The pressing portion 31 of the key 30 of the terminal device 200 is integrally formed with the supporting portion 32, the holding portions 33 are disposed on the supporting portion 32, and the holding portions 33 respectively extend from the corresponding supporting portion 32 to the other supporting portion 32.
The abutting portion 32 is provided with a triggering portion 323 contacting with the switch 21, and a protective sleeve 324 is sleeved outside the triggering portion 323. The protective sleeve 324 can effectively prevent the trigger part 323 from damaging the switch 21, so that the reliability and the service life of the terminal device 200 are improved.
Further, the protective sleeve 324 may also be made of a conductive substrate that cooperates with the switch 21 to trigger the switch 21 when pressed.
Preferably, the holding portion 33 and the protecting sleeve 324 are integrally formed, and are made of a material having a certain elastic deformation.
When the assembly is performed, firstly, the circuit board 20 is installed in the receiving slot 11 from one side of the housing 10 through the opening, then the key 30 is tilted, the supporting portion 32 on one side of the key 30 passes through the corresponding key hole 12, the corresponding clamping portion 33 passes through the key hole 12 and is arranged in the receiving slot 11 to be in supporting contact with the fixing member 40, then the supporting portion 32 and the clamping portion 33 on the other side of the key 30 are arranged in the key hole 12, the clamping portion 33 on the side is deformed by pressing the key 30 and is arranged in the receiving slot 11 through the fixing member 40 arranged on the housing 10, and the clamping portions 33 on both sides are clamped with the fixing member 40 to fix the key 30, thereby completing the assembly.
Compared with the terminal device 100, the terminal device 200 of the present application is more suitable for a plastic key, and the key 30 can be fixed in an external strong plug manner without additionally arranging the fixing member 40 in the housing 10, and the strength of the housing 10 is higher than that of the housing 10 of the terminal device 100.
EXAMPLE III
Fig. 11 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a terminal device 300 according to a third embodiment of the present application.
This embodiment is substantially the same as the terminal device 200 shown in fig. 10, except that in the embodiment shown in fig. 11, the fixing member 40 is independent from the casing 10, and the fixing member 40 is attached to the casing 10 and located between the two key holes 12. The key 30 abuts against the fixing member 40 to fix the key 30 to the housing 10.
Further, the fixing member 40 is substantially a sheet, and the fixing member 40 is attached to the second sidewall 112.
Further, the holding portion 33 is integrally formed with the abutting portion 32 and the pressing portion 31. The protective sleeve 324 is sleeved outside the trigger portion 323 of the supporting portion 32.
In the installation, unlike the forced plug installation of the embodiment shown in fig. 10, the terminal device 300 in fig. 11 does not need to be forced, and only needs to be installed in the receiving slot 11 from one side of the housing 10 through the opening, then the key 30 is installed in the key slot 13 of the housing 10 from the outside of the housing opposite to the receiving slot 11, and the abutting portion 32 is made to pass through the key hole 12 and opposite to the switch 21, and finally the fixing member 40 is installed in the housing 10 from one side of the housing 10 through the opening and abutted to the retaining portion 33, like the terminal device 100 shown in fig. 4.
Compared with the terminal device 200, the terminal device 300 of the present application has the key 30 fixed by the fixing member 40 installed in the housing 10, so as to avoid the hand feeling deterioration phenomenon caused by the deformation of the clamping portion 33 when the key 30 in the terminal device 200 is jammed.
Example four
Fig. 12 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a terminal device 400 according to a fourth embodiment of the present application.
This embodiment is substantially the same as the terminal device 100 shown in fig. 4, with the difference that the embodiment shown in fig. 12 is of a dust-proof design. The terminal device 400 further comprises a seal 60. The sealing member 60 is disposed on the key 30 and abuts against the hole wall of the key hole 12 to seal the key hole 12, so as to prevent solid such as dust and liquid such as water and oil from entering the accommodating groove 11 and damaging the circuit board 20.
Further, a seal groove 325 is provided in the circumferential direction of the abutting portion 32. The seal 60 may be a conventional sealing O-ring. The seal 60 is disposed in the seal groove 325.
The sealing member 60 is sleeved on the abutting portion 32 of the key 30, and then the assembly is completed in accordance with the installation steps in the first embodiment.
Compared with the terminal device 100, the terminal device 400 of the present application is abutted against the hole wall of the key hole 12 through the sealing member 60, so that a contaminant can be prevented from entering the accommodating groove 11 of the housing through the gap between the abutting portion 32 and the key hole 12, and the protective performance of the terminal device 400 is improved.
Further, the seal may also be provided in the terminal device 200, 300 to improve its protective properties.
Further, the number of the key holes, the pressing portions, the supporting portions and the switches in the terminal devices 100, 200, 300 and 400 of the present application can be further set to three or more, correspondingly, the number of the clamping portions can be set to four or more, two clamping portions in one group are respectively disposed between two adjacent supporting portions, the number of the fixing members can be set to two or more, and it is sufficient to respectively fix two corresponding clamping portions.
Further, the two holding portions 33 between the two abutting portions 32 in the terminal devices 100, 200, 300, and 400 of the present application can also be integrated, and the corresponding fixing member 40 can respectively abut against the holding portions 33 at two sides of the holding portions 33 to fix the key 30 on the housing 10.
Further, the fixing member 40 in the terminal device 100, 200, 300, 400 of the present application may also be provided in two to fix two catches 33, respectively.
The terminal device can be widely applied to scenes needing key functions, particularly keys needing multiple control functions, and comprises but is not limited to electronic devices such as mobile phones, tablets, PCs, game machines, POS machines and cameras.
The terminal equipment that this application embodiment provided, through holding structural design between two key holes (between volume upper key and the volume lower key promptly), when guaranteeing to press splenium one end, the lever fulcrum is in the centre, prevent to press the other end of splenium and drive by the lever and push down and lead to the string key, on the basis that does not change the whole length of button, the problem of string key has been eliminated completely, and the integrated into one piece of button has been maintained, compact structure, occupation space has been reduced, and the cost of processing is unchangeable basically.

