As will be readily appreciated, connecting one of the first connection portions 11 to the second connection portion 12 enables a closed loop to be formed to secure the tape 200. When the tape 220 is wound to a thinner thickness as the tape 200 is used, the closure ring can be tightened by changing the first coupling portion 11 engaged with the second coupling portion 12, keeping the tape 200 fastened. Further, bead 20 can compress the side of strip 220 of tape 200 adjacent tape end 230, preventing tape end 230 from unraveling.
With the tape holder 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the tape 220 can be tightened neatly, and the tape 200 can be prevented from being scattered.
The following structures and interconnection relationships of the respective components of the roll tape holder 100 according to the embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, the anchor body 10 is in a strip shape, and is a main structure of the tape winding anchor 100, one end of the anchor body 10 is provided with a second connecting portion 12, and the other end is an anchor end portion 16, and the anchor body 10 further includes a first side edge 13, a second side edge 14, an anchor inner side surface (not shown), and an anchor outer side surface 18 (see fig. 6).
As will be readily appreciated, the anchor end 16 is located at an end of the anchor body 10 remote from the second connecting portion 12, and when the anchor body 10 is formed into a closed loop, the anchor outer side 18 is the outer annular surface of the closed loop, the anchor inner side is in contact with the tape 200, and the first side edge 13 is located on a side of the tape 220 adjacent to the tape end 230.
Alternatively, the material of the fastener body 10 is soft plastic, such as rubber elastic band.
Optionally, the width of retainer body 10 is 0.5-1 times the width of tape 200. For example, when the tape 200 has a width of 2cm, the holder body 10 has a width of 1-2 cm.
One of the plurality of first connecting portions 11 can be connected to the second connecting portion 12 so that the holder body 10 forms a closed loop.
Referring to fig. 1, as an exemplary form, the second connecting portion 12 is a button 31, and the first connecting portion 11 is a button hole 32. The button 31 is inserted into the button hole 32 to form a closed loop. When the circumference of the closed loop needs to be adjusted, the button 31 is buckled with the next button hole 32 close to the second connecting part 12, namely, the function of tightening the closed loop is realized.
Referring to fig. 2, as another exemplary form, the second connecting portion 12 is a socket 41, the anchor end portion 16 of the anchor body 10 can be inserted into the socket 41 in a single direction, and one of the first connecting portions 11 is fixedly connected to the socket 41.
Specifically, the holder body 10 is provided with a rack gear 42 extending along the length thereof, and one tooth tip of the rack gear 42 is configured as one first connecting portion 11. A tongue piece 43 is arranged in the socket 41, one end of the tongue piece 43 is arranged in the socket 41, and a tooth groove is arranged on the tongue piece 43 and is meshed with the rack 42. When one tooth tip of the rack 42 is inserted into the tooth groove, i.e., the position between the second connecting portion 12 and the first connecting portion 11 is unidirectionally locked, a closed loop is formed. When the circumference of the closure ring needs to be adjusted, the retainer end 16 is pulled in the insertion direction of the retainer end 16, so that the next tooth tip is inserted into the tooth socket, thereby tightening the closure ring.
Referring to fig. 2, the end portion 16 of the fastener is further provided with a guide portion 15 to facilitate the insertion of the fastener body 10 into the socket 41. The guide portion 15 is narrower than the width W of the holder body 10 to be easily inserted into the socket 41.
Referring to fig. 2, further, the anchor end 16 is provided with anti-slip threads 19 to facilitate pulling the anchor end 16 by hand.
Referring to fig. 2, the pressing strip 20 is disposed on the fixer body 10 and extends outward from the first side edge 13, and the pressing strip 20 is used for pressing one side of the strap 220 close to the end 230 of the strap.
In some embodiments of the present application, the bead 20 includes a bead body 21, the bead body 21 is curved along the contour of the tape 200, and one side of the bead body 21 is connected to the holder body 10.
Referring to fig. 4, as an implementation form of "one side of the pressing bar body 21 is connected to the holder body 10", the pressing bar body 21 is disposed near the second connecting portion 12, and the pressing bar body 21 is fixedly connected to the holder body 10.
