Referring to fig. 1 to 7, an electronic cigarette 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a nebulizer 10 and a battery assembly 20, where the battery assembly 20 is configured to supply power to the nebulizer 10; the atomizer 10 and the battery assembly 20 can be fixedly connected in a buckling mode, can also be fixedly connected in a threaded connection mode, can also be fixedly connected in a magnetic connection mode, and only the battery assembly 20 needs to be ensured to stably supply power to the atomizer 10. Wherein the atomizer 10 comprises a housing 1 and an atomizing assembly 2.
The housing 1 has an open end 111 and a mouthpiece end 112, and the open end 111 and the mouthpiece end 112 are opposite ends of the housing 1. The housing 1 has a flue gas channel 12 therein, the flue gas channel 12 extending from the nozzle end 112 towards the open end 111. The gap between the smoke channel 12 and the casing 1 forms an oil storage cavity 113 for storing the smoke, and the smoke channel 12 and the oil storage cavity 113 are independent. Still have in the casing 1 and accomodate chamber 114, accomodate chamber 114 and oil storage chamber 113 intercommunication and oil storage chamber 113 locates and accomodate the chamber 114 and keep away from one side of open end 111, and oil storage chamber 113 and accomodate chamber 114 are setting up from top to bottom. The housing 1 may be formed integrally or may be formed by combining a plurality of members. For example: the housing 1 may be formed by a mouthpiece having a mouthpiece end 112, in combination with components having an open end 111, an oil reservoir 113, a flue gas channel 12, a receiving chamber 114.
The atomizing assembly 2 includes an atomizing core 21, a base 22, a metal electrode 23, and a connecting wire 24.
The atomizing core 21 is used for heating the tobacco tar to generate smoke for a user to suck. The atomizing core 21 includes a porous base on which a heat generating body is disposed, for example, a heat generating body may be a printed wiring provided on a surface of the porous base, or a wire or the like provided inside or outside the porous base, and the porous base is preferably made of a porous material, for example, a porous ceramic body, a porous glass ceramic, a porous glass, or the like; the heating element in this embodiment is a wire provided inside the porous substrate.
Further, the periphery of the porous matrix can also surround an oil storage part (not shown in the attached drawing), and the oil storage part is made of porous materials such as fiber cotton, non-woven fabrics, microporous ceramics and the like. The oil storage member can absorb the tobacco tar and store a small amount of the tobacco tar to be supplied to the porous substrate.
Furthermore, the atomization assembly 2 further comprises an atomization core shell 25, and the atomization core shell 25 is clamped on the flue gas channel 12;
the atomizing core 21 is accommodated in the atomizing core housing 25; the atomizing core housing 25 is provided with an oil inlet hole 251 so that the soot in the oil storage chamber 113 flows into the atomizing core 21 through the oil inlet hole 251.
Specifically, the outer wall of the flue gas channel 12 is provided with a radially extending projection 121, i.e. a locking structure, one end of the atomizing core housing 25 is provided with an axially extending clamping cantilever 252, and the clamping cantilever 252 is clamped on the projection 121.
It should be noted that the number of the clamping cantilever 252 and the bump 121 is not limited herein. The protrusions 121 may be annular bosses as shown in fig. 5, or may be one or more radially extending protrusions spaced circumferentially apart from one another. In this example, the number of the clamping cantilever arms 252 is preferably 4, and the 4 clamping cantilever arms 252 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of one end of the atomizing core housing 25 and are all clamped on the annular boss.
The atomization core shell 25 can be locked on the smoke channel 12 through the convex block 121 and the clamping cantilever 252, and then the atomization core 21 is locked in the shell 1.
Further, the atomizing assembly 2 further includes a first seal 26;
a first seal 26 is provided between the outer wall of the flue gas channel 12 and the inner wall of the atomizing core housing 25 to seal the gap between the outer wall of the flue gas channel 12 and the inner wall of the atomizing core housing 25.
The base 22 is detachably connected to the housing 1. Specifically, the base 22 is provided with a clamping protrusion 221, and the body 1 is provided with a through hole 115 matched with the clamping protrusion 221; the catching protrusion 221 is exposed through the through hole 115 and is configured to be operable to disengage the catching protrusion 221 from the through hole 115.
When the base 22 is fixed to the housing 1 by the snap-fit projection 221, the base 22 is mostly received in the receiving cavity 114. The atomizing assembly 2 further comprises a second seal 27; a second seal 27 is provided between the base 22 and the oil reservoir 113 to seal a gap between the base 22 and the oil reservoir 113.
In the present example, the atomizing core 21 and the atomizing core housing 25 are both provided on the second seal 27. An oil blocking member 28 is further disposed between the atomizing core 21 and the second sealing member 27 to prevent the smoke from flowing out of the atomizing core housing 25 after the smoke flows into the atomizing core 21 through the oil inlet 251, i.e., flowing toward the second sealing member 27, so as to further achieve a sealing effect.
One end of the metal electrode 23 is provided on the base 22, and the other end may be embedded in the second sealing member 27. One end of the connecting wire 24 is connected with the heating element of the atomizing core 21, and the other end is connected with the metal electrode 23; at this time, after the metal electrode 23 is electrically connected to the battery pack 20, power can be supplied to the heat generating body of the atomizing core 21 through the connection wire 24.
The connection wire 24 is also configured such that when the base 22 is detached from the housing 1, the connection wire 24 is broken to cause an open circuit between the metal electrode 23 and the atomizing core 21. Because connecting wire 24's fracture, unable rethread connecting wire 24 supplies power for atomizing core 21's heat-generating body, can effectively prevent to add unqualified tobacco tar in the electron cigarette with reuse electron cigarette, avoids the electron cigarette by the health harm that reuse brought, promotes user experience.
The breakage of the connection lead 24 may be a breakage of a connection point between the connection lead 24 and the metal electrode 23, a breakage of a connection point between the connection lead 24 and the heating element, or a breakage of the connection lead 24 itself, and is not limited herein.
The base 22 also has air inlet holes 222 so that air flow from outside the atomizer 10 flows through the air inlet holes 222 into the atomizing core 21 and further through the flue gas channel 12 to the nozzle end 112 (shown by the dashed arrows in fig. 4).
It should be noted that the description of the present application and the accompanying drawings set forth preferred embodiments of the present application, however, the present application may be embodied in many different forms and is not limited to the embodiments described in the present application, which are not intended as additional limitations to the present application, but are provided for the purpose of providing a more thorough understanding of the present disclosure. Moreover, the above-mentioned technical features are combined with each other to form various embodiments which are not listed above, and all the embodiments are regarded as the scope described in the present specification; further, modifications and variations may occur to those skilled in the art in light of the foregoing description, and it is intended to cover all such modifications and variations as fall within the scope of the appended claims.
