A tab 83 protruding toward the inside of the shutter installation slot 82 is provided at the top of the side wall defining the shutter installation slot 82. The magnet 9 can be snapped into the bezel mounting slot 82 to secure it. The side wall attachment portion 31 is provided between the bottom surface 71 of the notch 7 and the bottom surface 32 of the side plate 3. Specifically, the side plate mounting portion 31 is provided with a side wall mounting notch 32. A tab 33 projecting toward the sideplate mounting slot 32 is provided at the top of the sidewall defining the sideplate mounting slot 32. The magnetizer 10 can be clipped into the side plate mounting slot 32 to realize fixation. In other embodiments, the magnet 9 may be directly adhered to one of the side plate and the baffle, and the magnetizer 10 may be directly adhered to the other of the side plate and the baffle. Alternatively, the magnet 9 and the magnetic conductor 10 may be fixed to the side plate and the baffle plate, respectively, by any other suitable means.
Fig. 7 to 10 show a construction of a folding box according to a second embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 7 to 10, the present embodiment is different from the embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 6 only in the mounting structure between the baffle and the side plate, i.e., the structures of the baffle mounting portion and the side plate mounting portion, and the rest is the same, and the detailed description of the same parts will not be repeated here.
As shown in fig. 7 to 10, the shutter mounting portion 111 of the shutter 11 is provided with two first shutter pieces 112 spaced apart from each other. Each first blocking piece 112 protrudes outward from the side wall of the side plate by a predetermined length and then is bent in a direction toward the other first blocking piece. Correspondingly, the side plate mounting portion 34 is provided with two second shutters 35 spaced apart from each other. Each second blocking piece 35 protrudes outward from the side wall of the side plate by a predetermined length and then is bent in a direction away from the other second blocking piece. During installation, the two first blocking pieces 112 can be inserted into the two second blocking pieces 35 respectively. Thus, the baffle plate is arranged at the notch of the side plate and at least partially covers the notch. When the baffle needs to be removed, the baffle can be separated from the side plate only by pulling the baffle upwards.
In another embodiment, each first blocking piece protrudes outwards from the side wall of the baffle plate for a preset length and then is bent along the direction away from the other first blocking piece, and correspondingly, each second blocking piece protrudes outwards from the side wall of the side plate for a preset length and then is bent along the direction towards the other second blocking piece.
As shown in fig. 1 and 7, a protrusion 36 protruding inwardly from the inner wall of the side plate is also provided at the top edge of the side plate. Specifically, two projections 36 spaced apart from each other are provided at the top edge of each side panel. When a plurality of turnover boxes are stacked together, the protrusions 36 can play a role in assisting in supporting the weight of the upper layer box body, and make the stacked turnover boxes more stable. It should be understood that a suitable number of projections 36 may be provided on either side panel, or a suitable number of projections 36 may be provided on only some of the side panels.
In the above embodiment, one of the two pairs of opposing side plates is a relatively long side plate and the other pair is a relatively short side plate, and one of the long side plates is provided with a notch that is at least partially obscured by the blocking plate. In other embodiments, the turnover box may also have notches and baffles on both long side plates, such as the turnover box 200 shown in fig. 11. Alternatively, the turnover box may be provided with a notch in one or both of the side plates without providing the baffle, such as the turnover box 300 shown in fig. 12 and the turnover box 400 shown in fig. 13.
Fig. 14 to 16 show perspective views of a container in three stacked states, in which the container is filled with goods 16. As shown, a plurality of the totes of the present application can be stacked one on top of the other or with implements such as pallets to form a cargo storage device for facilitating the storage, transportation, display and/or sale of cargo. Fig. 14 shows a first stacked state in which the shutter remains mounted on the case. This stacked state is typically when the goods are placed in a warehouse. Fig. 15 shows a second stacked state in which the shutter is removed from the case. Such a stacked state is often when the goods are placed in a supermarket or the like for sale or display. Fig. 16 shows that a plurality of groups of turnover boxes are stacked on the pallet 12 and are respectively located on different sides of the pallet on the sides of the different groups of turnover boxes provided with the notches, i.e. the notches of at least one group of turnover box assemblies are oriented differently than the notches of at least one other group of turnover box assemblies. Therefore, goods are placed in the turnover box, are directly delivered from a production place or a warehouse, and are directly placed in a specified area of a store after being transported to a destination, the goods taking port directly faces to a store customer, and the customer can select and purchase the goods in the turnover box from any position. Therefore, the working hours that the goods need to be rearranged on the goods shelf after arriving at the destination are saved, the cost is saved, and meanwhile, a standardized operation mode is formed, so that the package of the goods and the quality of the goods are more effectively guaranteed. Meanwhile, the turnover box with the goods taking opening is displayed in a selling area of a store to replace a traditional goods shelf or counter, so that the selling area is simpler, the shopping environment is optimized, and the potential value of the turnover box is developed again.
While the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above, it should be understood that aspects of the embodiments can be modified, if necessary, to employ aspects, features and concepts of the various patents, applications and publications to provide yet further embodiments.
These and other changes can be made to the embodiments in light of the above detailed description. In general, in the claims, the terms used should not be construed to be limited to the specific embodiments disclosed in the specification and the claims, but should be construed to include all possible embodiments along with the full scope of equivalents to which such claims are entitled.
