claim 3 wherein a third reversing valve is provided on the water inlet line between said first reversing valve and the water inlet of said steam generator, and said drain line is connected to said third reversing valve.
5. The backflush descaling steam cooking device of claim 4, wherein the first diverter valve, the second diverter valve and the third diverter valve are three-way valves.
6. The backflushing descaling steam cooking apparatus according to one of claims 1 to 5 wherein a water collection box is provided on said body, and said drain line communicates with said water collection box.
7. The backflush descaling steam cooking apparatus of claim 6, wherein the body further comprises an exhaust line communicating the cooking vessel and the water collection box.

The steam cooking appliance for backwashing and descaling as claimed in claim 7, wherein the water collecting box is provided with a steam recovery port communicated with the exhaust pipeline and a scale recovery port communicated with the drain pipeline, and the steam recovery port is higher than the scale recovery port.
9. The backflush descaling steam cooking device of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the water source is a water tank mounted on the body or an external water source.
10. The backwashing descaling steam cooking device of one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the body comprises a base, a head and an open space defined by the base and the head, the cooking container is disposed in the open space, the cooking container comprises a pot body and a pot cover with a steam inlet, the steam outlet is disposed on the head, and the head abuts against the pot cover to connect the steam outlet and the steam inlet;
or, the machine body comprises a machine base and a cover body, the machine base is provided with a containing cavity with an open upper end, the cooking container is an inner container with an open upper end, the inner container is placed in the containing cavity, the cover body covers the inner container to form the cooking cavity, and the steam outlet is arranged on the cover body.