Claims (14)

1. A terminal device (100), characterized by comprising:
the key comprises a shell (10), wherein the shell (10) is provided with two key holes (12), and the two key holes (12) are respectively communicated with the outside of the shell (10); and
the key (30) comprises a pressing part (31) and two abutting parts (32), the pressing part (31) is installed on the shell (10), and the two abutting parts (32) are arranged on the pressing part (31) and are respectively positioned in the two key holes (12);
the terminal equipment (100) further comprises a clamping structure, and the clamping structure is used for fixing the key (30) on the shell (10) and is positioned between the two key holes (12).
2. A terminal device according to claim 1, wherein the holding structure comprises two holding portions (33) provided on the pressing portion (31), and two fixing portions (43) fixed to the housing (10), the holding portions (33) being engaged with the fixing portions (43).

A terminal device according to claim 2, characterized in that the terminal device (100) comprises a fixing member (40), the housing (10) is provided with a fixing groove (15), the fixing member (40) is fixed in the fixing groove (15), and the fixing portion (43) is provided on the fixing member (40).

A terminal device according to claim 3, wherein a holding groove (14) is provided between two of the key holes (12), the holding groove (14) is used for accommodating the holding part (33), the holding groove (14) is communicated with the fixing groove (15), and the holding part (33) and the fixing part (43) are contacted in the holding groove (14).
5. A terminal device according to claim 3, wherein a positioning groove (151) is provided in the fixing groove (15), and the fixing member (40) is provided with a positioning portion (42), and the positioning portion (42) is received in the positioning groove (151) to position the fixing member (40).
6. The terminal device according to claim 2, wherein the two abutting portions (32) are symmetrically disposed on the pressing portion (31), and the two holding portions (33) are symmetrically disposed on the pressing portion (31).
7. Terminal device according to claim 1, wherein the housing (10) is provided with a key-holding groove (13), the key-holding groove (13) communicating with the key hole (12), the pressing portion (31) being received in the key-holding groove (13).
8. The terminal device according to claim 1, characterized in that the terminal device (100) further comprises a compression member (50), the compression member (50) being located between the pressing portion (31) and the housing (10).
9. The terminal device according to claim 1, wherein the abutting portion (32) is provided with a trigger portion (323), and a protective sleeve (324) is sleeved outside the trigger portion (323).
10. The terminal device according to claim 1, wherein the terminal device (100) further comprises a sealing member (60), a sealing groove (325) is formed in the circumferential direction of the abutting portion (32), and the sealing member (60) is disposed in the sealing groove (325) and abuts against a hole wall of the key hole (12).
11. The terminal device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the retaining structure comprises two retaining portions (33) provided on the pressing portion (31), and two fixing portions (43) formed on the housing (10), the retaining portions (33) being engaged with the fixing portions (43).
12. The terminal device according to claim 1, wherein the terminal device (100) further comprises a circuit board (20), the circuit board (20) is disposed in the housing (10), two switches (21) are disposed on the circuit board (20), and the two key holes (12) are respectively opposite to the two switches (21).
13. The terminal device according to claim 12, wherein the housing (10) is provided with a receiving slot (11), two key holes (12) respectively communicate the outside of the housing (10) with the receiving slot (11), and the circuit board (20) is received in the receiving slot (11).
14. The terminal device according to claim 13, wherein the receiving cavity (11) has a first sidewall (111) and a second sidewall (112) opposite to each other, the circuit board (20) is disposed on the first sidewall (111), the key hole (12) is opened on the second sidewall (112), and the switch (21) is disposed on a surface of the circuit board (20) close to the second sidewall (112).
