As shown in figure 1, the connecting sheet 6 is vertically arranged at the end part of the wall connecting rod 2, the connecting sheet 6 is provided with a mounting hole 4, the bolt 3 penetrates through the mounting hole 4 to fixedly connect the connecting sheet 6 with the connecting cylinder 1, the connecting sheet 6 is tightly attached to the surface of the wall body 7, and the connecting sheet 6 is fully fixed with the connecting cylinder 1. The connecting piece 6 and the wall connecting rod 2 are connected by welding, so that the two are fully and fixedly connected. The thickness of the connecting sheet 6 is 5-8mm, so that the structural strength is guaranteed, materials are saved, and the thickness of the connecting sheet in the embodiment is 5 mm.
As shown in fig. 1, the fastening member 10 of the present embodiment is fixed by using a hoop and a bolt commonly used for the external frame 9.
The installation principle of the embodiment is as follows: firstly, embedding a reinforcing sheet 5 and a connecting cylinder 1 in a wall body 7; then the bolt 3 fixedly connects the connecting sheet 6 with the connecting cylinder 1 through the mounting hole 4 on the connecting sheet 6; finally, the wall connecting rod 2 is fixedly connected with the outer frame 9 through a fastener 10. In conclusion, the wall connecting device of the embodiment has high tensile strength, the whole outer frame 9 is stable, and the disassembly is convenient.
The second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that, as shown in fig. 2, a reinforcing rib 8 is arranged between the connecting sheet 6 and the wall connecting rod 2, and the arrangement of the reinforcing rib 8 enables the connecting sheet 6 and the wall connecting rod 2 to be more stably fixed together, so that the wall connecting rod 2 and the wall 7 are more stably connected.
As shown in fig. 2, the wall connecting rod 2 far away from one end of the connecting sheet 6 is connected with a reinforcing sleeve 12 in a threaded manner, and a limiting plate 11 is sleeved at the end part of the wall connecting rod 2 between the fastener 10 and the reinforcing sleeve 12. The limiting plate 11 is sleeved between the fastener 10 and the reinforcing sleeve 12, so that the lateral movement of the outer frame 9 can be avoided, and the movement of the limiting plate 11 is limited by the reinforcing sleeve, so that the lateral movement of the outer frame 9 can be better avoided.
In the embodiment, the arrangement of the reinforcing ribs 8 enables the connecting sheets 6 and the wall connecting rod 2 to be fixed together more stably, so that the wall connecting rod 2 and the wall body 7 are connected more stably; the reinforcing sleeve 12 defines a limit plate 11 to prevent lateral movement of the outer frame 9.
