Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the intelligent information collecting device 1 includes a housing 10, and a lighting device 11, a camera 12, a communication module 13, a microcontroller 14, a power module 15, and an ambient light sensor 16 disposed in the housing 10. The housing 10 has holes for the illumination means 11, the camera means 12, the communication module 13, the microcontroller 14 and the power supply module 15 and the ambient light sensor 16.
In this embodiment, the intelligent information collecting device 1 further includes a connection fixing member 30, and the connection fixing member 30 is located below the housing 10 and is used for fixing the intelligent information collecting device 1 on a cover of the meter. In this embodiment, the table of the ambient brightness and LED lamp turn-on pattern describes the number of LED lamps to be turned on according to the ambient brightness. For example, when the ambient brightness is less than a first preset brightness, all the LED lamps need to be turned on; when the ambient brightness is greater than the second preset brightness, a small number of LED lamps need to be started; when the ambient brightness is greater than the third preset brightness, the LED lamp does not need to be started.
Specifically, when it is detected that the ambient brightness around the intelligent information acquisition device 1 is smaller than the first preset brightness, it is determined that the current night is a night and all the LED lamps need to be turned on, and the microcontroller 14 turns on all the LED lamps according to the inquired LED lamp turn-on mode; when detecting that the ambient brightness around the intelligent information acquisition device 1 is greater than the second preset brightness, determining that a small number of LED lamps need to be turned on at the evening currently, and turning on the small number of LED lamps by the microcontroller 14 according to the inquired LED lamp turning-on mode; when detecting that the ambient brightness around the intelligent information acquisition device 1 is greater than the third preset brightness, it is determined that the current day time is the daytime and the LED lamp does not need to be turned on, and the microcontroller 14 does not need to turn on the LED lamp according to the inquired LED lamp turning-on mode. Therefore, the number of the LED lamps can be adjusted according to the brightness of the surrounding environment, and the electric energy of the intelligent information acquisition device 1 can be saved.
In this embodiment, the communication module 13 is configured to implement communication connection between the intelligent information collecting apparatus 1 and the terminal device 3. The communication module 13 may be a CAN bus module or a wireless communication module. The wireless communication module supports wireless communication modes such as LoRa WAN or Wi-Fi, Zigbee, Bluetooth and the like. The terminal device 3 may be a smart phone, a server, or the like.

Therefore, the dial reading of the meter can be timely and accurately acquired, and the error condition of manual meter reading is reduced.
In an embodiment, the intelligent information collecting apparatus 1 further includes a positioning module 18, and the positioning module 18 is electrically connected to the microcontroller 14. The positioning module 18 is configured to obtain geographic position information of the intelligent information acquisition apparatus 1. For example, the positioning module 18 is a GPS module or a beidou module.

5. The intelligent information acquisition device according to claim 4, further comprising a storage module, wherein the storage module stores therein a table of correspondence between ambient brightness and LED lamp turn-on mode.
6. The intelligent information acquisition device according to claim 1, wherein the camera device takes a dial image of the meter and sends the dial image to the microcontroller;
and the microcontroller acquires dial plate reading according to the dial plate image.
7. The intelligent information acquisition device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the intelligent information acquisition device is in communication connection with a terminal device through the communication module, and the microcontroller sends the dial reading to the terminal device.

The intelligent information gathering device as recited in claim 5 further comprising a power module disposed within the housing and electrically connected to the microcontroller, the illumination device, the camera device, the ambient light sensor, the communication module and the storage module for providing electrical power to the microcontroller, the illumination device, the camera device, the ambient light sensor, the communication module and the storage module.
