The third difference from the example 2 is that a hole is punched in the PE film, a straight hole of the PE film layer is punched on the PE film blown in the previous step by using a packaging film punching device, so that a straight hole PE film layer 2-9 is obtained, the hole diameter is 0.38 mm, the hole distance between any two adjacent straight holes of the PE film layer is 2 mm, the air permeability is 50 seconds (100 ml gas passing time), and the PE film layer is rolled up for use after passing the detection.
The final composition of the straight-hole PET film layer 2-1 and the air-permeable PE/nico paper/straight-hole PE composite film was the same as in example 2, and the moisture-permeable wrapping material for aqueous solution packaging (PET/air-permeable PE/nico paper/straight-hole PE composite film) had a gas permeability of 2000 seconds (100 ml gas passage time), a moisture permeability of 120 g/m 24h (RH ═ 90%), a sealing strength of 41 n/15mm after edge sealing and fusion, a transverse tear strength of 15.5 n, and a longitudinal tear strength of 17 n. the waterproof nylon paper layer comprises: a nylon paper layer and a water-blocking glue layer; the water-blocking glue layer is stuck on the upper surface and/or the lower surface of the nylon paper layer.
Furthermore, the aperture of the straight through holes of the PET film layer is 0.38-0.45 mm, and the pitch between any two adjacent straight through holes of the PET film layer is 1-2 mm; the aperture of the straight through hole of the PE film layer is 0.38-0.45 mm, and the pitch between any two adjacent straight through holes of the PE film layer is 1-5 mm.
