Background
In the field of welding construction in the ship manufacturing industry, along with popularization of various types of welding automation and semi-automation equipment (commonly called as 'high-efficiency welding'), effective manpower is greatly released, and the problems of labor shortage, low manual welding quality and the like are well relieved. Meanwhile, the development of the shipbuilding industry is further promoted towards the development direction of energy conservation, consumption reduction and environmental protection.
At present, in the popularization process of various types of welding automation and semi-automation equipment, a plurality of welding blind areas occur, efficient welding cannot be implemented, and the development of efficient welding popularization is restricted. Such as: in a large number of bottom and side structures of a ship body, the connecting part of the end part of the reinforcing toggle plate on the longitudinal and transverse frames and a reinforcing material (a T-shaped panel) cannot be welded by using high-efficiency welding equipment due to the narrow working face which is used for being attached to the high-efficiency welding equipment. Therefore, a large amount of welding workload falls on workers who perform manual welding, construction cost is high, construction efficiency is low, and welding construction has certain quality hidden troubles. How to enable the efficient welding equipment to smoothly pass through under the condition that the operation surface is narrow becomes a key point for solving the problems.
In view of this, since the equipment itself cannot solve the problem when working at a narrow part of the working face, a convenient, fast, efficient and low-cost auxiliary mode can be found to be matched with high-efficiency welding, so that the welding operation can be efficiently completed on the premise of ensuring the welding quality, thereby releasing manual welding, eliminating potential quality hidden troubles and further promoting the popularization and application of the high-efficiency welding.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a welding auxiliary tool, aiming at achieving the purposes of implementing a construction method of high-efficiency welding at a narrow part of an operation surface, improving construction efficiency and construction quality and reducing construction cost and potential construction hidden dangers, and adopting the technical scheme that:
a welding auxiliary tool is provided with square trays which are placed in parallel, a C-shaped connecting plate is fixed on each tray, the opening of the C-shaped connecting plate is in the same direction as the tray, the bottom of the C-shaped connecting plate is fixedly connected with the tray, the top of the C-shaped connecting plate is connected with a magnet through a bolt, the magnet is square, and the center of the magnet is provided with a spring type rotating handle; the tray is characterized in that two lug plates are arranged on one side of the tray, the lug plates are welded on the tray, the horizontal plane of each lug plate is higher than that of the tray, and a strip-shaped reinforcing plate is fixed on the lower surface of the tray. Connect tray and magnet into an organic whole through "C" type connecting plate, when each part of frock goes wrong, like the demagnetization of magnet, the convenience is dismantled each part, maintains. Detailed Description
The invention is further explained by combining the attached drawings, and the auxiliary welding tool shown in the figures 1, 2 and 3 is provided with a horizontally placed square tray 6, and a reinforcing plate 4 is welded at the center of the bottom of the tray, so that the flatness of the tray is effectively ensured, and the stable welding walking on the tray by high-efficiency welding equipment is facilitated. As shown in fig. 4, when the tool is used, the ear plate is firstly placed ON the horizontally placed T-shaped panel 8, the magnet is in contact with the frame plate 9, the distance between the tool and the T-shaped panel is adjusted, the elastic pressing type rotating handle is rotated to the ON position, the magnet generates magnetic force, the frame plate is adsorbed, and the tool is further fixed. The efficient welding equipment is placed on the tray, and welding operation can be started after the welding angle, the walking speed of the equipment and the current and voltage of welding are adjusted. After the welding is finished, the high-efficiency welding equipment is removed, and the magnetic tray can be removed after the elastic pressing type rotating handle is rotated to the OFF position.
The device has a simple structure, can assist the high-efficiency welding equipment to smoothly pass through a narrow area of an operation surface, ensures the production and operation of the high-efficiency welding equipment, and further reduces the workload of manual welding, thereby reducing the labor intensity of workers, improving the welding quality, improving the production efficiency and promoting the sustainable development of the high-efficiency welding popularization and application work.
Therefore, the welding coverage of the high-efficiency welding can be improved by nearly 3.5 percent, the welding efficiency is improved by 2-3 times, and the welding quality is stably improved. Meanwhile, the dependence of welding on labor is reduced, and labor consumption is greatly reduced.
